Everything was just as it was expected to be which makes for a good trip

The hotel was a bit of a disappointment in that it was not properly maintained and things that were done to maintain it were typically done poorly. Potholes in the parking lot and driveway were our first indication. The entire hotel seems to need a refresh. The TV system in the room was a terrible with constant spinning circles waiting for the programs to download because the internet was slow. The beds were clean and relatively comfortable, but the room needed painting and repairs, caulking, and more. The outlets in the lamps were so old that the prongs on our phone chargers didn’t make contact. No USB ports in the room at all. Breakfast was mediocre at best, and they used store bought Folgers for the coffee, not a good hotel or restaurant grade coffeeI guess this is all expected for the price paid, but we will not choose this particular hotel in the future.

Room was fine, smelled too strong of apple cinnamon or something. The hot tub was out of order. Breakfast was basic.
-
Clean, basic rooms and a great location at a reasonable price.

Room was as expected. Breakfast was minimal. Staff knocked on our door at 10:50am, and told us it’s time to check out! Very rude! Never had that happen anywhere we’ve stayed!

Everything was fantastic! This is our spot to stay when coming through! Quiet, comfortable, great breakfast, and helpful staff!
-
hot tub was not clear water, very cloudy. there were no towels available in the pool area. the cooked breakfast foods were not good

The hotel was decent, the rooms were clean. The beds were comfortable. The staff was very helpful and the breakfast was fine. The only complaint would be that the room with the pool and hot tub had so much chlorine smell in it that our eyes were burning after being in their five minutes, even though we weren’t swimming. And the hot tub was very dirty. Also, there were no towels even when we asked for some. They gave us three for a party of six and said the rest were in the dryer.

The elevator was shaky and loud. The beds were hard.
-
No towels in pool area.

Friendly and helpful staff Will def stay again and recommend

Breakfast was different each day which was nice and the staff kept everything neat and clean.

Property was just ok cleanliness wise. Breakfast area could have been cleaner. I had to ask for the syrup for waffle as it wasn’t out on the counter. Coffee pot in room was in the bathroom counter 3 feet from the toilet. This was a huge turnoff. Plenty of room in the sleeping area for the coffee service so not sure why it was in the bathroom counter

Price for the two nights was a good deal Room had a bad smell. Felt unclean the whole visit
-
Room was clean, but not very soundproof could hear the other people talking.
-
Indoor pool with a 10 person hot tub and an exercise room next door with an excellent all you can eat breakfast.

The staff was very nice & when I called 2 c if I could have 2 beds instead of 1 she was nice enough to change it. On the other hand the hot tub bubbles didn’t work when we turned the timer on. Then 1 of the staff members who had a key to pool pump room went & did something maybe reset a breaker bec when he came back out he said should go in a min & it started up. Hot tub also had sand in it on the seats & in the bottom. No breakfast staff to be seen. The breakfast consisted of Cheerios, a danish, white bread for toast, English muffin, bagel, banana, apple, yogurt, a little plain egg breakfast potatoes, sausage patty or a waffle the OJ tasted like water with a little orange coloring in it. Apple juice had flavor but it’s not my thing. There was Milk for the Cheerios. The couple who came in to get bkfst shortly after us couldn’t get waffle batter to come out they went & found someone & they said maybe it was empty or sometimes it just gets stuck in there she took out the container that hold the batter it wasn’t empty so so took it bk to the kitchen and must have gotten it unstuck they also made the comment that the OJ had no flavor tasted like water. The rooms were clean but when we tried to plug our phones in & I tried to plug in my hearing aide in to charge them for the nxt day and none of the plug in’s worked we tried different things u plug in with no success. I don’t think I’ll be returning

When we walked in we waited at the front desk for about 10 min while the staff called in her food delivery order. Beds were horrible and it just felt dirty. Glad we were just sleeping there one night- would not return.

Our room was comfortable and quiet. Hot and cold breakfast was available with fresh fruit.

Pool and location. Jacuzzi was hard to get to work. Towels were folded and placed in our room were still dirty. The toaster was not functioning at breakfast. The entire place needs an update.
