A very unique spot. Localized from the beach and any and everything you could imagine. Great people and service. The amenities far exceeded my expectations. More like a 1 bedroom apartment. Loved it and Dey will return.

The place appeared clean but when we used spic and span cleaner the towels were really dirty. Be mindful that they only clean at your request, not every other day like the card say. The breakfast and coffee was really good, and we had plenty of places to park. Overall stay was good,

Robert at the front was very helpful and got us a different room. He was very hospitable and supplied us with all our needs

Rooms were so nice & clean, the bed's were so comfortable. The breakfast was nice. The pool nice and clean, there was plenty of towels not like some other hotels. You leave out of the hotel and go east 10 minutes and you’re at the Beach. plenty of restaurants nearby also right by the highway very quiet. Looking forward to going back soon.

The entire Stay was awesome. From the front desk to the room, the hotel was clean. The staff was super friendly. The room was nicely tempered. I had a great stay. I'll be coming back for sure

When I brought this to the attention of the front desk, the response was dismissive and unhelpful. He told me “it happens that way sometimes.” There was no real effort to resolve the situation or accommodate the inconvenience.

The service was amazing, something you don't see much now a days! The breakfast was amazing, fresh and perfect to help you start the day. Room size was perfect comfortable bed, nice clean bathroom and a microwave was the icing on the cake! My only recommendation would be to clean the pool a little more often. The water was clean but there where a lot of little critters swimming in the water. The maintenance of the pool area and the pool itself. The water was clear but it had lots of little bugs and long hair strings.

I don't know her name but the woman at the front desk during my stay was extremely helpful! I needed help with my accessible shower and she quickly and cheerfully arrived at my room and fixed it

Appalling room conditions. Had been here previously, but this time renovations were underway and I had to change rooms twice just to not a semblance of sanitary conditions. From uncleaned bathroom and bedsheets to floors, the front desk seemed unconcerned that multiple rooms were unkempt. I don’t know what is going on with this hotel but I won’t bother to try another visit and find out further.

The room was very clean. And the staff were nice. There is only two very minor things that didn’t affect my rating. One there were no pictures on the wall so I think that made the room a bit echoey and two the toilet was pressure was extremely low so I had to flush it 2-3 times to make it empty

airy, clean, nice bed, lots of space Dog barking next door for 4.5 hrs. at night. Not enough insulation in walls. Poor water pressure, was poor, but was fixed when we complained. The barking did nos stop when we complained.

We would stay again. So glad to be an easy short distance from the crowded beach area, yet close enough to access the ocean. Perfect location, right off the exit from the airport. We were very impressed at the kind and friendly staff in all categories.

Property feels like it has some age to it but is quiet and still in good functioning order. Staff was very friendly and quick in service. Room was clean and smelling fresh. The king size bed was pretty comfy and didn't leave me with any pain waking up which is a huge plus!

However, I stayed there for 8 days and it appears as though their housekeepers don’t provide the same caliber of work. The rooms are cleaned every other day, however, it looks like my shower was never touched, because the soap scum and dirt started to appear in the tub.

The water had particles of different unclean substances in it. I therefore couldn’t stay in it for an extended time . No complaints of the food and beverage department and my room was clean and comfortable. I had no wash cloths but sufficient towels.

The price was good at the property. The housekeeping was not good.

My only issue, with my stay, the room was not ready at the time it was scheduled. The room was supposed to be ready for check-in at 3pm. I arrived at 4pm, and the room was still not ready. Had to wait in the lobby for an additional 30-45minutes until the room was ready.

I always stay at this hamptons rather its business or sometimes just a getaway. Every time its diffrent when i interact with diffrent staff members this time its was Robert he acknowledged me soon as i walk in check in was very smooth last time the guy ran my card twice so i got hit double but this time only once he recognize right away I was A hilton member soadd this stay to my account and then offer me some of the Snack as they do sometime i dont get the offer i guess it depends on the staff but never the less i realy enjoy my stay this time Robert also checking in through text to see if i needed anything that must be new i never got that before. I think all the staff should be on same page as Robert, anyways Great job Robert you are truly what we call at my company Truly a great Team player customer service is what keeps customer like my self keep coming.

Reasonably comfortable and clean, similar to all Hampton Inn locations. My room was next to the elevator so a little bit loud.

My biggest complaint was that the mattress was very soft and mushey. I enjoy a firm mattress that gives me support.One other item is that the breakfast lacks choices. It is very limited in scope or variety.

I would peeiodically check under tge bed. I had misplaced something and while searching for it , at tge headboard, on tve floor, there was quite and amount of trash. God only knows how long its been tgere

My stay was great as always, but at check in this time wasnt so pleasant the gentleman who check me in made me run my card twice so i got ding twice fir the deposit and the lady who was with him claim it only ran once but my bank say it was ran twice i hate being lie to just be honest say you made a mistake and the second charge still hasnt fall off yet as they claim it will once i check out well today is Wednesday one still didnt fall off totally upset.
