The staff that checked me in was great, the room was clean. However, the afternoon of my last day (booked multiple days) a different staff member was on staff and he FREAKED OUT when he saw my gf walking my service dog 1st he accused me of sneaking a pet in then when I pointed out he could check the computer I know the other guy noted my service dog at check in the he randomly decided my gf was allegedly previously trespassed and he would be calling the cops but um yeah nope no cops came and nothing else came of that. I assumed the 2nd staff member was on some kind of drug?!!! Also that same day we had to call police because for over an hour a guy was sitting outside near our door just extra creepy staring and while walking the dog my gf and I both confirmed the dude was masterbating in his car in broad day light! And was just watching everyone because he knew he was being a creep and he didnt leave until I made it obvious I was recording him after I got his license plate info for police and yeah he wasn't a guest either so we decided to go to another part of the metro for the rest of our stay. Also there was alot of foot traffic at all hours coming from the motel 6 next door to the gas station mostly working girls barely dressed and addicts who needed sleep and some clean clothes and that last night shots fired and blue lights at the store across the street....

Check in was horrible. I booked online and they checked me in 2 minutes later even though I wasn’t even at the property. Night window area had bugs in there. Room was run down. The floor was peeling, had to literally slam my door for it to latch shut correctly. Bedding had cigarette holes in it, horrible lighting, outlet plugs wasn’t working by the bed. Then outside it was people hanging around sitting on the curb and just watching every step I made.

Everything is just horrible and y’all can see the policy clearly says 18 years old but when you get there and you’re 18 years old, they’re gonna tell you that it’s 21 if you don’t want 18-year-old standing there you need to change your policy and take accountability that’s misleading information. I understand y’all need more money, but that’s not the way to do it and then on top of that, they refused to give me my refund until Expedia forced them to give me a refund.

This property is a severe biohazard and safety risk. We found body lice in the beds and suffered physical bites. The mirror was broken and sharp glass was exposed. The bathroom door did not close because the latch was broken and structural damage held together by duct tape.

Front desk won’t even give a coffee cup to be able to heat some water since there is no coffee maker. Street entrance has people standing or sitting without a bus stop, making it difficult to walk to the street. Room keys got disabled twice. Definitely not for business travel, certainly not for family travel either.

It took a long time for water to come on didn't have water for hours I checked in at 2:30 the water didn't come on until 8:30

Clean rooms, friendly staff The price is too high maybe like $20 off the price during the week and $40 off during the weekend would help keep the customer's happiness first.

It was convenient and the staff was friendly

No breakfast was offered and when asked staff just ignored us After we booked online and pay for our room upon entering the hotel it was asked for $50 security deposit and $20 to pay for the key after deposit and none of that was stated within the contract or any agreements that I made with booking.com

There was a terrible smell and it was sketchy. As soon as I walked into the room I immediately booked a room at another hotel.

The upkeep was low, and the bathroom needed items such as toilet holder, etc. Also, there wasn't enough towels available, and there wasn't enough soap. TV was excellent, but HVAC unit was low grade, seemed to be falling apart. They need money for repairs.

This was the worst it is right across from tent city homeless people and all night people are knocking on doors asking for money!!!! I do not recommend this place and expedia should remove them from the hotel list!!! YUCK

Where do I begin the door has so much light and wind coming thru I had to put the chair with one of my bag in it to hold i tightly close. The mattress was hard a rock it was a king size bed with 3 flat pillows on it. The walls had holes in them and the walls was filthy. The bathroom toilet paper holder was about to fall off the wall. The towel was very hard and our 2nd night they gave us towels that look like a mechanic clean his dirty and oily hands on. The tv on the first night kept freezing up and we thought we need batteries went and got some and that didn't fix the issue. The front desk clerk came down and reset the tv finally could watch TV. There are some many people around hanging out near the property. A lady in a wheelchair undressing in the street in front of the hotel another man hiding behind the dumpster. We couldn't even get any ice the ice machine was broke It was very scary and unsafe I would not recommend anyone to stay at this hotel.

I had to cancel my online appointment and now I’m knocked out from my awards which I find very unfair, I never experienced anything like this and I’m sure something should be done because I’m a valuable customer and this should be reviews because I don’t have to settle for these conditions which wasn’t my fault due to the new audit

This place is located next to many restaurants and stores but you wont be outside past 7 pm unless you are a daredevil. I was surprised they did not have ice. I used my own coffee maker because there was non. There is no closet and not even a nail to hang a shirt.. AWFUL PLACE

I had a nice stay. The only issue was the microwave door looked like someone had dropped it and the glass front was completely shattered and the handle was gone.

The room wasn't clean, had smoking products in it when it was suppose to be a non-smoking room. When i first setup the reservation it said i can pay at the location the day i get there but instead they charge my card anyway before I got there.

Our stay was great, the room was descent, housekeeping came everyday, and convenience of so many stores and eateries is wonderful.

There was a lot of loitering in this area. There were people out walking around the property all times of night. Several people actually live in this hotel. It’s newly remodeled but not very sanitary. Expensive rate for that location and kind of activity. Not a safe place for a family or small children overnight

Overall it was not as bad as you would think it would be. Room was pretty decent! Newly renovated, clean, and staff was nice and housekeeping kept our room clean! Only thing I would say is the area is not in the best location. But overall nobody bothered us or our belongings. If I come back I would stay here again.....

The Hotel has been completely remodeled. My room was very nice for the price. Comfortable King Sized Bed, Microwave, Refrigerator very nice Bathroom clean with new Toilet and Tub. Great Customer Service. From the Clerks to House Keeping; everyone was friendly. I would stay again. They are working on the issues that may be present. Overall it good stay.

I liked that I got a remodeled room. No bugs, no bad smells, the king size bed was so comfortable, no bed bugs, the bathroom was clean, I liked the decor of the room, the furniture was comfortable, I was very pleased and felt that I got my money's worth. I'll stay here again when I am in that area.

The area the hotel was in was ghetto which I’m use too but not my cup of tea but the hotel was nice on the inside tho no one bothered us you didn’t hear anything outside when in the room just in the hood
