It's always a good place to be near the beach and shops in the area. The owner is very responsive and welcoming.

The unit was immaculate with new linens, comfortable bed/pillows. The location is a very short walk from the beach. Complimentary waters in a cooler by the pool. Adorable outdoor kitty. wifi wasn’t great, bathroom soap was very low quality, the room safe was locked shut, the bathroom needs some hardware/vanity replacements, as it has been damaged by moisture. The street signage needs replacement, as well. The street noise is audible from inside the unit, as are voices from anyone outside by the pool.

I booked three rooms for my niece’s FAU graduation, and we loved everything about this hotel! The staff was incredibly friendly, the rooms were spotless and adorable, and the location was perfect. I’m already looking for an excuse to come back!

It was easy to check in and the staff were friendly. My son and I liked taking a dip in the pool. We appreciated the free laundry services. The room was really spacious and clean, it had a fully working kitchen with fridge, microwave, and stove. The beds were clean and comfy and the ceiling fan had a remote control that you could use to dim the light and turn on and off from your bed, which we enjoyed. We liked our stay here. The outside area smelt of soggy cat food because near the pool they had cat food bowls and were feeding around 3 outdoor cats, yet the booking said it was a pet free place. While we were swimming in the pool I did see some cat kibble floating in the water and lots of scavenger birds because of it. When we entered our unit there was a used wet towel on the floor of our bathroom. The free laundry services were really nice but due to the door not being flush with the building, lots of bugs can get into the room. This includes a really large cockroach which was hiding behind one of the paintings in that room.

The staff (Emery) was AWESOME, the property was clean, location was safe, and we really enjoyed the pool as well as the beach chairs and umbrellas.

Place was surprisingly nice and perfect except the wifi. This is not a place you can work remotely from as they have a mesh system/repeater type of system. Could not use zoom.

Price was great for the area and size There was a kitchenette in the room. Had regular coffee pot! If we had known no breakfast, could have brought stuff in room. Parking area was quite tight. But sufficient

Nicely updated rooms. We we offered beach chairs to go the the nearby beach. We were there for the Palm Beach boat show so didn't go to the beach. Great location. Came back one day to see our room had been cleaned! Wonderful surprise. Staff was friendly and we always felt safe. Would stay again.

The pool is big enough to swim a short distance. The hotel is just a few minutes walk to the ocean, where there are lifeguards and also a restroom. Guests had free use of beach chairs and beach towels.

I had an amazing stay for a long weekend. The room was clean, cozy, and I felt right at home. I stayed in the one bed room and didn't realize it had a kitchenette and dining area which was a lovely surprise! Can't beat the location, just a block away from the beach so I could check out sunset and sunrise while going back and forth to the room. They had plenty of beach chairs, towels, and umbrellas to borrow which was a great amenity! Wish I could have stayed longer but I hope to be back again!

Very much enjoyed our 3 night stay at Ashley Brooke. The owners are very friendly and helpful (we will forgive that they are Buckeyes!) The room was clean and comfortable and the pool area very comfortable and nice! The walk to Deerfield Beach is short. Great find!

Location was perfect, nice walk to the pier and restaurants. Emre made checking in easy and was available for questions. The guests were great. Happy hour by the pool was a nice way to get to know everyone ? Wouldn't change a thing

Sadly, we did not get to enjoy this hotel as much as we would have liked. Our flight was delayed and we got in very late and left the next morning for a cruise. However, manager was very nice and helpful. This is an older beach style motel which fit our needs perfectly for this trip. Very charming and the pool looked very inviting. It was also a very short walk to the beach. All good!

The place is in excellent location - only five minutes to the public beach and 15 minute walk to the center where there are various stores in one location. The bathroom is recently remodeled and looks great. Learning that the private properties can prevent you walking from one public beach to another public beach via "No Trespassing" signs. Having to climb to second story is becoming a challenge to us since we are getting older and older. I realize that I should start paying attention to the multiple floor hotels and motels without an elevator.

King Room is large. The recliner with heat and massage was unexpected and appreciated.- Very comfortable. Couch and recliner look relatively new and clean. The kitchen was well equipped. Big, full size refrigerator. A nice big microwave. Did not do any cooking so really did not pay attention to sizes or numbers of pots and pans. King bed was comfortable- nice that there were 4 pillows. Air conditioner and overhead fan worked well. Location was good for what I had going on- short walk to Deerfield Beach and "boardwalk" and restaurants are within walkable distance. Just a note- I had stayed previously and there had been other customers that sat right outside downstairs rooms and smoked, talked, blocked walkway. This did not happen on the this visit :) Never smelled any cigarette smoke. Really do not have any complaints. I knew what the facility was like before booking.

Everyone was amazing from the owner to the cleanup. Crew had no worries about anything needed something they got it for you ASAP. I will be there again on the 29th book in the same room. The one bedroom is excellent very clean. Quit with all the utensils that you need to cook the whole night if I give him a 10, I will definitely give him a 10

To make matters worse, there was a cat on top of the table, which is extremely unhygienic. I called several times and left messages, but no one responded for a long time. In conclusion, this is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at in Deerfield Beach. I do not recommend it at all. Very nice little place. Rooms were very nicely remodeled and comfortable. 1 block to the beach and towels and chairs to borrow were great. It reminded me of the places I went as a kid where people were friendly and helpful. Will stay here again.

This place is a hidden gem, the staff was fantastic. The rooms are nice and clean. The property is nice and clean. I would highly recommend if you’re in this area to stay with these folks you will not be disappointed in the beds are just undescribable. It’s like sleeping on the cloud.

I admire that this is a locally owned property and the owner is on property 24/7. The pool is heated and the beds are comfortable. The owner works hard and I will be back as it’s very laid back and close to my family. :)

And the managers seems to be nice, but they seems to be not too happy because I had a service dog. I understand, the hotel is superclean and kept very nice and I understand why, It's my fault, I didn't ask before hand if the hotel is pet friendly... Overall great experience. Thank you for having us!

Lovely! We normally stay in Lauderdale by the Sea or Pompano, sometimes Fort Lauderdale but Deerfield Beach is just a little quiet section so close yet so far. This motel is a new fave. Clean, close to the beach, quiet area. If you're looking to party all night you might want to go north or south a few miles. The pool is beautiful as are the grounds. There's a really nice sitting area in the back. They have two snobby cats ❣️ but the people that work there are really cool. We will definitely be back as soon as possible. I highly recommend

This is an amazing place to stay with a family. Emre was a great host. We felt at home. It was great to have laundry facilities and a kitchen in the suite. My kids loved the pool! I highly recommend this property!

Place was nice and clean. Gabrielle was VERY nice and helpful if I needed anything. We got an early check in. The pool was clean and warm. The public entrance to the beach is only a block to the beach. Close to restaurants, grocery shopping and red reef park. I would definitely stay here again.

It is a small and modest property. I was very pleased with the cleanness of my room. The staff is very attentive to the guests. Very personable! As a bonus trait: They really care! forgot my work planner in the room. I was going out of mind. It had been a few days and when I called the hotel, they offered to mail it to me. That made me even happier about my stay at Ashley’s! So grateful!! I hope to stay there again!

Calling it a resort is really stretching the truth. It was kind of a retro 50s Florida beach motel. The location was great as was the staff, but new mattresses and pillows are necessary. It was very clean and well maintained

Nice little Motel. Rooms have kitchen and large refrigerator. Nothing fancy but could spend a couple of weeks here. Met at front desk, was early but they made sure I could drop my bag in room and gave me a key.

The place and people are amazing. The check in was easy. The staff went above and beyond our expectations. Me and my wife were are on our anniversary getaway and they helped to make it very memorable. We got to meet some very nice people on site that made us feel right at home. The property is a short walk to the beach and plenty of other things to do. Wish we were here for another day but we will definitely come back again.

Our flight was getting in late, called the office and made arrangements to check in. They gave me a code and check in was a breeze.

Don't judge a book by its cover. Outside the hotel appeared as I expected for a very moderately priced hotel. But once I got into room I was very happily surprised. The room was clean, remodeled nicely (other than ceiling) and had everything and more in it -comfortable bed and pillows, tv, stove, refrigerator, microwave and even a recliner to watch tv. The towels were surprisingly plush and wonderful. All in all my 4 night stay was a wonderful surprise. Emre, the proprietor was most welcoming and ready to respond to any issues, but there were none. Highly recommend .

Very clean. Friendly staff

We checked in to this property in early April and had two rooms. The host was friendly and helpful, check in was quick and easy, and rates were exactly what we saw online, no surprises. Rooms are spacious and kitchens include stove, oven, full fridge, microwave and coffee maker. We were able to cook a holiday meal and bake a dessert here too! Our host Emre also offered plenty of beach chairs, towels, umbrellas, even a beach cart to carry everything to the beach a short walk away. He also supplies pool toys and plenty of seating around the pool. My family particularly enjoyed the cats that live nearby! Overall this was a great place to stay and we will be back again when we are in the area.

I love this place! The owners were so helpful - my flight was delayed and I got in very late. They were super communicative and literally had the light on for me. Very quaint little old Florida motel on the exterior - updated cute and comfy inside the room.

Perfect for our short trip to Deerfield Beach! It was a really easy walk to the pier with plenty of food and drink options. The rooms were spacious and clean and the staff were always very kind and helpful! We would definitely come back again!

There were many great reviews for this place and they were all well deserved. It's perfect for a beach holiday - Super clean, well appointed and modern room #3, a nice, clean pool and only 1 block from a beautiful beach. But what made it an excellent choice was Emory (Emery?) and the friendliness of several of the long term residents. I felt like I was home, but without the gloomy weather!

Emery was a fantastic host! We will definitely plan to return to the Ashley Brooke any time we stay in that east coast area of Florida!!!

The room was large, with full cooking facilities, staff were friendly and helpful, pool was well maintained. Easy access to A1A and close to lighthouse, cafes and shops, 2 minute walk to the beach and board wslk

This is the second time we’ve stayed at Ashley Brooke and wont be the last! The rooms are so nice and beautifully updated with everything you could ever need. Emre treats everyone like family and felt like we were staying with a friend! Our girls loved the pool and all the toys to choose from! Easy walk to the beach! Will definitely be staying here again on our next trip! Thanks for everything!

Lock was funky and I was unable to lock when going out without managers help. I also couldn’t get out of the room 2 different mornings without a lot of difficulty. the lock has been replaced. AC kept turning on every 3 minutes and turning off 20 seconds later keeping me awake. The trick was to turn off energy saver so it runs constantly. My last night, the AC was loudly rattled when cooling. I had to shut it off and use the ceiling fan. A lot of negatives but I’d give the benefit of the doubt that the others rooms may not have any issues. that was UNTIL I got back to the hotel tonight. I had some juice in the refrigerator to take my meds in morning before a 5AMflight. When returning to room I found my juice was gone. My own personal soap is no longer there either. The universe is telling me to stay away….. too many issues.

Excellent place to bring a family. King size room is like a 2 bedroom apartment. Friendly environment, pool equipment to borrow while staying on site.

This was a terrific experience from beginning to end! Check-in was easy, and I got room 17 (2nd floor, facing A1A). I could live at this place - Big bedroom, king bed with comfortable mattress, two recliners, big-screen TV, large closet, bathroom, and full kitchenette with coffee, stove, microwave, etc. All bathroom amenities were provided, and the water pressure and temperature were perfect. Room A/C had a handheld remote to keep perfect room temperature throughout the stay. Easy walk to the Deerfield beach restaurants, bars, convenience stores and retailers. One block from the beach, and the hotel even has some beach chairs to borrow. Pricing was quite affordable. I travel frequently to South FL, so I will certainly be back to Ashley Brooke again.

Exceptional! We were greeted immediately by the owner of the hotel who was very helpful and gracious! We were even given the key to an upgraded room very early, which was so nice! The room was spacious, clean, and had very nice furnishings, the location was perfect. We enjoyed walks along the boardwalk on the beach! We would definitely recommend Ashley Brooke!.

This place is a total diamond in the rough. Small parking lot but enough to accomodate the rooms there. From the outside it may look a little cluttered and some things could use a new coat of paint but I was blown away by the condition of the rooms. Totally renovated and very nice. Beds felt brand new, clean sheets, full size fridge and nice appliances. The pool was spotless and warm. Then there's the owner. Emery was amazing. Would most definitely stay here again. A block from the beach with Emery offering beach chairs and umbrellas for use. You wont be disappointed.

Amazing stay! Room was perfect. Location was right by the beach. Polite staff. Quite room as well. A lot of effort was put into making the room incredible.

We have enjoyed our stay from minute one. Instant feeling of family and welcomeness as the owner’s mother greeted us and even brought us a piece of cake. When we had questions, the owner himself was quick to respond and help. If we ever have to come back to this area, I will be staying here again. The room is spacious, well equipped, very clean, the pool is the perfect temperature and beach access is literally a one minute walk. Our room even had a huge closet with plenty of hangers. Its like a mini apartment. I just can’t say enough about this property. Sad to leave.

This was our second time staying here. We love this place. Emre is a wonderful host. The rooms are clean and updated. The pool is heated and there are plenty of chairs by the pool to relax on. This place is a gem.
