Outside the building feels incredibly unsafe, was scared to leave car there, was harassed on way into the building

Staff was nice room old furniture dirty no microwave no refrigerator don't want any one to stay there the model view on the profile picture is fake

No sheet on the bed or pillow case

A quick get out the cold place

Room was clean, new towel and washcloth in the room at check in. Super cold AC. Stronger WiFi and tvs with at least local channels would be nice.

The property was cleaning and has working wifi

The room was listed as non smoking but it had been smoked in recently. The light on the wall had no switch to turn it on or off so I had to unplug and plug it in to use. The bathroom lights, one was burned out, another flickered constantly. On a stay for 2 nights only I towel was provided and no bathmat. Overall, this location is not one I'd go back to.

There is no drying towels, no soap, the television did not work. The air conditioning need to be fixed. Needs to be treated for insects and bugs. $20 ought to be the price for this room, provided you bring your own can of bugs spray.

We stayed for 2 nights and it was noisy every night

They stole my work shoes, I had to switch rooms two or three times the tv didn't have a cord or a remote the first room didn't have a microwave or a refrigerator, so they switched the room the second room had a naked lady in there, ppl was hanging out all over the property I didn't get a refund back or the 12$ they suppose to give me back

The rooms depicted in the pictures looked nothing like the room we had (only a bed and a broken cupboard of sorts. There was no TV or wifi in the room. Most of this is tolerable in my opinion but when we woke up to leave there were a number of cockroaches on the floors in the bathroom and the bedroom. Also the door did close and lock but didn’t latch properly. I found it hard to reconcile my experience with past reviews as they all seemed decent so either we were given a different room than depicted or at least some of the reviews are not honest ones. The only positive is the staff we encountered were all friendly. We didn’t bring up any issues to them as we only were there for a few hours.

Older property that is in disrepair. Staff is indifferent and I would only recommend this as an emergency or last minute booking.

There was shattered windows, bullet holes, and the door to my hotel room looked like it was smashed open with a crowbar. The second I walked into the hotel room bedbugs scattered away from the sheets of the bed, and the shower curtain was a blue rain tarp. I didn’t fought with customer service for three days and Expedia on apparently how I wasn’t gonna get my money back.

This place was absolutely horrible. Staff was also horrendous. Never going here and hope no one else does either. Ruined our vacation.

The pictures on line was nothing like the room i was supposed to get. There was people creeping around all the time

Pictures didn't match the facility. No trash cans in the room. Holes in the walls. Roach ran over my foot while in the room before I checked out...

Not only was the room nothing like the pictures but it was dingy and unclean. We booked a little under A MONTH in advance. The bed was a full size, NOT a king and the floorboards were peeling. The so-called “cable” is a lie unless you bring your own batteries because the remote had none. The bathroom had a lot of bugs as well, specifically roaches. The water pressure was bad and the water barely turned warm. The door to the hotel room itself was broken and remained slightly cracked open. The parking lot was rough, so many potholes and broken glass. If you can afford an extra 30$ for a better hotel, please do! The only reason we didn’t find another was because there was nothing available since it was Valentine’s Day weekend. As disgusting as the hotel was both morning and night staff were very friendly and helpful.

This wasn't the safest place to stay. A couple of roaches were spotted. My door looked as if it were kicked in so I had to tape the bottom to make sure no rodents got in. No seating other than my bed. You get what you pay for so I can't complain.

Arrived to check in, waiting in the lobby for 10 minutes, pressed the bell button to no answer. Call the number on the glass, told me they’re assisting another guest but they would call the property. More time passes and the security guard walked in, said nothing and sat on his phone. We stood there awkwardly til he barely looked up at us to mumble “what do you want?”. My partner said we were trying to check in, and the guy just mumbled again. My partner asked if he worked here. No response - stood up, walked to the back to tell the guy that had been sitting back there the entire time that we were here. This guy was barely coherent, I had to explain to him three times that I already had booked a room online and he kept asking “so you want to buy a room tonight?”. He managed to look me up, I gave him my ID and he gave me a room key. I asked for my ID back but he wouldn’t give it to me until I checked my room (?) staircase and hallway were very poorly lit. I open the door that reads “no smoking” to a room that REEKS of cigarettes. I know what to expect from motels, but this was atrociously dingy. There wasn’t even toilet paper. I walked back down to the lobby, told him we wouldn’t be staying, and hopped over to the motel across the street. Never had to write a bad review in my life. I felt unsafe enough to seek out last minute accommodation changes at 3AM after a 13 hour drive. I need a full refund.

Property photos in online and the actual scenario at the property doesn’t match.I don’t recommend this place at all!

It was horrible condition. The room was dirty , no A/C, broken toilet, dirty, no telephone, no mini fridge or micro oven, bad smell, TV did not work, no towels, a lot to mention...

The main purpose of the hotel was to shower before going out and the shower didn't even work.

No towels in rm had to get them frm frt desk then when I got bk frm store realized no tv remote, went to take a shower water would not come on knob just would spin around n around. Rm was lrg but no table n chairs to eat at or do my paperwork at. Although, Lady at desk was very nice

It was horrible, when I arrived to check my room; the bath tub was dirty. When I first open the door to my room; I was welcomed by the smell of cigarettes. The bed sheets smelled like dirty laundry, it was just a horrible experience. I would not recommend to anybody.

I thought the staff in the evening was very rude she didn't want to give me a towel after I checked in and realized there wasn't any in my room.

Too many people standing around drugs were being sold in front of kids. Staff were very unprofessional and rude staff also didn't want to clean everything was half done it was very poor. Guns were being fired throughout the night I wouldn't recommend anyone to this hotel it's not safe or clean

Well... if you're looking for a hooker this might be the place for you. The actual accommodations were fine. I mean for $31 the beds were fine, no bugs, etc.

They had a full house so we were stuck in a room that should have been placed out of order because the A/C & heater did not work and the water did not get hot. The amount that I paid for 4 days was the actual amount the hotel charged for 7 days. So I paid more than what the hotel actually charges.

This is the trap. Don't go unless you trap. I wouldn't even really go then . This is not a spot for out of towners. Room didn't have any essentials and was dirty.

Didn't even go inside, and made reservation at another hotel. Gang bang, drug, and hooker central.

First of all, none of the rooms are non-smoking. I called Orbitz to ensure a non-smoking room, they said it would be non-smoking, but it was not. I got the 'least smoked room' which still had a smell. The cleaning staff took about 20 minutes to clean it out as I waited to enter (they should have had this done by 3pm, when check-in time is). You have to look at your room first and tell them if anything is damaged or missing or you will be charged (my room did not have a remote control, waste basket, alarm clock or hangers). They tell you the prices of items at check-in... including toilet paper. Wi-fi is not free - it is $3 per day. It is a rougher area of Decatur and they tell you that you must register your vehicle or it will be towed (and no backing your car into the spot). If you needed a bed for a night and did not care about amenities at all, fine, it has likely the lowest price. But do yourself a favor - spend a few more dollars to get a real hotel room.

This is the worst hotel experience I've ever had, and I've had some doozies since I often travel on a small budget. I understand that the experience is "affordable", but I didn't think that had to necessary equate to it being abysmal as well. The girl that checked me in was rude and unengaged. The security guard, for some obnoxious reason, found it necessary to stand in the middle of the doorway of the front office with earbuds in and then look annoyed whenever she had to move to let someone in or out. There was no spread on the bed (only a thin sheet), only one pillow, no towels or washcloths. The floor was grimy, the room reeked of cigarette smoke, and they had the nerve to charge $3 for wi-fi access. I cannot think of a single, solitary reason I'd ever opt to stay at this place again. The only saving grace of this experience was the woman that checked me out who was quite pleasant. Pay a few extra bucks and stay somewhere that doesn't need to tout their only feature, the low rate, in the title.

no coffee pot, no bath towels, had only 2 wash towels and that is it!!!! , very dirty bathroom, found dead cockroach next to the TV, smelled like dope. Disappointed.

Got overcharged for a stay that consisted of a wk and between the staff and conditions, it was low rent.

It was just awful. They charged for wifi; the rooms smelled horrible; there were potholes everywhere; barley any lighting in the rooms; horrible service; and they area around made me sleep with one eye open because I thought I was going to get mugged or robbed.

Apparently they expected me to leave because they had me inspect the room first before locking in my decision. The room was the nastiest ever seen. The towels were dirty and yellow the bedding was nasty and stain the back with broken TV only got 12 channels that the most roaches in every corner of the building and the room carpet was ripped up holes everywhere toilet toilet was cracked . The latch on the door was loose air-conditioning and heating did not work properly. Overall feeling of safety very very uncomfortable. Went to front office to ask questions to the staff members were So stuck on their cell phones that they didn't even notice I was in the office. The whole building in my opinion should've been shut down for health reasons. That was the biggest mistake I've ever made getting a room at that location. I destroyed my luggage bag after I left and sanitized all my clothes and myself .

The stay was horrible. The rooms are trashed. They're currently under construction. We had no hot water for majority of the stay. Sheets weren't clean. Found a few bed bugs. Our towels weren't given until 5hrs after our second request. Please don't waste your money here.

It was horibal no towels no free wifi. Ther was no frige or microwave in room like it said. Had to pay for wifi. It was dirty and traffic in front of my room like all night long . Prostitution calling ur room asking if u want company . Just was not satisfied at all

It was horrible. it was a high drug area with a lot of crack activity. hotel service was horrible no tissue no towels. there's no refrigerators in the room no microwave our TV was stolen.... I will never go back there ever again and I would recommend that no one else Would go there either

I did get there late, however, I was told to go inspect 2 rooms and pick the one that looked the best. I did. No remote for the TV ( they had given all of them out), so the front desk person on duty did extend my check out time to 12:30. No towels in the room, period. Fast forward to the next day. Housekeeping kept knocking on the door trying to rush us out of there, even though we had an agreement, on file, to leave at 12:30 and this particular lady was rude about it. All in all, the stay was terrible.

The place is old. But the young man who checked us in was super nice. My stay was restful and that's all that matters

I never thought a hotel could be like this where we can hear a loud voice from outside while we are inside the room. Rooms were not as clean as it should be. Bathroom is terrible.

I believe the other people staying at this "hotel" lived there like an apartment.

The location is QUESTIONABLE especially for a girl traveling alone. I had the raging urge to hire someone off of Craigslist to come stay with me for the night because THAT sounded safer than this place looks. There are a lot of people just wandering around the property slowly and it always looks like they're walking towards you (but again, they're slow so you can usually make it to where you need to go in time).  Let's talk about the room: my first impression was "wow this is a big room," but I soon realized that it just seems large because everything in the room is tiny and/or missing. The small TV doesn't work. The only channel you get is Spike. My TV was personally very loud. I couldn't turn the volume down either because the volume buttons were smashed in and there was no remote control. There's no chair, no table, no towels in the bathroom. There is a bed BUT NO BLANKET. When I was finally going to go to sleep, I pulled down the "blanket" to find just a mattress under it! It just had a sheet tucked into a mattress. I slept on top of it and froze all night, hugging a pillow that I could only hope and pray to the hotel gods that it had been washed at least once in it's crunchy pillow life.  In the morning I had a knock on my door with someone outside moaning loudly, "IS THIS THE FRONT DESK?" I said nothing. I didn't want to draw attentio

This is by far the worst place I have ever been to. I arrive there late in the night and left early the morning. There were countless junkie running around and cursing making a lot of noise non stop. While in our room shots went off and you could hear people running. Please, everyone avoid this hell hole, sleep in your car or on the streets if this place is the only place you think you can afford. This place don't even deserve a rating. The entire place was nasty, my skin crawl just thinking about it. Expedia, please take them off your site they will drag your reputation to zero.

If I could have gotten a refund I would have . This neighborhood and hotel grounds are not safe! I couldn't even get out of the car much less park and leave my car unattended. There are many people lurking around corners and on premises staring to see who's there. Some were even fixing their cars outside. I can stay anywhere but this place did not have the safety I needed so I ended staying 30 miles south where I knew I would be ok at only $9 more a night. This place is the projects if I have ever seen any...and I'm from Miami...words can't describe the feeling of driving into this place. Maybe if I wasn't by myself I wouldn't of minded so much. I would avoid this hotel at all costs and go with the reviews or recommendations of another hotel.

This is easily the worst hotel stay I have ever experienced. When I arrived, they informed me that they did not have my reservation, despite the fact that it was confirmed via travelocity. So fine, I payed for a room for the night. Then, the first room that they gave me a key to had not been cleaned, had empty beer bottles and food containers lying about, and used condoms on the table. I eventually got a clean room after going back to the front desk. The next morning I noticed there was no soap in the bathroom, so I went down to the front desk to ask for some. They tell me that they don't have soap, only shampoo-conditioner. What kind of hotel does not have soap??? That was the last straw for me. I got dressed and promptly checked out of the room. I want to clarify, none of the staff was particularly unkind to me, but this hotel does not have basic amenities and is very unorganized. I would NOT recommend it to anyone.

It's in a terrible part of town. it is extremely run down with very unclean towels, linens, and sheets. I wouldn't dtay here if you paid me

The price is great for low income indiviuals. But you get what you pay for. A run down room with an out of date T.V., no bath soap, one towel, no wash cloth, and just one sheet on the bed.

The hotel also claimed that they could not see in their system that the room was paid for already through Hotels.com and charged my card again! However, when I received my receipt it said plainly 'Prepaid'... The desk clerk wrote in ink pen the second charge!

No air conditioner and no soap or shampoo the shower didn't work and i never go back again. Especially when I'm pregnant and the lady was rude. no gold customer service and no towels either and you have to walk to a gas station to heat up your things. and no refrigerator like never go there it's stupid and waste of money

Smells like a pack-a-day smoker died in there and is decomposing under the bed, & I'm pretty sure the carpet & curtains were growing mold. That said, it has A/C & 2 locks on the door for peace of mind, and if you're spending $30 on a room then you're not really in it for the amenities.

Terrible. People actually lived in this hotel. Very unsafe looking people outside. We left right away and did not stay. This hotel should not be listed on your site at all. Very disappointed!!!!

this was a low income apartment style living situation for residents. if someone stayed they would be outsiders. the rooms did not have lighting except for restroom, and the toilet tissue was 50Cents a roll. would not recommend to anyone. you also charged $40 dollars per night when the sign above the area shows $25 that may be another reason for low income residents to stay. hard to tell if this was an apartment complex or hotel.

First off, my sister and i drove straight to this h e double hockey sticks hole from Indianapolis and it was 1am when we arrived and had no other options. I tried not to judge it from the outside and i was tired so i was just ready to lay down but it looked like nasty ran down apartments, there were leaks everywhere, the parking lot was all pot holes and the grass was all walked out to the dirt. I have no clue who or when the photo on the page was taken but it's not what we showed up to. ...... When i walked in the office the young lady was on her cell phone and after i stood there about 2 minutes she stopped talking to ask if i needed something and i told her i was checking in, all in the midst of her cell phone conversation she told me to take the room key to see if i "really" wanted to stay the night there. I was scared and of course as i suspected the room was disgusting and the ac only worked as a fan but we stayed any ways. We slept in our clothes and couldn't wait to leave. There were no towels or toilet paper or a trash can, the walls were filthy, there was no remote not that we would use it and the sun peeked through all of the cigarette burns in the curtain, the carpet was coming up and the sink didn't work. We were so happy to leave. It was so depressing with all the strange people lurking around and when i went in the office to check out i noticed that there was a sign that said toilet paper was 50 cent. No wander we didn't have any...

The Hotel did not have an available room for us to cover our reservations of our expected stay.

Was there one night..didnt even get into the Bed until I just wad too tired to be picky..but the worst part if all is the noise! People live permanently at this hotel and have become a community..but the loud ghetto screaming k n forth is unbareable for guest

Tried to check in and was told they didn't have rags/ towels or HOT WATER. Was sent to their sister location "A2B hotel" and it looked like it needed to be condemed! They told us they couldn't find our reservations, after waiting 2 hours we were sent back to affordable hotel, where we just checked in after frustration. The beds were box springs out backs were hurting the next morning, we couldn't take a shower because there were no rags or hot water... Bugs in the room not a good location. Smh I could go on and on this place should be illegal. I can't believe they even advertise it. I recommend they visit the places before they place them on the site.

I'm sorry , if I could have gotten a refund , I would have , the room had a stale cigarette smell to it , there was burn marks in the comforter, the sheets didn't look clean , I'm sure they were , but not by appearance. This was not a good experience

DIRTY facility. TRASHY rooms. FILTHY and torn bed sheets BED BUGS found..attached by BED BUGS...FOUND BED BUGS!!! Complained to hotel staff...made us leave and had to search for another hotel with limited funds (as we just paid out for this DISGUSTING PLACE and had to wait 3 to 5 days for refund). Had to super clean car out and throw out our clothes and super laundry mat the rest. Overall, WORST HOTEL EVER...BED BUGS FOUND!!! Poor customer service, BAD AREA..it looks like a few of the door have been busted in. NEVER AGAIN......LOOK BEFORE YOU BOOK...

My experience was absolutely horrible....My room had a foul odor that wouldn't go away....the plumbing didn't work.....there were roaches....and fruit flies in the room......some of my belongings came up missing and the hotel refused to reimburse me for it....not to mention the linen was dirty and the sink was molded....and the paint was peeling off the walls....the halls smelled like urine....

This hotel was horrible! I wouldn't let my dog stay there! Awful awful awful! They need to update their pictures! It's False advertisement! Definitely not what it looks like now. I was very dissatisfied!
