Location is great - but the exit is awful- you most make a u turn to get in - need to make an accessible road behind the hotel

Our rental truck was tampered with. The manager would not even speak with me. The cameras that had direct view of the truck did not work. The bathroom had leaky faucets and lots of damage to the walls. I would never go back there.

Breakfast was good and the breakfast area was kept clean. The parking area was adequate and there were plenty of spaces. The room was comfortable and smelled clean however there were broken and loose floor tiles in the bathroom. Access to this property is not easy.

People were very nice and room was clean. Lobby and elevator floors were disgusting the entire time I was there. Like spills that either werent cleaned or not cleaned well when they were. The tiles in my bathroom floor were not even attached making for a wobbly and uncomfortable time every time I went in there. I can only imagine the kind of filth in there since cracks cannot be properly sanitized. I had to go buy shower shoes to wear in there to avoid whatever was growing in there.

The bathroom was very small and there was a loose tile in the bathroom. Not the nicest hotel on our trip.

What a lovely surprise walking into this hotel. It was spotless, the room was spacious, parking was effortless, the staff was so hospitable and the breakfast was delicious!

Our last night in the hotel, it was very cold in Davenport. Our heat was not working at all and there was no one on staff to come check it out. I had to go to the main desk and ask them to change our room.

We arrived late, on 12/15 as we were at Epcot all day and decided to sleep before driving home. We were aware there would be construction. We stayed in room 103. The room was newly remodeled and was comfortable for the evening. When I woke up to use the restroom I was bit by something. We think there were fleas in the carpet as I had several bites on my feet and ankles. I notified the front desk. I wasn’t looking for a refund but nothing was offered either. Their breakfast bar was microwaved sandwiches due to the oven/ stove not working. I think we paid $130+ for the night. It was a bit pricey for a bunch of flea bites and a very unappealing breakfast.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Check in was easy with no wait. The beds were comfortable, and the room was a great temperature. The breakfast was very generous with more selections than usual for an included breakfast. The price was excellent for the location. We loved the fresh ground coffee available anytime we wanted it. It was a little noisy but that might be because were right by the staircase. The breakfast items kept running out before they were restocked. The bathrooms could have been a little cleaner.

The hotel lobby was clean and the girl at the check in was very nice and friendly. Our room was a king size bed the room was very nice, room was clean, and bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good and very much liked the check out at 12 noon. we liked the hotel very much

This property in under remodeling, the parking lot is a mess of containers and chairs used as a barrier. The first room had not hot water. The front desk woman was rude and lazy. I wish I wouldn't have stayed there. Simply awful.

The area is at a very good location. The staff that check us in was very nice. The only thing that we did not like was that our room was by the door to go outside and we where not able to sleep good because people would go in and out a lot but other then that everything was very very nice. We would stay there again.

Nice property. A bit tough to turn into. Rooms are nice. Sime hooks/hangers in the bathroom would help. Sorry to sound petty ; but it was annoying to walk from room to room to get ready. AC was loud. Staff was great.

The room was nice, the hotel staff were nice. The problem is that the bathroom is kind of dark. They have one of those built-in mirrors with a surrounding light and for the 2nd time in 3 stays, the mirror surround light did not work. Even if it did work it barely throws off sufficient light. They need to replace these stupid surround lights.

Overall, the stay was great for the area (Davenport) since there wasn't too many quality hotels in the area (currently only 2 or 3 if I can recall). The only issue we had was some grime/grit near the bathtub and when getting out of the shower, it would cause a small puddle near the front and/or backside of the tub.

It’s a lovely property but there was hair in the shower and the tv cable was completely separated from the tv so no entertainment for the night I had to watch things on my small screen phone very inconvenient I’m not happy with that at all.

Typical holiday inn express, clean with great service. What’s cool is at the entrance are several gas stations, that each have multiple food trucks. At night they are hopping busy with locals with outstanding food. We went to a Venezuelan truck that was outstanding, neat outside atmosphere. Was after 10pm and families with small kids were still there. Felt very safe.

I have used this hotel (not this location) frequently over the last 5 years. I understand a building getting older but cleanliness should not be an issue. My floor was very dirty, under the bathroom sink you could see where the dirt was just left in the corners, hair on the floor, bathroom sink and shower. Did not say anything but let housekeeping clean it the following day. No change with the tile floor. I went to Walgreens, purchased cleaning supplies and did it myself. Also, depending on what time you take a shower each morning, do it fast because there is not always hot water. Left my do not disturb sign on the door the remainder of my stay. Some staff were very friendly, other staff did not even acknowledge a good morning or good evening when I spoke to them.

Everyone was very friendly and accomodating. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. I was disappointed there were no cinnamon rolls at breakfast but breakfast was very good anyway.

This was just a quick one night stay but I’ve stayed at this hotel before. Everything by was great.

I want all refund from this day. Fire alarm beeped twice at night. 2:30 am and 4 am. We had to evacuate the first time. My kids were scared. We couldn’t eve sleep complete that night. I’m thinking not to stay again there next time.

Got to my room, sat down to eat and a bug was crawling on the table (although I didn’t see any more). Air Conditioner/Heater didn’t work properly. Had to turn up too high or too low to get it to come on, instead of adjusting 1 degree at a time. Poor lighting in restroom and loose floor tiles.

Our stay was ok at best. We've stayed at this particular hotel off and on for years and were disappointed. The service was quick and efficient, but felt lack luster. The friendliness of front desk could've used a shot of vitamin B. The shower had poor water pressure. The TV did not work well showing a fuzzy screen and did not follow the guide provided. We'd stayed at a Comfort Inn on Sunday and frankly found it a better fit for us. We probably won't return.

The hotel was reasonably clean but dated. Our room did not get sufficient towels for 2 persons. We had to be moved to a second room because of a lack of hot water.

We stayed during the hurricane, and the staff were friendly and compassionate. We are very grateful for their hospitality and service. Definitely recommend.

Overall, I enjoyed my stay for the most part the room was clean. I did find a bug upon arrival,but other than that no major issues. I would recommend providing the number of rags and towels the room can occupy. My room max occupancy was 4,but I was only provided 2 of everything. If my stay was more than one night I would have requested more towels and rags.

I liked the service, cleanliness, and breakfast. I just have one comment regarding the number of bath towels (3), which were not compatible with the number of people I had booked the room for, which was for 4 adults and 1 child.

There's no way for water to escape.So half of the bathroom gets wet when all the water comes out of the shower. But overall everything was great. Will stay again.

The hotel provides breakfast, which is included in your booking (so that’s a plus). The property seems to be old and in need of a refurbishment! The staff was friendly.

Not easily assessable

Everything would have been great if the bathroom wasn't dirty. The floor was dirty, broken tile, mold in corner of tub along with messed up showerhead and TV remote sucked! Noisy from highway but the beds were great and breakfast was delicious! Staff was very professional and hoping to speak with manager this week about issues so we shall see.

Efficient. Only limitation is slightly inconvenient access road to the property.

The shower drain stopper wasn’t intact and the water wasn’t that warm. Other than that, the staff were very nice and courteous, pretty clean. Overall, decent stay for our family. Would stay here again.
