The hotel is under renovation so it wasn’t in the condition. But the room were clean and the staff was really nice.

Property location was great it’s around a lot of shops, parking was convenient but finding the room was hard it’s barely room numbers on any doors. The bathroom was dirty as if no one cleans the toilet or tub, there were no toiletries to use, no house keeping that came to see if we needed clean towels or anything, the soap container they had hanging looked like they are never changed out with mold and dirt, pillows were extremely flat and room smelled. Another thing it was a lot of Mexican workers lined up outside the rooms (nothing against Mexicans) just saying they blocked my room door and nothing was in use if it was it was occupied by them

First of all it looked like we were at a detention center , someone was playing music in the parking lot until midnight, then they decided to go to the room and play it till 2am called the front desk and got a VM ,told the guy at the front the next morning and looked at me like a deer in the headlights. WARNING DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

Room and pool area ok. No clothes hangers, hair dryer or coffee maker in room. Facilities under renovation and workers are loud no fault of their own however made relaxing at the pool or in the room difficult. No continental breakfast available on site as far as I know as well as internet access.

Staff was professional and friendly. Room was clean and comfortable. The shower was the only low point. There was no barrier to contain the water inside of the shower. So, the water from the shower would spread to the floor outside of the shower. Outside of that, the room met my expectations.

The pros in this hotel: room was clean,the price was good, good customer service. Did not like the room that was given @ check in because it had a door acces to another room. Went back to office the lady @ desk was super nice and switched the room without problem. Stores and restaurants conveniently located. The cons: the hotel is in the process of renovation so it looks very run down, the pillows were terrible. One of the beds was squeke. Only two regular size flat pillows on each bed. Good thing I brought with me my two fluffy pillows. the bathtub was really dirty. It looks like it has not been cleaned for months. The bathroom door would not close properly. It had to be forced to close it. No coffee maker or coffee. Of course no breakfast included. The location of the hotel can be somewhat noisy because it's on main road where there's alot of traffic and ambulance sirens. Overall me and my husband were able to sleep well without any problem. For the price of the hotel can't expect much

Check-in was extremely quick—less than a couple of minutes—and the staff member who checked me in was awesome. I was traveling with a truck and a 12' trailer, and he went out of his way to let me park in a great location. He also assigned me a room where I had a straight line of sight to my truck and trailer, which I really appreciated. The motel appears to be about halfway through some renovations, with part of the property currently closed off. The location itself is convenient and the area appeared to be safe during my stay. The pool also looked clean and open, although I didn’t use it so I can’t comment much beyond that. A couple things future guests should know: there is no breakfast offered at all. That personally didn’t bother me, but I wanted to mention it so others know what to expect. Also, our room keys stopped working before the 11:00 AM checkout time, which was a bit inconvenient. Unfortunately, I did kill two cockroaches in the room during my stay. Because of that, I would definitely advise guests to be mindful of what they bring into the room and what they might take back with them. Overall, in my opinion a room costing over $100 a night should be completely cockroach-free. That said, the staff was friendly, the location was convenient, and parking accommodations were excellent for someone traveling with a truck and trailer. If I were passing through the area again I would consider staying here.

The rooms that we were originally given were definitely run down. One of the rooms was also covered in roaches. There were dead ones in the floor and the longer we were there the more live ones that we saw. When we brought this up to the staff and showed them they seemed shocked. They immediately offered us different rooms on the other side of the building that seemed to be much cleaner and in better shape except for the linens and pillows. They were clean but definitely worn out and needed replacing. We were only in the area for one night and it was already late, otherwise we probably would have fought for a refund and gone somewhere else.

Nice king bed but had three very thin small square pillows that together didn’t add up to a pillow. Only one very thin blanket on bed. Dirty slow draining sink with hair in the basin. No hairdryer. No where to hang up our coats.

It was inexpensive so my expectations weren't high but it was accommodating. Great access with plenty needs within walking distance. I actually stayed in 2 separate rooms on 2 seperate nights. (It was a launch point) The second room seemed fresh as though they have been active updating. I would stay at this hotel again- especially at the price i paid.

Customer service was extremely kind and even let us switch rooms when we realized there wasn't a way to give our kids a bath in the original room. The room we ended up in smelled a bit like urine, but didn't bug us too much.

I did think the mattress was pretty firm. The cable selection was good. I didn't like that I started feeling sick about 5 am on check out day. When I pulled the sheets off the mattress, I discovered that there was mold and hair on it. To try to charge someone $200 for dirty sheets or towels is insane while you put me on a moldy bed. This bad renovation wasn't worth the money.

Convienient to all we needed. Bed was very comfy. Chairs in room would of been nice but we had our camp chairs in car. Bathroom could of been a bit cleaner. Curtain wasn't on hooks to close properly and couldn't reach to put hook back into clip

The staff was nice Room was dirty, dirty hand prints on the wall just not much effort put into cleaning the rooms and the air conditioner was broke and even after telling the staff. I paid the asking amt for the room and it was supposed to be air conditioned and nope. I was not even offered another room it is florida you cant sleep without being comfortable and it felt like I was sleeping in the pits of hell. There were plenty of rooms available and I was not offered one and told that it works fine..No it really didn't so money was wasted too bad I was broke down and waiting for family to come help me..

Good for a two night stay. Room was clean and appears to have been remodeled. It’s in a convinient location close to stores & restaurants. Erika at the front desk was definitely great & even gave suggestions for good eats nearby. I’d consider staying here again if I ever visit Davenport again.

Never did . Thaw they said I’d they refunded me my money and never did I’ll follow up with my bank and despute the charges but not good service at all we are here on work trip and planned to send the crew here but I see we can’t do that

I had to change rooms 3 times before midnight. My room that I reserved was unavailable, the clerk switch me to another room, When i got to the room there was people standing close to the stairs smoking and drinking so me and my family had to move because it felt unsafe. Went to the next room and at 12 midnight the shower pipe burst in the wall and the 2 rooms underneath my room had flooded. Me and my family had to move on the other side of the building. Got to the other room and the remote control didn't work

Check in was great, quick and easy, the guy at the desk was super nice. Good stay for the price, good area with a WaWa and Bob Evan’s next door. Only complaint was a foul odor coming from the shower drainage. Otherwise, clean room with updated floor (no carpet), nice bathroom and comfortable bed.

In our 12 years of Road Trips...this was the worse place we have ever stayed in! No chair, no Kleenex, terrible pillows, asked for more...didn't happen, one ice machine, no phone in room, no clock, minimal less than quality towels, very small and minimal toiletries....nothing really good!

I prepaid for 2 nights just to have a woman come from the front desk to tell us check out was at 11 and we needed to leave. I showed her the receipt for three rooms for two nights. She took pictures and we walked to the front desk. Once at the counter the guy proceeds to tell us we didn’t pay. I yet again showed my proof and he grabbed my phone out of my hand. He was rude and abrasive. Raising his voice at us. He kept looking at the computer screen and finally realized it was a different room. We spent an extra 30 min doing this and caused me to be late for my son’s wedding. After the wedding we entered our room and there were roaches. If I could give zero stars I would.

The place has really come from when it was the Days inn till the roadway has come a long way. I really enjoyed my stay. The front desk was so attentive as I was late a half an hour. Checking and very cordial I have a disability and I can't really do stairs that well but he gave me a king size room which I requested. It was on the second floor but right at the top of the stairs as he said that he didn't want to give me any of the lower rooms that were t as large or nice so even though the stairs were rough, I was very, very grateful and I was supposed to check out early and I overslept and they even let me sleep until 12:00 which was fantastic of them. My significant mother and I had a really really great time. Thank you so much! We will be back

I requested a non smoking room and when I opened the door it reeked of cigarette smoke. There was water damage all over the ceiling and some walls and furniture.

We stayed here for one night when Hurricane Milton came through. It did the job for one night, but I would not want to stay longer than that. The hotel seems to be halfway through a remodel. The rooms have some new fixtures, but have the dust and dirt of work done. Also, the room layout was a bit odd with not enough light. Worst of all, at 9am when we were on our way out the door to check on our home, there was a staff member about to knock on the door to see if we were ready to check out. My friend it is 9am, the morning after a hurricane, and many places nearby are still under curfew. We could take a hint, and we got out.

They advertised wifi and breakfast that didnt happen. The room stinks the bed sheets had body fluids on it and loud drunk guests up and down the breezeway all nite. Trash every where. I hated it. Was not a good time for us.

I really had a bad experience in this room. When I arrived, the smell was horrible, the place was dirty, it had a totally unpleasant smell. There were cockroaches in the bathtub, the mold on the bathroom ceiling was terrible. The bed linens didn't smell good either. Everything seemed very dirty. There was no coffee maker, no hair dryer, nothing basic for someone to be there. The towels didn't smell like anything either, strange. It seemed like they had never been washed. On the second day, there was no water in the shower or in the sink. I had to tidy up my entire room to change rooms. It was a really bad experience for someone visiting Orlando. I wanted to be far away the whole time and change hotels.

It is wow, great service from start to end, beautiful and clean room, air conditioning… everything! This is a place where I will definitely go back.

Definitely will stay again. It’s clean, quiet, affordable, and while it isn’t updated or ritzy, it’s a nice place to stay in this price range.

This place was terrible. Refused to give me a refund even though they had no WiFi even though it says it’s WiFi there. It also was mold in the bathroom. When I took pictures and complained I was told I can’t receive a refund because of it being a booked under a sale. I was also told the reasons for this was because of the property being under renovations but when I checked the other reviews after my interaction it seems as though it’s been under renovations for a year. Only good thing is it’s by some food options. They also don’t give you a comforter just two thin sheets. The smoke detector wasn’t in the room. It looks like someone yanked it out the wall.

Words can’t describe this place. People stay away from it. It is full of homeless people and it’s pretty darn scary. Did not feel safe!

Rooms beds were dirty animal hair in the ned

After check in my family and I stayed for 30min, this place is filthy, beds dirty, people smoking in the hallway, the front desk clerk told me that I won’t get my money back and i didn’t even stayed there, they have hidden fees, horrible customer service, hotels.com, I want my money back!

Housekeeping only came by one time and we was there for 7 days

There were bedbugs that left me full of bites. There was a punch hole in the bathroom door. My nike clothes went missing from my room. I asked for coffee filters and was promised coffee filters and nobody came. My room smelled like meth for the entirety of my stay. I thought it was cheap and was expecting something bad but never expected it to exceed my worst nightmare.

The hotel was going under a major renovation. Looked like a bomb shelter with stuff all over the place. Many dumpsters in parking area and building supply also. Did not look even close to the pictures on website. I was not informed that the hotel was under such a major renovation.

We checked in late at the hotel. The hotel is apparently undergoing some major renovations. It appears 2 school bus loads of workers are onsite at the hotel to work on these renovations. That night the workers were talking in front our room making it difficult to fall asleep. At 5am the next morning the workers congregated by our room, talking loudly making it impossible to sleep. Then around 6am the hammering and sawing started. I had prepaid for 3 nights. I asked the front desk clerk if my room could be moved to the other side of the hotel where it would be quieter. He said no. Further I asked if I could be refunded for my remaining 2 nights. He said no. I told the clerk he shouldn't even be renting the room given the noise. I told him I was going to give them a very bad review and resigned myself to staying there for the 2 unrefunded nights. Fast forward to 8pm that evening. After returning to the hotel from our day out, we couldnt open the door. We went to the front desk to tell them the key wasnt working. The clerk told us that they had locked us out!!! They said I had been rude!!! I said if I wasnt allowed to stay the last 2 nights, they must refund my money. They said they did. A refund is all I asked for in the first place. We ended up staying at the Comfort Inn just down the street. A much, much nicer room. Even though the Comfort Inn is a little more expensive, it offers a great continental breakfast (Roadway no breakfast).

Quiet and relaxing

The hotel was in the middle of remodeling so room was nicely remodeled and room was clean. Price of the room was excellent for the location. Location was good for where we were visiting.

Despite the construction going on, the staff was friendly, courteous & helpful. Kudos to them.

My stay was awful and I had to shorten it. The first room smelled awful. Asked the staff to change it and they did. The second room was ok but there was dead and alive roaches! The worst part was that it says wifi available but there was none in the room. We just couldn't connect to the Internet!

Is a new administration rebuilding the hotel. The services was great, the staff try to deal with every situation. Great location; but they have a BIG problem with cleanliness. Overall you have to ask and begged for the room to be clean.

Hotel was going through renovations. Our room hadn't been thoroughly updated. Refrigerator and lighting were not updated. Beds were surprisingly comfortable. Bathroom needed updating, but was usable. Not the easiest location to get in and out of. But we managed ok with a 26' moving van towing a flatbed car 🚗 trailer.

Room dirty- bedding seemed used and dirty.- slept on top of bed with out using bedding. No waste can in room
