I loved it when they cleaned out the a/c unit it was way much colder then before. Yes it was blowing cold cold but after the cleaned it was way much colder!

Had never stayed in an extended stay. Won’t do it again. Cockroach in the fridge. The floors dirty. Things broken like the toilet seat. Side of the fridge rusted out. Just the worse place I’ve stayed. The young lady that checked me in was great. Helped me up to the third floor with my luggage.

I reached around 12am and waited in the lobby for 45 min for someone to show up and check me in. Once I got keys at 12:45 I went to the room which was full of roaches everywhere. I went back down and there were no attendants again. So I just left. Worst possible hotel.

Nothin The front desk clerk looked like he was being disturbed; he had ear phones on and seemed like he didn't care. The bathroom has mildew; the fridge in the kitchen has a corrosive door, the mattress was very uncomfortable. Our guests in an adjacent room had roaches on their bed. This hotel needs to be inspected. It's a hazard to people's health. I will not recommend anyone to go there.

The hallway smells outrageous. My hubby and I needed a place to stay for one night due to our plans needing to change. If you are a clean person you cannot stay there. This seems like a place where they let junkies stay. Everytime I walked the hallway, I had to cover my nose. I can’t even describe the smell. There were so many factors to the smell. I’m sure people were smoking, carpet had to have urine on it. I really couldn’t understand why it smelled so bad. I’m sure the hotel staffs smell it, it’s really disgusting. The walls in the room were so dirty. Linen did not look clean and fresh. I had to put a shirt on the bed just so my face couldn’t touch it. The fridge had juice stains. I will NEVER step foot in that place again. If I needed to stay more than one night, I would’ve checked out and go elsewhere. We were extremely uncomfortable. My hubby had to comfort me after I cried. He encouraged me to stay the night. I was going to sleep in my car.

AC was ok. Bed linen was dirty, bathroom shower drain was ponding water. Young roaches were in the room.

If you are looking for a true hotel with amenities this is not your hotel. If you need a place to bunk down for a week or more this place will work. Basic room with kitchenette, air condition worked well, bed was comfortable and internet was good although they would charge you if you wanted to stream. Have to pay extra for dishes and kitchen supplies or go to the dollar store and buy your own. Have to pay extra if you want to change linen and towels within the first 7 days. No coffee pots or machines. Nearest coffee is half a mile at the Wawa. Very pet friendly unfortunately some people do not pick up after their pets. Front desk manned from 9am until 11pm.

The place was a stench of marijuana smoke and cigarette smoke. The bedrooms had roaches, and the bathrooms were unclean. It was frightening for me because it was my first time. Booking.com took my money and never refunded it, even though I cancelled. The place is awful inside and out. It was a nightmare for me. I couldn't sleep. I checked out the following day, and no one was at the desk to assist. My worst nightmare is staying at a hotel.

Upon check in, we almost didn’t get the room because the internet was down. Eventually 2 hours later we got a room which was a downgrade to the price we booked. Still awaiting a refund.

It’s smelled like moisture in the room. All the baseboards and walls were dirty and there were roach eggs on the stove and in the sink. We had to keep everything in our car afraid to get roaches in our bags. No remote control for the tv. The staff was barely at the front desk. I waited a while as did other guest that came in behind me. Check out is displayed 11am. At 9:50am the house keeper was banging on the door telling us we needed to leave. She tried opening the door and we were half dressed. We were out by 10:05 and no one at the front desk for check out. Everything is outdated. The microwave was gross. We stayed in room 128 first floor. The reviews of this place are completely fabricated or people have very low standards. When a room like this cost $200 a night it’s a total rip off. People were hanging out outside telling us and others that they have drugs to sell if we wanted. NEVER AGAIN!!!!

Room was still dirty and the bathroom tub had cigarette stains on the floor. The handle in the tub was broken will never go back here. The hallway had a terrible smell.

Nothing Foul Urine smell all over and inside the room. Residual previous food and oily stains all over, toilet had not even flushed and seemed used before we went in. Had planned for week long stay but couldnt stand smell and stench for even 5 minutes. We went back and requested for refund. The reception gave some papers and said refund will reflect in few days. Nothing came, called Booking.com to advise of the situation, the customer service said they will talk to property but then saic they are helpless and have no powers with the property.So in a nutshell approx thousand dollars gone for a few minutes and incompetent companies and business practices.

The lights go out if there’s no motion seen on the device by the door, unfortunately the device only sees 1/3rd of the room. Watching tv, in bed reading or even in the bathroom, all lights will shut off if there’s no motion down the aisle way of the room

We have stayed at several Extended Stay America properties over the years and this is clearly the worst. No utensils, no heat in 30+ degree weather in Florida. The parent company and the state need to intervene. Expedia should not have this property on it's site.It does not speak well for it's brand or for Expedia. I could say more but you get the picture.

I'm not too sure what I expected but I'm glad I requested a room on the first floor, And for it to be a suite I expected a bit more. This seemed more like an overpriced motel. And came across a few roaches in the room

They canceled my reservation because they claimed I had to check in before 1 am, and I got there at 1:30 am, I had no idea! so I had to go to another hotel at that time and they charged me for the stay without staying! Did not get the prepaid for accommodations 1 Queen Bed Room. I was put in a ADA 2 Full-size Bed Room. The entire floor area had wax or some other slippery substance just applied to it. TV didn’t work with the remote. No towel rack, shower was broken. This room was unsafe and should have never been sold to the public.

Romeo was very helpful in check in. Likely because of holiday, staff wasn’t there for check out to return keys. Would recommend having a lock box/drop off to accommodate in these scenarios.

We had to ask to change the room twice the first room smelled so horrible smell like someone left wet trash and baby diapers in there the second room was all right. The bathroom wasn’t clean like it was supposed to be the sink look like it had food still in there.

We only stayed for 1 night but it was terrible. Bed sheets with stains, floor dirty that you couldn’t walk without shoes, the hallways smelled really bad, people smoking weed at the main entrance door, no receptionist when we arrived it was a phone number that we have to call but nobody answer and we waited for 15 mins not knowing what to do. The tv didn’t even work and on top of all that when we woke up to get ready to leave early morning we found roaches walking on floor and crawling on the walls. Never again. Ohhhh, our reservation said that breakfast was included but when we asked it was no breakfast. Not recomendable!!!

We waited over 30 minutes to be attended. Rooms were not that clean and one of them didn’t have toilet paper. Reserved double bed rooms and only got 1 room out of the four we reserved with double beds. It’s also a non-smoking facility but there is definitely a lot of smoking going on, the smell was just very strong

There is a check-in window, rather than a check-in desk or lobby. There was one person checking in several people, and he was as nice as can be, but he could have used some help. The weirdest thing was that he told me and two other people who were checking in that he didn't have enough card keys. He walked each of us to our room and let each one in. I asked what would happen when I left and came back later in the evening. He said he would let me in when I got back. I told him it would be by midnight. He said he would let the next shift know. However, there is a sign on check-in window that says if you come in after 11 pm you have to dial a number (pasted there) and "someone will come." So he gave me his personal number, to call if I had any problem. (He was being nice, not creepy.) A few minutes later, I came back down to check-in window and insisted he find a key card - there seemed to be several stacked up in a place I could see. He ended up giving me the one he had been using. So again, this was the weirdest check-in process I've had. Everything after that was fine. We got in past midnight, key card worked fine. Place is very quiet and very clean. Room is no-frills, but clean. We only needed a room for one night, after a concert, and this worked fine for that.

Please get rid of your roaches, put shower heads on showers where it is needed and clean the bath tub. I should not have to clean the hair from the tub prior before I used it

Roach infested. Smelled just like “skunk” in the halls and there was a man running up and down the hall in his birthday suit. 10 out of 10 DONT RECOMMEND

Roach in the bathroom, hair in the shower, on walls, damaged walls, no coffee maker or anything for that matter..

We arrived late (12 am), due to traffic. I found out his hotel on Hotels.com, checked the pictures, and it looked okay. Upon arrival at midnight, we had to call to get a desk attendant. The area was a little sketchy, and the exterior looked nothing like the pictures. Once we checked in and headed to our room, we began to question the choice of this reservation. There was a garbage bag outside of one room, and several people milling around. When we arrived at our first floor room, my husband opened the door & my daughter stepped on a roach, and I noticed MANY BUGS scampering about. Mind you, we spend several weeks camping in the summer, bugs OUTSIDE are not a problem, and maybe you wouldn’t mind bugs in your hotel room, but that is where I draw the line. The room smelled as if it had been recently sprayed for bugs, however, these bugs did not seem to mind. There were bugs all over the floor- different bugs, small roaches tiny crawling things. The critters had also ventured into the hallway. Needless to say, we immediately turned heel and walked out. The people milling around laughed and said, “Leaving so soon?!” Honestly, I could not have gotten out of their quicker. This is not a typical extended stay, but more like a subsided housing project. It was so sad to know that people are living in this bug infested hotel. Hotels.com, do BETTER! You have a responsibility to your clients to ensure pictures and accommodations meet minimum standards. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Por donde empezar El lugar se siente inseguro, por las personas que se quedan, es un hotel que maneja estancias largas y la gente vive aqui, el olor a droga que se maneja es fuerte, sin embargo esa unica noche que nos quedamos no nos sucedio ningun imprevisto con respecto a la seguridad, estuvo muy silencioso (punto positivo). La limpieza es lo peor, conseguimos una cucaracha pequeñita, y todo estaba como si no hubiesen limpiado en una buena temporada, las pareces, la nevera, la cocina, el baño todo manchado. El aireacondicionado full de tierra ( eso si, enfriaba muy bie ) las toalla no nos atrevimos ni a tocarlas, daban demasiado asco. Nos quedamos esa noche porque no teniamos mas opcion. Pero NO LO RECOMIENDO PARA NADA!!!!

Worst place I’ve stayed at in the Fort Lauderdale area.. Multiple roaches seen everyday.. You can hear your neighbors conversations/arguments through the walls.. actually that was my entertainment because the tv didn’t work. Needless to say, I did not enjoy my 2 week stay.

The elevator did not work nor did the heater in the room. The staff was nice. Room was clean , bed was comfortable. I would not stay again.

There were no rooms available. I did not get checked in and yet I was BILLED FOR SERVICES I DID NOT RECEIVE.

They were fully booked and had no room for me when I arrived even though I had prepaid, received confirmation emails, and confirmed by phone 15 minutes before my arrival. They offered no explanation or refund.

The guy at the front desk was extremely rude my husband and I I traveled from Indiana and needed to check in a little early and he practically yelled that we couldn’t check in until 3p so after we got in our room it wasn’t bad at all until I had to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night and the roaches scattered!!!

Floor was sticky

We did not spend the night there. It was unsafe for my family with a lot of people stranded outside due to a "situation" the hotel was experiencing.

Rooms should be more clean

there was a crackhead out in front of the hotel. A boyfriend and girlfriend ran a hotel. They sent me to a dirty room. Then the key card didn’t work. The room was filthy. The television didn’t work and the bed. The mattress was awful.

Never ended up staying. Opened room door and could not believe the filth and amount of roaches in that room. Walked right back out and checked out. And of course you can’t get any service from hotels .com. Don’t want emails or links just would like a live person!!

Very basic …couldn’t get in the room before 5pm…not worth at all the money I paid for it…

Excellent service from your front desk agent Romeo, even checked my room for possible lost item. Gave extrachour to check out. The broken elevator was the main negative item.

There is no one in reception after hours, the elevator was out of order and they were trying to give me a room on the fourth floor. I never stayed. I left and went to another hotel.

Checked in couldn't get in room had to be moved to a different room with smaller bed. The floors were so dirty they turned your feet black and you stick to them as you walk. No wifi, no tv and limited bath towels, no bath rug, hand towels. Asked the front desk for assistance several times. The answers were we can try to get someone in there but more and likely not. Even though the maid was 2 doors down from us. Key cards were deactivated on day 2. Had to have them redone. I will never stay at this paticular Extended Stay again. I have stayed at several in florida and never had this big of an incovience and lack of hospitality.

The room had bugs 😔

This hotel was disgusting. The moment you walked in the door the smell was horrible and as soon as you walk into the room roaches everywhere, it was nasty. I would never go back to this hotel ever again.

Hotel was way overpriced for what it gives you. Refrigerator had rust spots inside and outside. There is no ice machine in the hotel. First I have encountered this. The water was brown. No garbage cans outside the room anywhere. The white sheets were no longer white...they were gray. The floor was sticky. The only good thing was the girl that worked the desk in the evening. Lots of dogs that whine all day.

After entering the room, we immediately noticed: *water discoloration from faucet and toilet *large puddle of water leaking (stretching across the floor) from a/c unit *roaches crawling We immediately returned to the front desk for refund/checkout.

The surrounding area was nasty..

This hotel is filthy it has roaches and smells like weed.

Key card for the rooms was not working so management had to let us in the room everytime we came to the room

The property was clean but the room was dirty. There was hair strands in the shower and in the sink. The room was just dirty

Fisrt and for most, I love stayung a properties that have accommodation of a kitchen so that i can cook when need to. I have a preteen and a teenager. We had to check the pots out. This did not sit well with me. The desk was un manned from 8pm to 10am or 11pm. No security. I was concerned being I was going to get in late and leave early each day and night. The property needs pest control. They have 3 different types of roaches. I purchase spray to kill them. Yes. I was pest control the first night. The toilet was stained. The refrigerator, bed frame and fire compress over the stove had rust on it. The refrigerator keep opening. The blind was broke. I am confused on do they have housekeeping, a property manager, or a what is there setup. It is very poorly ran. I know people are. The room are basic. People are using them for apartments. That is fine. There needs to be an option of a deposit for that. The outside is well keep.

It was filthy!!!

Worse hotel experience in my life. Very loud and unruly people. Loud shouts, fighting at 3 AM that the police had to be called. The room is just a shell with no toiletries.. very disgusting. Do not waste your money.

0/10 do not recommend. Property is dirty, smelly, ran down. Dirty sheets, stained walls, filthy bathroom, terrible check in/out process. Extended stay has just went down to nothing.

When I showed up to check in at 12:48 they wouldn’t open the window to check me in but I could hear the employees back there laughing. Stayed for an hour trying to check in my room then finally gave up and went to another hotel
