The hotel is under construction, and the pool was not working. None of this was disclosed when I made my reservation. So when my family and I showed up in Florida to a hotel with no pool, we immediately left and went somewhere else. We didn’t even check in. Needless to say, I was very disappointed with the support I got, which was minimal no refund. I’ll never use the service again.

Unfortunately, our stay was very disappointing. Several amenities advertised by the hotel were closed, including the pool, which was one of the main reasons we booked this property. This was not clearly communicated ahead of time. The cleanliness was also below expectations. The room did not appear properly maintained, and housekeeping did not clean the room daily during our stay.

We had to have our room changed since the toilet wouldn’t flush properly. The gym was down. The pool was green. The breakfast is not the breakfast you think at normal hotels. The main part of the hotel smells horrible. The second room we got the shower leaked from the base on to the floor. The second room ac was okay. I will say they are doing some remodeling. That was not mentioned anywhere when I reserved. I got this hotel for the gym and couldn’t use it. Only plus side is they had washer and dryer for us to use. But the wash charged me twice. I can promise I will never stay at another Ramada again!

I was totally disappointed with this place. No breakfast on certain days , cockroaches in the area where the breakfast is displayed. The housekeeper left my room door open with the latch , this welcomed me to my return on the night. Anyone could have gone into the room and stole items. There is a safe that not working to store valuables. The smell of cigarette smoke as you walk-through the lobby area, on carpet that has long passed its life span. I even sent an email to the Manager and it wasn't even acknowledged .Overall .I will not return recommend this place .

The property was I guess being renovated so it looked it really run down on the outside. But once you get to the rooms they were immaculate very beautiful very clean. The only problem I really seen in the rooms was the towels. They really didn't look to clean at least to my satisfaction.

The front desk lady very nice We arrived late at night and immediately noticed a strong feces smell in the hallway. Since it was so late, leaving wasn’t really an option. The bed itself appeared clean at first, but it had a plastic mattress cover that was very uncomfortable. The real issue started when I went into the bathroom and found 6–7 roaches, including some crawling on my toothbrush. It was extremely disturbing. I couldn’t sleep at all and just waited for morning so I could leave. To make things worse, I later noticed 3–4 small baby roaches on the bed and near the floor. This place clearly has a serious pest problem and needs immediate attention, including professional pest control. I would not recommend staying here.

Looks like they are trying to upgrade things but for almost $100.00 a night not a fair deal, the bathroom looks decent and clean the beds were pretty comfortable and there's a lot of food and stuff around the location but other than that it just feels like a regular cheap motel should have been less than 50 a night! Saw 2 bugs (roaches) one very small on wall of bathroom and one on table by the window, looks of chipping paint on walls, hallways are extremely outdated, unfortunately upon arrival noone explained where our room was or what time breakfast was so we searched for about 30+ min before another guest explained where our room was, right above the smoking rooms gross!!! We missed the breakfast because we were never told the time ended at 9 but luckily the staff in the morning was so friendly and got our two toddlers some apples and pastries!

The hotel is under renovation. The pool has no water, the stairs to our building were broken so had to walk now to another building and walk over. The room itself was nice. The microwave and lamp didn't work though. I went down was breakfast at 8:45am on Sunday and everything was empty except 3 steal muffins and 2 steal bagels. When I asked if they were putting more out, they said no, it's over in 15 minutes. Went down Monday at 7:45am and they were just setting up. Not even the coffee was made. So I guess breakfast is from 8am to 8:45!

I have never stayed in a dump like this Ramada. Temp in the room was about 78 degrees and the air conditioner was set at 61. Real helpful. Rattled all night. No shelves in the shower or cleaning items. But they did have four small bottles on a shelf over the toilet. Three body wash and one conditioner. Thanks much for the shampoo. TV was junk. Frig didn't work. No elevator so thanks for letting me get my exercise by hauling all my bags up a not up to code stairwell. Parking lot full of dumpsters. Should have been used to just clean out every room in this dump.

No the a/c did not work well at all. We left to a theme park for the day. I left the a/c on 61 when we got back from being out in the hot sun all day it was 79 degrees on my room it was hot and smelled like mold it was unacceptable. Our bathroom had someone else's hair on the wall and black mold in the bathroom. And they had roaches It's the worst hotel I've ever stayed in.

The breakfast was also pretty bad and we had a roach guest with us in the self serve area.

Staff are very friendly. Property is under complete renovation. Room has no hot water, mentioned it to the front staff several times, I just gave up. Housekeeping was not regular, went three days with none. The funniest part of the stay was as I was leaving I needed to know why the bed made such awful crackling sounds, the mattress was indeed new, complete with the plastic wrap it was delivered in. They just threw linens on top of it.

Other than the room being clean, the hotel was disgusting. The website mentioned that some rooms are being remodeled, NOT TRUE! The whole hotels ia being remodeled, is filthy, smells of mold, garbage everywhere. Creepy workers lurking everywhere. The website never mentions that the pool is out of commission (no water in it). They should be closed down during renovations. Pictures/website are very deceiving. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND STAYING HERE. I am actually thinking of asking for a reimbursement!!!!

It says pool no pool open Doors from the outside to the inside left open, so anybody can walk right up to your room from the streets. Did not clean my room until I asked them to. And then did not leave soap, shampoo, coffee, etc.. Construction equipment throughout the parking lot, picked up a nail and got a flat tire. Breakfast was absolutely un edible.

Love new stuff-obvious that renovations are being made, but bed needs a new mattress. TV had mostly news/sports/kids-not enough adult Primetime. I had a handicap room, but the shower area is scary. I don't need a wheelchair, so standing in such a large area on a wet floor is unstable. The entire floor was flooded. VERY easy to fall regardless of bars! Takes a long time for shower and sink to get hot water. Not my usual experience for a Wyndham property, but good enough for my week and price.

Furthermore, the electric stove in the room was broken and had to be replaced (surprised that they did that). All in all, if you are looking to use a kitchen, or think this is like other Wyndham properties, it isn't. Strongly recommended you stay elsehwere.

Maintenance did come however he couldn’t fix it and said he would be back, which didn’t happen. Woke up in the middle of the night with cockroach’s everywhere, I couldn’t go back to sleep, I had to gather my things. No security doors leading to the hallway of rooms, as people hung around outside that weren’t guest. The front desk was unapologetic and certainly wasn’t helpful, to say the very least, even after going there three times. I should be compensated for part or all for the of the $219 I paid for a horrendous experience.

My room has been recently remodeled and was very nice except it does have a full shower with a glass enclosure but the problem is there’s no shelf whatsoever in the shower so you have to put the soap and the shampoo on the floor. I also asked for a first floor room when I booked the room because I am partially disabled and they have no elevators so it was terrible trying to get upstairs to the second floor. The staff was nice though and the price was very good.

Two mornings in a week the breakfast was cancelled with little notice and no explanation. When breakfast was provided it was terrible...a mix of different stale cereals in one dispenser... tiny bagels...coffee that was usually empty. There were no functional smoke alarms in the hallways. They were either gone or taped over. That is against the law. Our first room had no smoke detector, just the empty bracket where one used to be. Again, a violation of the law. The side entrance doors were missing locks. Anyone could enter the building. Worst hotel in our lives.

If you like to smoke then this is not the hotel for you. The breakfast, or the lack thereof, is horrible. Previously frozen mini bagels and doughnuts. Mudwater for coffee. Room had bug problem. Floor was sticky and dirty. "Fresh" bed sheet was dirty with something black. It was hit or miss on whether the water would work. Air just came out most of the time. I could have just blow dried my head in the shower. Toilet took forever to fill and flush. Drug dealers walking around. Door on the outside had no lock, so anybody could come in. Hallways smelled like marijuana. Dude was vacuuming the hallway at like 9 or 10 at night. He was not a janitor. Not sure if he killed someone or not and was cleaning up? Also, not sure where he got the vacuum, or if he brought it with him. Front desk was vacant every time I went there. Girl seemed like she was getting some strange as she came out of one the rooms. Blue tape on doors. Wires exposed in hallways. Keycard quit working during my stay. Had to get it reactivated. Pool was empty. Gym was closed. Was leaving the hotel, and I kept my head down, but I don't know if girl was getting some in the truck, doing drugs, or both. Looked suspicious either way. Been around the world, and this was the worst hotel. Used to be cops there all the time busting people. Would not bring kids around. Place has been under "renovation" forever. Building should be condemned. Also, if you like to be woken up by loud renovation noises then this is the place for you

2nd floor room, no elevator. Reserved a king sized bed, got a queen sized bed on a king sized platform, most uncomfortable bed we have ever slept in. Barely any slightly warm water let alone hot water and all the water went out around 5am! The coffee maker still had a lures cup in it which had to be pried out and using bottled water with no pod in it the water came out looking like chicken soup! ( yes I have pictures!) The dead cockroach in the towel was also quite disgusting, and the alarm going off at 7 am for no apparent reason. Was the end of it.

Room was above average for this price level. However the common areas of the hotel seemed to be in a perpetual renovation. Things were in progress but gave the impression that they had been in progress for years as some of the things being renovated were again in need of renovation a second time before being completed the first time. The exterior of this hotel was still in pretty bad shape. However, 4.5 stars for a nice & clean room, nice bathroom, comfortable bed, good TV, and a decent price.

Cleanliness Issues The cleanliness was well below acceptable standards. The room had visible dirt and grime, and it was clear that proper housekeeping protocols weren't being followed. For a hotel stay, cleanliness should be the bare minimum, and this property failed to meet even that basic expectation. Food Quality The food service was equally disappointing. Whether it was the breakfast or other dining options, the quality was subpar and unappetizing. I would recommend eating elsewhere if you do end up staying here. Construction Disruption Perhaps the most frustrating aspect was discovering the hotel was undergoing remodeling during my stay. This wasn't clearly communicated during booking, and the construction noise and general disruption significantly impacted the quality of my stay. Guests deserve to know about ongoing renovations before they book. Final Verdict I cannot recommend this Ramada location in its current state. Between the poor cleanliness, substandard food, and the disruptive construction, it simply doesn't provide the experience guests should expect. I'd suggest looking at alternative accommodations in the area until this property completes its renovations and addresses its operational issues.

The hotel is undergoing a major renovation which would have been nice to know when booking instead of a few hours before arriving. Fortunately, the rooms are done and ours was spacious and mostly new. Our only complaints are that the water flow in the bathroom sink was sputtery (possibly related to the construction?) and there was no soap /shampoo holder in the shower. For breakfast the food was under-stocked and the area under-served—Very disappointing.

The place looked awful on the outside, debris on side of building, walkways with busted concrete, security door on back of one building broken, windows missing on building. Staff didn’t seem very friendly at all. We walked in to room and immediately noticed bathroom had no tub, curtains, or shower stall. Mold all over bathroom floor. NEVER COMING BACK. We checked in and the lobby was nice. That was the extent of our good experience. The parking lot was sketchy and had a bunch of random people walking around that were looking in cars. The hallway was under repair but still beyond disgusting. The room was remodeled but there was no bolt on the door and there were 2 dead cockroaches on the floor. We didn’t even put our things down, we walked out the door and left. And thank God because someone was standing outside our car when we walked back out. I went up to the front desk and said we wouldn’t be staying there and she said “ok”… as if she knew what they presented online was not what they had there. She said to reach out to Hotels.com and get a refund. They did not answer their phone for over an hour and it’s been over a week and I still haven’t heard from them. Just disgusted.

I found this room very noisy. It is adjacent to both I4 and FL27, and sirens went off all night. Combine that noise with the din created by the heating and cooling system, and a good night's sleep will not be in your future. There was only decaf coffee in the room, and when I went to the front desk to try to get regular coffee, I was told they had none. Until this property has finished its renovation, I'd find somewhere else to spend your hard-earned dollars.

Hotel was in terrible shape. Wing we stayed in really shouldn’t have been rented, dirty, carpets, ripped. Room was ok, but the floors had been mopped with something that made them very greasy- slippery, and gross to walk around on. They wanted $75 per night for our very small, deaf and blind dog “because of the remodel”. Nice manager lowered it to $25. When we came to breakfast the next morning, we were not allowed to have waffles - breakfast lady pulled one off the waffle iron and threw it in the trash, and said NO. All we were offered were very rubbery, overcooked boiled eggs. We checked out (were going to stay 6 nights) and found a nice clean motel with a great breakfast and $15 night pet fee, for a similar price front desk girl was really not friendly

I am a Wyndam member who made a decision to stay there because if was close to location of the funeral I was to attend that Saturday morning. I was looking at other location but choose the Ramada closer than others.I felt it would be ok for one night. Saturday morning, we went breakfast if was awful the waffle despenser didn't work properly. We asked for scrambler received a boiled egg the was pre-boiled from a package. The sausage was over cooked. I have been to other hotel that provide breakfast and this was the worst. The hotel is under renovation and there was debris in the hallway. Personally, I don't like giving bad reviews. If, I feel bad about something I just let go but not this time. I spent nearly $100 for one night stay.

No available shower chair for husband with prosthetic leg (office person was arrogant about it. 5). Door to outside wont shut so not secure at night. 6). No maid service although we were asked 1of 3 days if we needed anything. 7. Toilet seat was wobbly but maintenance came and fixed it promptly when reported.

The check-in girl was super nice but when I left the following morning the lady was straight up rude. This place is beyond disgusting. They are in the middle of a remodel and they’re going to tell you that however. That doesn’t mean there should be crack pipes on the sidewalk, Glass doors that are shattered - OMG the breakfast was so nasty and it’s in one of the buildings that has moldy ceiling tiles falling down and it was just gross I didn’t even drink the coffee I walked around and looked at everything which wasn’t much but it was so dirty the countertops had some type of smegma all over it. It’s definitely a one star place. Yes, some of the rooms have new plastic/imitation wood floors and what looks like new furniture. However my towels still had stains on them and the shower had dirt everywhere in it when I went to take a shower. Let’s put it this way I kept my clothes on when I slept!

Hallways looked DISGUSTING! It was so filthy and falling apart I was shocked as I’ve never seen this with an hotel. The room itself didn’t look bad and actually looked quite updated . BUT the amount of roaches and ants I experienced was traumatizing! I’ve never seen a roach or ants in a hotel but there was sooooo many to the point I didn’t even feel comfortable sleeping . The first night I was sleeping I got waken up at 5 in the morning cause I felt something on me… it was a roach. So the second night I didn’t even really sleep; I checked out the next morning and don’t plan on EVER booking this hotel again unless they get an exterminator and CLEAN THE HALLWAYS ! I attatched photos of a couple roaches I had to kill and ants… and that wasn’t even all of them!

Bad - The property is filthy (beyond the remodel). Our room was clean but the towels were musty, the garbage outside was overfilling, the hall carpet was disgusting, the 2nd floor at the top of the stairs reeked of pot, the windows were filthy. Breakfast is supposed to be until 9:00am but they had it all tore down at 8:45. If you say it's open till 9, make it so - otherwise, give us the time you'll start putting it away so we can make accommodations! The lady who was cleaning it told us that it was "all broken", nor did she seem to care. Jany was kind enough to get us some pastries and apples. My daughter really wanted waffles but... oh well. (we didn't get waffles on our first morning there either because "they were filling the machine" but never did in the time we were down there which was about 20 min. We had to reprogram our room keys 3x and we didn't have them near electronics. We get that remodeling can be a task but when you clearly just give up on everything else during that time, that doesn't bode well for guests. You still need to vacuum the carpets, etc.

They are going through renovations so everything is a mess unless you are partially lucky to get one of the rooms that are already done. And i say "paritally lucky" because we lost water from morning to after midnight Saturday and no credit was offered by the front desk. They shut off the water for something around 10am, then throughout the day, if water was coming to your room it was brown.

Remodeled room looks nice at first glance. The electrical outlet on the desk did not work, i needed to run an extension to use my computer. They never finished the paint touch ups in this room, left a brown putty substance in the corner of the room in the bathroom. We came back to the room on our first night and the air conditioner had leaked a huge puddle on the floor. They gave us two towels to clean it up. Came home the next night to find a dead roach next to the bed. On our last night there there was no water. Couldn't shower, flush the toilet or wash your hands. It was still off the next morning. The beds still had the heavy plastic on the mattresses that they usually come wrapped in with the sheets on over it. There are no elevators so the King bed room i originally booked was switched the next morning cause I cannot climb steps, to a 2 queen beds with a full kitchen for an up charge of $30 a night. My vacation was visiting a family member, i did not need a kitchen.

When I wrote my first review the owner answered very rudely saying I can go elsewhere after they already got my money. My husband and I had to remove the plastic in order to sleep. When asked for an iron to press our clothes they gave us one that didn’t work. So to the owner before you attach a paying customer talk to your rude staff who behaved in such a terrible manner. When checking out the other staff who worked the grave yard shift was very hospitable and different. Whenever the construction is finished the place will have a better disposition.
