Lots of chicken i didnt really use the amenities but the over all stay was good. Clean bed clean room comfortable

Nothing The lobby meets us with a squashed tomato at the floor. The elevator didn’t work. The room number was so dirty, the toilet was not cleaned at all, I have to clean it with alcohol pads. Cockroaches were the only regular and satisfied guests in this hotel. The trash bin in our room was full with the trash from previous guests. As we arrived to check in at night, we were not able to leave to another hotel, but from the very beginning we understood that was a big big mistake to book this hotel. I had a reservation for 2 nights. Of course we left the next morning, while the squashed tomato was still chilling at its initial place.

Great location for us to travel to all the venues for the basketball tournament. Federico was awesome. After checking in my son went to shower and the tub was draining slow and so was the sink. He quickly addressed it while we went to get dinner. Breakfast was just coffee and oatmeal. I did bring a mini blender to make our own protein smoothie so we skipped breakfast at the hotel. Nice size sweet, comfy beds, and clean facility. Breakfast options, dead palmetto bug in the middle of the room.

Coffee, tea, muffins or a granola bar which is a good start to ones day. Parking lot is a bit dark but is safe if you're paying attention to your surroundings. Rooms are very clean and staff is superb. Its a phenomenal hotel fir the price so if you freak out about little things, move on.

For a budget property, the rooms are a bit spartan and amenities limited. Have the usual contingent of riff-raff and migrant workers, but within acceptable range. For the money, the place is relatively safe and clean. Of special mention is the staff….all of them professional, friendly, and helpful. Will continue staying at this property….overall 4 due to staff.

The hotel photos show it has a pool, but it doesn't. The rooms are old and dirty with filthy carpets and smell of animals. The breakfast is advertised as continental, but it's bad; it didn't even have eggs.

Property sees to have been updated, but there’s a lot of wear and tear. Our double bed suite was clean but it smelled like smoke. No pool and breakfast had very little.

I didn’t try the breakfast, but the parking area felt safe and was easily accessible.

Had no pillows. Elevators sound outdated and u have to be let in after hrs or u will be standing there if the attendant doesn't wake up because she waa sleeping

Room was fine but no ice was available but you were provided with 2 trays. Unfortunately when you are only there for a night that doesn't work well. The halls smelled like whet dog but room was fine. The breakfast was grab and go and we got there towards end and all was left were some nutrigrain bars and 1 yogurt.

The most terrible Hotel I had stay in a while. The person at the front desk not friendly at all. The place did not have any vending machines working. I could even get a bottle of water. The conditions of the room was any better. Looks like a roach motel. Please close this place down.

We was told that they do replace bed sheets every 7 days. If anything bring it to the front desk in the morning and you will pick it up later

I was a little apprehensive at first because of the fact that most long-term/short-term hotels can be a little sketchy. This property is amazing. The staff is so friendly and helpful. The property is immaculate perfectly clean. Easy parking fantastic Location in fact, I think this is the best deal in the greater Fort Lauderdale area. It’s a hidden gem

Thomas was there when we got there about 8:30 p.m. He was so nice and gave us so much information, we felt so comfortable staying there. what a great guy. The only complaints that I have is that when you turn the bathroom light on the fan is so loud you can't hardly stand it and the air conditioner fan is Extremely Loud when it's running. I have to say it was a little crazy to hear Roosters crowing but that was a added bonus!

Tub water was dripping - couldn't stop it; only light and plug over the desk died; no hair dryer; our key wouldn't work despite being recharged; quilt inside the duvet cover was dingy and looked dirty. And for over $300, just not with it.

The room had a funny smell, and there was a lot of rust on the appliances and hairs in the shower and spaghetti sauce on the wall.

There was a hair in the bathtub and the hot water was luke warm. When I went to the front desk, he tried to help but just said "the plumbing was bad" and the valves were "backwards" so we weren't able to take a shower but he said "good thing you're only here for a day". I expected some type of compensation or to move to a different room.

I arrived late and no one was at the counter. I lightly tapped on the counter top and said helloooo and was greeted by "stop hitting the damn counter! I see you with the cameras!" Then I got an explanation of how knocking on the counter irritated her. I apologized and asked for my room. After the apology she seemed a bit nicer and got me my room. It was a good sized room for the price and had everything any other room would have. However, the shower was disgusting, so much so I passed on using it and waited till I got home. The breakfast was barely drinkable coffee and some nutri-grain breakfast bars. They had full trash barrels sitting in the stairways stinking up the place. This place is low-rent and the phrase "you get what you pay for" applies here to the T.

I had made a reservation one day prior to arrival and suddenly my mom became sick and I was waiting to see if she will get better so I called to let them know. I would have a late arrival or the next day because I did reserve four days. I was told that if I did not arrive that day, our Loose reservation. But I paid for four days. I was not good at any. Credit due to the incident I couldn’t make it on time the first day, but since I have already paid for four days in total, I thought that I was still entitled to the room. Unfortunately, this time I did not buy the insurance cover travel because I didn’t think I will need it.

The air unit was old and smelled so I had to change rooms. The girl at the front desk was accommodating and pleasant. She was a maid, but able to take care of my problem.

The state was absolutely horrible. There was stains all over the mattress. There was mold on the mattress. There was mold on the headboards. The toilet didn’t work right the mirror was cracked. I do not know how the extended stay America still has this property franchised? But the low rate does explain the poor quality. The outside property photo seems nice but deceptive. It says feee breakfast. But it has only coffee and cold muffins, some fruit bars. I will never stay at this property again. NEVER.

This was by far the most dirtiest place I’ve ever been. Dirty towels, dirty bed sheets, under the bed looks like it hasn’t been swept in ages. The bathroom tub was so so dirty that we had to shower at a nearby gym. The floor was so nasty that I threw away my socks. It felt like I was walking outside in the dirt. Management, do your job, housekeeping team please do better I know y’all can. I have no ill feelings toward no one at the establishment… it just my fair and honest review

Everything is nice and neat

The front desk staff always so helpful, kind, happy and curteous. That’s about where our joy ended. The room had a film from mopping, the water took 5 min to heat up in the shower, the stove barely worked, I had mold in the bathroom, and zero counter space to work with while trying to make food which, making my own food is the only reason I stayed there. The whole feeling of the place was sketchy. I didn’t know what I was getting into when I booked this place.

I did book in at these Extended Stay as I was on the go to Miami Airport and needed 2 nights to stay somewhere . knowing the purpose of these kind of Hotel I did find it overall quite ok and would choose this Extended Stay again. It was quiet and clean against other long time stays in other Extended Stay Hotels. Staff was helpfull and everything went smooth. So to me it was esay going and as already mentioned, I would choose this Hotel again.

The staff were very accommodating and friendly. The facility lacks maintenance upkeep and cleanliness.

We check-in everything was fine but, when we went to bed something was biting me when i awoke i had welts on my arms. I went down to complain to the front desk. The person on the front desk saw the welts on my arm talked to someone and we were placed in another room the next day. Meanwhile I did not get much to no sleep at all. I think i should get some of my money back. The rest of the stay was good and i did sleep the next nite.

Not very clean, not maintained well, I was given a room that someone was already in, keys to new room didn’t work on 2 separate occasions and had to go back down to lobby. The lady that recharged my cards just asked what room and didn’t verify if I was indeed in that room, there was a crack on our room window. The phone chargers on the lamps did not work unless they were on. Toilet seat was scratched up, some hair in the tub. The rear exterior door was not working so when there was no parking in front we had to park in the rear and walk around the exterior of the building to get inside.

Very nice hotel. There are no frills but its clean, quiet, convenient & affordable. Best of all the front desk staff Federico & another young lady who's name I didn't get were super cool when my first room's a/c didn't work. And on a Friday night...pretty great compassionate looking out for just some random guy.

I had booked that room while still in Cincinnati getting ready to travel back to Florida and get when I got there they refused me because I have a chime card.

The staff was nice but the hotel rooms need work; specifically the bathrooms.

Most of the hotel receptionists were friendly, smiling, and very helpful. One was grumpy and seemed anoyed with questions. Breakfast is minimal but adequate to meet the need of a quick start.

Morning staff attitude wasn't very nice. When they say free breakfast it's actually a muffin, coffee or tea and a breakfast bar. If you are fortunate you may get an orange. Bfast runs from 6am -9am but in order to get any of the above you need to be downstairs latest by 8 before it finishes.

The property is a well maintained, older property and the accommodations were acceptable. The breakfast options were coffee or tea, some fruit, and instant oatmeal packets, very limited.

I stayed in this week. While none of them have a great grab n go breakfast, this one in Deerfield was embarrassingly poor

The staff was rude and not helpful. There was no one at the front desk when I arrived and checked out. I had to yell out to get someone. Upon checkout, another occupant was trying to ask the staff a question, in Spanish. The staff did not speak Spanish and did not seem interested in helping the occupant. The room was comfortable. The shower hot water took a few minutes to get hot.

The bathtub was disgusting—looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months. Too late to complain, and with exhausted young kids, we had no choice but to deal with it. After only 6 hours of sleep, Woke up to find my daughter covered in bites—BED BUGS. Absolutely unacceptable. Stay far away from this place!!!

Further, sink taps run very slow and the bathroom spigot is inconveniently positioned to make it very difficult to catch water in your hands. The closing disappointment was hopping into the shower, turning on the water yet there was so little water flow and the diverted seemed defective, it was impossible to shower. With the water running, it also became very apparent how poorly they clean the floors, my barely feet left black on the tub noting I had shower at the beginning of the day and wore shoes until I checked in. How other reviewers sign the praises of this place escapes me unless they equate it to primitive camping and yeah, it may be a notch better than that. Photos and videos available but Hotels.com app isnt working correctly.

The worst hotel experience I’ve had in many years. The property is dirty (actual dirt and grime in the common areas and room, hair and trash in bathroom, hallway areas wreaked) run down (scratches all over room furniture, tears in lounge chair, bed sagging in middle, old mattress) neglectful management, and expensive for what you get. DO NOT STAY HERE!

You could get kitchenware if needed to cook your own meals. And… there were chickens and chicks running around the hotel 😂

Overcharged for 2 star hotel when stranded overnight in Fort Lauderdale due to airline. Hotel gouged price of $642 per night for 2 star hotel. I only booked there out of desperation

Staff is very friendly, checked in and went to our room but when pulled sheet down there was something from a previous guest that was made up with the bed. I called the front and they immediately changed our room and brought new keys to us, but not the best 1st impression.

Decor is like a minimum security prison. Exterior is very dirty. A family of chickens made their home outside my first floor room, which the management knew of, and the rooster crowed from about 3 AM until 9AM. Terrible! Spend the necessary money for a better pace.

It was my first stay at Extended Stay, and I was disappointed with my selection. A loud noise from I-95, inappropriate lighting at night, roaches crawling in the room, and an old and smelling carpet in the hallway disturbed me.

‘Breakfast included’ is a meager supply of single-packaged muffins and packets of oatmeal. Coffee was passable. The AC made a loud whining noise after 5 minutes of being on, I had to turn it off to be able to fall asleep. Like I said, it did the job…barely. Wouldn’t recommend

Worst Hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Please do not waste your time staying here, it is extremely dirty, especially the bathroom, and has a horrendous smell. The environment is terrible and everything was extremely unhygienic. This is not a family friendly hotel, I would not recommend and couldn’t wait to checkout.

Our check in was not good at all. First there were no lights at the entrance but there were people hanging around talking gathered all around the door which felt unsafe. Then there was no one at the desk, no bell to get their attention. Once the lady finally came she was very rude

Room smelled like mold, maybe mold mixed with smoke someone tried to cover up , AC was super loud and the bed was uncomfortable. Facilites were dated, the burners looked like they were from the 80’s. I was only there for 8 hours to sleep so it was fine. Sheets were clean. For $150 it would have been fine minus the smell.

As soon as we checked in they were rolling out a dead body.... not a joke. Also there were hairs all in the shower and in the sheets. Honestly was a little scary staying there and I'm originally from that area.
