    The shower was terrible I slipped and fell, there was a make up sponge under the sink on the floor so I know it wasn't cleaned, one wash cloth wash nasty gray coloered, and hand towel hanging behind toilet had make up on it, the light above sink flashed on and off, and there was a terrible pipe making terrible noise in the wall. I would never recommend this place

    Could use some updates, for example USB or c cord charger in the walls or at least the ones that are on the outdated clock could work. Otherwise, we had a good experience was just there for 2 nites, came in town for a family member who was sick and was at Emory Hospital. The staff was very friendly and respectful. Our room was clean. The continental buffet was super basic. Just had waffles, cereal, oatmeal, and orange juice and coffee. So it was enough to have a bite before getting out for the day, but don’t use the breakfast to make your decision if you are a big breakfast eater.

    Also, the "free full breakfast" is just a waffle maker, Quaker instant oatmeal, yogurt, and cereal. Although staff were nice and accommodating, I cannot recommend a hotel that has bed bugs. And the manager's response to "kill it" is not acceptable.

    My concern was with the cleanliness of the facility. The carpet need cleaning and replacing in the room I occupied and 2 bugs were found in one of the beds in my room. The staff was notified but there was only 1 staff member on hand and when I requested bedding change, I was told that I could get additional bedding but would have to change the bedding myself, which I did. This room was rented for out of town guests due to a funeral being attended and I chose this hotel from the reviews that I read. I was not satisfied with the accommodation. It also had a light smell of marijuana in the lobby and hall areas.

    Price was very reasonable. And, the Location was convenient to the places I needed to go for the weekend. Hotel Management wouldn't allow hotel Guests to take food to our room. Otherwise, no major issues. Staff was friendly and helpful.

    Anyway, they were quick, reasonable and pleasant at Quality Inn. I appreciate them for moving so quickly. It was the night before my graduation. The elevator was a little scary. The hallway smell was a little off. The previous guest soap was left in the shower. They could clean better. And have a trash can in the bathroom. It was some noisey kids during quiet time but that's not their fault however they could put up a sign "Quiet time from 11 pm to 6 am

    Not really they didn't clean my room on time they clean after I had check out and when I had all the food they didn't let the person deliver the food to me I had to come and meet them at the door and also I had a guest came over to visit me and then they did not let the gas come in also

    Towels, not clean had to switch for cleaner towels make such a big deal when you ask for clean line and towels sofa mattress was not clean at all very dirty did not have a spare one had to take a blanket to cover the mattress then put a Fitted sheet over the mattress they did not try to help me figure out a solution for the dirty mattress, but made such a big deal when you ask for some clean towels they want you to count the ones that you give them so they can replace it ridiculous and a lot of time consuming when you’re trying to go somewhere and you want to shower I travel a lot and stay in a lot of photos and a lot of state. However, this has been the worst experience. I do not like.

    Breakfast was very carb heavy. Room 207 refrigerator doesn't work which is a problem since I am diabetic and need to have my medicine refrigerated. Other than this few minor setbacks, the room is comfortable and cozy. Great writing desk and chair and king size bed is awesome! Shower works great. Everything else is good as well. I would possibly stay here again, but use cash instead of debit card!

    I booked this room due to it being the closest to the event location and having a jacuzzi bath with the best price, not to mention good reviews from what I could see and a good overall rating, well when we arrived at 3am exhausted after a day of travel and fun we had to wait at least 20 min to even be buzzed into the front door to check in, then I ask the man our room has a jacuzzi tub correct? And he says “oh no you didn’t pay for that room” online in every way it looked as if I had booked that room so it was disappointing to not receive it… he said it would be an additional 300$ to upgrade to that room… I decided and we climbed the stairs to our room which smelled very musty and the shower was broken… we go back down the stairs and tell the guy, he insists we where confused and didn’t know how to work the shower and climbed us back up the stairs to see for himself infact it was broken. They had no more rooms available with a king sized bed except a handicap room so we took it and the shower head would only go like 4foot tall max so we had to hold the shower head up to shower. The whole place smelled musty and we heard multiple people say there room smelled mildewed. The beds where terrible and rock hard. Anyway it was not at all what I expected or anticipated. And definitely not a 7 out of 10 experience

    It is near by the area i like. Shopping. Lounges. Food. Etc. However in a year ive witnessed a decline in the hotel room's care and cleanliness. This time it was heavily soiled/stained towels, large area of carpet that appeared to be replaced but was just failing the "let's make it look nice" test and the toilet had the "ive been cleaned" wrapper on it but i wiped away very visible dirt on the toilet seat. Staff is nice but that can't make up for the lack of care of the room that their guests stay in while in town.

    The hotel is a three stars, but overall the staff is very helpful. The rooms are clean and straight to the point but not a 4 or 5 stars so don’t go there expecting to be at the Hilton. It is a good for a 3 stars. The bathroom is clean, shower works, be nice and they will be nice, that’s how life works. I was there for a couple weeks with my son, I don’t have any complain and I certainly did not go there to expect 4-5 stars service but you get what you give in return. What I cared about is that the room is clean and so is the bathroom. Don’t go there to pick on everything or stay at the Hilton end of story. They also have a breakfast that is the same everyday, cereals, juice, coffee, tea, waffles, bread, oatmeal, yogurt. They have a small gym and laundry workable with quarters which does the job when you stay for a couple weeks. (2.75/washer and dryer) I have no complaint, I think it’s pretty good for a three stars ⭐️

    Breakfast sucked. What got me was card was deactivated at 9 a.m day of departure. Front desk activated it with no problem. I throught it was a mistake but other guest said theirs were deactivated also. Was told time change but that should of been fixed weeks ago.

    The management has changed from the previous times we have stayed here. They did some repairs on the toilet seat after we were in the room. Also they have economized on toiletries. There is no place to meet as the dining area is closed.

    Room supposed to be smoke free but smelled like smoke and the hallway did as well. Walls too thin could hear people next door talking and watching tv all night. Bed hard a rock. Arms fell asleep. Back stiff next morning.

    The hotel needs to be remodeled. The property was not safe.The camera didn't work one of the guests car was broken in. They are misleading guests about the breakfast. The juice machine was nasty. The few items they offered for breakfast was old and the milk was warm. The hotel smells like it has a issue with mold and mildew. The furniture in the suite is out of data and need to be cleaned.The front desk person was rude and I heard her talking about the guests in a very rude way.I traveled from out of town and was very disappointed with this location. I booked on Expedia a month in advance and went I tried to check in I was told I had to pay a deposit. The lock on the room door didn't work properly. Limiting channels on the tv. I glad I only booked for one night I will never booked at this hotel again. PLEASE TAKE THIS AS A WARNING ⚠️ not wroth the money.

    Property is being renovated. I had to ask for another room upon arrival, as the only working elevator was at the far end of the building and our room was not near the elevator as requested. There were no instructions on how to use the TV (it needed 2 remotes to operate). The place is understaffed and I had to stand at the reception desk to get the attention of the only employee available to show me how to get the TV to work. The hotel offered a free breakfast but it was the worst I've ever experienced. There are no restaurants within walking distance, so we had to drive to est breakfast. Will never stay here again.

    I am very disappointed with this Quality Inn property. Room smelled like smoke, the staff refused to allow my Choice Rewards, there were construction workers smoking outside the front door, giant forced air fans in the hallway, unfriendly staff, and front entrance encumbered with outdated door system. Although I do enjoy being a Choice Rewards customer, if I need a room in that area again, I will choose another more family friendly hotel.

    I stayed here for 7 days but needed to extend my stay for another week because I’m waiting for my place to be available to move into and I’m relocating from another state. Knowing no one I can stay with here in this state and only having my vehicle I told that bald head rude man that I had nowhere else to go that I would be living in my truck he didn’t care at all because of some stupid policy of checking completely out for 24 hours after a 7 day stay then checking back in under a new reservation which is a total rip off by the way. At this point I’m crying because I don’t know what to do this dude was so inconsiderate and rude, he threw his hands up as to indicate he doesn’t care and said oh well that’s the policy. I informed the manager the day of check out that he said wasn’t going to be there until Monday all she could talk about was that stupid policy but said she understood my problem but that’s the policy. Those people couldn’t care less if you’re homeless and have no other place to go they only care about money. This is the stupidest policy I have ever heard of. If you’re already there why not extend it you still getting the money just crazy. I will NEVER stay at this place again and will anyone that come from out of town that I know won’t be staying there with those rude and inconsiderate people. What goes around comes around. Y’all will reap what you sow.

    The rooms are out dated and needs to be renovated. The cabinet door fell off where the microwave and refrigerator were stored. The track for the black out curtains were broken so the light from the street lights shined in my room at night because I could close the curtain. The carpet was dirty. The stopper for the tub was broken. I booked my room via Hotel.com. The employee name Kelly at Quality Inn & Suites Decatur East Atlanta refused to give me a receipt because I didn’t book my room directly with Quality Inn. The Direct TV remote did not work. I do not recommend for anyone to stay at Quality Inn & Suites Decatur East Atlanta.

    i definitely enjoyed my stay! the only issue i had is that i was checked into a room i didn’t pay for, my room was supposed to have the tub in the room but i didn’t. i paid extra to have that specific amenity and it was a completely different room. wasn’t going to fuss about a few extra dollars though. it’s the principle though. the person who checked me in didn’t even mention that the room i booked was unavailable or anything. so 7.99/10 for the Quality Inn !

    Kelly was excellent! Very friendly, helpful and informative. She always greeted us with a hello and smile upon leaving and coming. The room was very clean and organized, housekeeping was always making sure we had fresh towels, rags, soaps, shampoo and conditioner every day as well as friendly service. After staying for 7 days you get full housekeeping service, however if you need to extend your stay you will need to reserve a whole new reservation which I didn’t like at all but again because of Kelly friendliness an the housekeeping cleanliness it made the stay worthwhile. Buy the way I had the suite, very nice!
