Very clean and modern. First time staying at Spark but would stay there again.

Room was clean but urine still on toilet seat. Advertised having a breakfast buffet but didn't have any meat. Chose to eat breakfast at a restaurant.

Good value for money hotel, big rooms, very comfortable bedding, bathroom clean and close to near by fast food outlets and restaurants. Breakfast is available, although it is mainly sugar, if you care about eating healthy unprocessed foods probably think about bringing your own food. Mainly cereal, bagels, yoghurt, boiled eggs, quick oats and you can make your own waffles. Overall good accommodation for the price paid, but breakfast could have been better.

Understaffed and missing basic toiletries, breakfast and air conditioning. We listened to a screaming A/C all night. Morning breakfast and checkout was the huge job of one person, so neither were satisfactory. Way out of out way for travellng on I65. I shouldn't have made this choice.

Clean room for the most part. Bed isn’t as comfortable as your traditional Hilton property but doable for the price.

Habitación limpia y confortable, solo que el personal de recepción NO se ausente por largo tiempo

We had a no disturb sign on door two mornings and never saw maid service because of that I am assuming but asked for towels at desk and got them. Applebees, wafflehouse located next to hotel. Also located near is Texas Roadhouse, Logans, McDonalds, Burger king, Krispy Kreme, Walmart, etc. Good area.

We were pleased with our stay. Rooms were clean, friendly staff, lobby and all areas clean.

Yes, did not eat though

The only good thing was the ac is the coldest I've ever felt. The staff on check in failed to record our late check out request and the following day the front desk manager was very rude to us, reminding me 5 times that check out is noon, as if I don't know how to tell time. Also was critical to our service lab in the course of his duty. So we checked out to move elsewhere friendlier. Expected more from Hilton.

We have stayed in this hotel on previous visits when it was under a different corporation, and actually it was better then! Why? Because they served a hot breakfast every morning, while under the new management of Hilton, they don't! Though we must say, even under the old management, the property over the years had started to go down. Last Spring when we stayed here for my wife's 50th college class reunion, the hotel was supposedly under renovation...so we expected this year when we returned for my college reunion, everything would have been made new and/or improved. Well we were wrong, because actually everything is much worse! And even more shocking is that this hotel is under the Hilton chain...so we expected quality! The elevator was horrible looking inside and sounded like it was about to break! Inside of our room? The door was actually hard to open and close [Rm 273]; the pillows on the King size bed were Standard size and were old...very old and long since ago should have been replaced with King size pillows. They were just poor quality. Lastly: We will never stay here again! Ever! And please know, this is the first time my wife and I have ever had to write such a negative review for any and all of the hotels were we've stayed not only in the USA but anywhere worldwide we have visited. Lastly: It is too bad we can't get our money back in full or any portion, because one would think under Hilton's umbrella, such a lack of quality wouldn't be.

Location The breakfast was terrible, not much to choose from. I had to ask for the orange juice machine to be cut on.
