No tv at all, the ac was limited to 75 degrees. Went to the front desk they would not let me change rooms. Very unprofessional front deck clerk.

Breakfast was included and was a nice one, with waffles and sausage and scrambled egg patties. Plenty of cereal and the coffee was delicious. Best I have had at a hotel in a very long time. It was convenient for the Dania Beach Casino, where we had tickets to see a show. I would definitely stay here again and hopefully next time all construction will be complete.

The hotel is older and the shower in my room was also dirty and grungy and the bathroom sink leaked water. You can tell that the paint job is trying to cover up a poorly maintained property like a path work job. I would not recommend staying at this hotel chain

The bed was comfortable and the room was spacious. Hotel was close to lots of things and the check in staff was great. EVERY hallway was under renovation. Every hallway was being painted. As soon as I got off the elevator, all I could smell was fresh paint. The pool was "out of order" and our toilet ran every time we flushed.

It was a sweet. I had a sofa, bed refrigerator microwave and a half free breakfast. Staff was exceptional. The only thing was we had to keep changing the keys because they stop working everyday.

We were in a room that the shower had reached under bathroom sink then when we started eating our pizza we had delivered a roach was climbing pn the table cpming to our pizza box. We had to leave. We got a refund and left right away.

The front desk lady who worked days was not very helpful, nor pleasant to deal with. However, the nighttime front desk lady was good. Seems like they were in the process of updating the hotel. While we were there, they were painting the hallway that our room was located in. Seems that they didn't have another room available.

I called the hotel the next day around 4:30 PM and was told that housekeeping had not yet reported anything and that I should call again the following morning. I called back on Saturday morning and spoke with a manager, who told me she would speak with the housekeeping supervisor on Monday and call me back. However, I never received any follow-up. I am disappointed by the lack of communication regarding my lost item. I would appreciate it if someone could properly check with housekeeping and update me as soon as possible regarding whether my item was found. I would also like to mention that during one of my phone calls, I was told that if housekeeping did not report the item, it may have been thrown away. I find this very concerning, especially considering I contacted the hotel only one day after my checkout. Guests can accidentally leave important or valuable personal belongings behind, and items should be properly handled through a lost-and-found process rather than discarded so quickly.

Room were nice, bed comfortable, Breakfast was good, Coffee always available :-), location was nice. Beautiful scenery. Lots of near-by attractions. We felt that the receptionist during check out did not provide a sincere genuine customer service "appreciation" for our stay by providing short unfriendly replies during our interaction. This could stem from numerous of reasons from the "lack" of having good customer service skills/training to simply having a bad day. I felt that her unfriendly reaction stemmed from simply being "jealous" of our enjoyable (having a good time) attitude. Her unfriendly short no "eye contact" response was very disappointing and was more than likely how she wanted us to feel.

I even called your IT tech, and they were not able to help me. I was in Room 221 Only the location and the staff. The bed was hard did not sleep well.

The TV in our room never worked properly. Changed remotes at the front desk and it did no good. They didn't seem to really care. The breakfast was not very good, ran out of eggs by 9.

Communication needs to be better about airport shuttle. Need more breakfast selections. Location allowed for walking to different restaurants and stores. Stayed for a cruise the next day, and if multiple people cheaper to take an uber than their shuttle. Overall a good place to stay that met our needs.

The staff are very helpful and there’s loads of helpful stuff like snacks and detergent available in the lobby. I can’t believe how cheap it was for such a good stay.

Airport pickup shuttle. The TV remote needed batteries. Hard to turn the channel. Velveeta cheese in an omelet. Better to leave it out.

Their mistake became our problem Additionally the microwave didn’t work and while the replacement was swift again banged on the door despite the do not disturb being on the door. Pool is good but furniture is tierd Furthermore and very concerning - they are renovating several ground floor rooms and the dining room (great) but leaving the smoke detectors covered all weekend is fundamentally dangerous.

Disgusting! I should have known that it would not be good by how dirty the room was but it was only one night and close to the airport. My husband got up to use the bathroom and when he turned on the light about 50 cockroaches scattered! Absolutely disgusting! We left at 2 AM and I will be requesting a refund. Beware!

How can anyone give this place a good review? My room was so moldy and turning on the AC showed one reason why, clearly the unit was filled with mold. The shower gave hardly any pressure, water didn't get very hot at all and really the place is just gross. There's also barely anything nearby, you're kind lost on some street without anything to walk to for food and such. It's not worth the 20 bucks or whatever is saved by booking here over a decent place. Zero stars is really what this gets for me....

The hotel was fine. Very basic breakfast, but you’d expect that at the price point. I just don’t understand all the positive reviews specifically about the breakfast. Our room was fine, just a little run down. The beds were comfortable and clean. The room had been freshly painted, and the smell of fresh paint was pretty strong. For the money, it still was not a bad stay, but know that you get what you pay for in this case.

This was by far my least favorite experience. I wish I could give a half star. The smell of mold, the shady elevator and subpar breakfast was absolutely terrible. The staff was kind and very helpful. However I will not return, not even for one night.

Room is clean but we got no coffee table in the room. Asked the reception lady and was told whatever in the room, thats it. But advertisement photo have a complete set. Our air condition was leaking so much water and it was detached from the wall. I am attaching photos for reference. We stayed for 4 nights and our first 2nights (Sat &Sum), I have to deal with the water leakage myself as their maintenance guy will not be available till Monday. They gave us enough towels to cover or clean the water leakage. I have 2 kids with me with youngest 21months old. Put us at risk big time. Ask to be moved in a different room but they are fully booked. Otherwise it was a good hotel.

Very good location, within walking distance to several restaurants, decent breakfast with good selection. Great hotel for the night before a cruise, virtually every guest of hotel was embarking on a cruise the next day, so everyone was in a great mood and happy. We found that the cost of an uber was equal to the cost of one person on the shuttle, plus uber is faster and dropped off right where you needed to be. Everything looked good. We didn't use the pool but saw several others that were. We flew into Miami so didn't use the airport shuttle service from Ft. Lauderdale.

We were there to get on a cruise the next day and so it was nice that we could walk to Walmart and a few food choices nearby. The hotel was clean and very adequate for our needs. The lady in the breakfast room was not a happy camper and reprimanded my son in law when he was in the breakfast room getting more food when she was there to put breakfast away. In a not so nice tone she told him he was to be there BEFORE 9. She could have been kinder.

The place fills a purpose. A place to sleep. Clean. But the structure needs some serious upkeep + remodeling.

This Hotel has the best staff and the beds are really comfortable the room was very clean and the pool is very warm. The area around the hotel is very quiet and there is a walgreens and a dollar tree next to the property we love that. We always enjoy staying here I recommend it.

Everything was wonderful except for the pool. Water was dark green with the bottom covered in green algae.. Lounge chairs were ratty with the arm wraps coming off....Plus not very comfortable. The pool towels were the size of a bathroom hand towel... Ridiculously small.

We flew in two days early for our cruise and stayed at this hotel. Pool was nice. Staff was super friendly. We were able to get an early check-in 24 hour coffee. Lots of shopping close by to pick up those items you might need. Hotel was clean safe continental breakfast was nice. Complementary airport shuttle was perfect. Did not take long at all to be picked up. This hotel offers a cruise shuttle for a surcharge and was well organized. Would recommend it pre-cruise or post cruise hotel

Airport shuttle stops at 11pm. This is not anywhere in the information. Had to pay for an uber. Breakfast was really good. Rooms were fine for a one night stay but would not stay for longer than that. There is a Walgreens right in parking lot which was convenient for last minute cruise purchases.

Our flight was delayed due to weather. We were able to check in late at the last minute and they had a shuttle from the airport The room was clean and comfortable. They had a nice hot breakfast. The staff was friendly and arranged a shuttle to Port Everglades for $15 per person.

Rooms smelled a little odd, and bathroom was not up to my expectations in cleanliness. The fridge made a loud noise and closeness to kitchen added noises. Better to start in upper floors, less traffic and noises.

This hotel appeared nice on the exterior. Upon entering through the front door, there was a noticeable musty smell. The lobby area was small with a limited seating area. After checking in, we waited for the slowest elevator in the nation. There were only 3 floors in this hotel. After what seemed like an eternity, we arrived on the 2nd floor. The entire hallway had a old musty smell. The floor appeared old and dirty. Our room was at the end of the hallway. Upon entering the room, there was no carpet. Everything in the room appeared old and worn out. The mattress on the bed was old and saggy. The 4 pillows were old and flat. The bathroom walls and floor appeared dirty. There was black mold on the grout of the tiles in the shower. The water pressure in the sink and shower were disappointingly extremely low. The shower curtain was short, which allowed water to flow onto the bathroom floor from the shower. There was only one lamp next to the bed. Since the air conditioner, small refrigerator and microwave were functional, the highest rating for this room and hotel was 2 stars out of 5. I won't stay at this hotel again and I won't be recommending this hotel to any of my family and friends.

This is a dated property. The staff was efficient but not very pleasant. The bed was comfortable but the pillows were lumpy bits of foam. They have a airport shuttle but it only runs once an hour. The cost was less then other near by hotels but more then what the experience warrents. Maybe I would stay there again?

The room floor was sticky and had a very musky smell. I’ve requested that the sofa bed be made up with bedsheet, pillows, and blanket, but nothing was done. By the time my family checked in at night, no one was available to set up the sofa bed. Will not recommend.

The maintenance man was very quick to replace the very noisy air conditioner. Met some great people who were also stranded because of the snowstorm in the northeast.

When I checked into the hotel there was a sign stating that they would be back soon and thanked me for my patience. I waited 15 minutes for someone to come to the desk and check me in. This was Very Stressful as I was in a new hotel and area. I never experienced this in my 30 years of traveling.

The staff were rude and condescending, both upon checkin and checkout. The entire floor we stayed on smelled like mildew. Breakfast was ok, but the staff were yelling at the guests about where/how to discard food/drinks. The Miami cruise port shuttle was not a shuttle per se, but a driver in a private car. It was also almost an hour late. The bed was extremely soft (a plus for me, but not for my husband) and half of the outlets were not functional. We also had dirty hand towels in our bathroom.

Staff was so rude. I will never stay here again. This hotel should be removed from a list to pick from. The front staff lady working apparently hated her job and made that apparent upon check in. Told me they didn't have my reservation, hotel was full- even though I clearly had a confirmation number from expedia. I then asked another staff member to look- and low and behold our reservation was there.

The room was very basic and barely classified as a suite (a couch but no other chairs or side tables). Also the price was way too high just for one night stay, when amenities did not match the price.

Pictures make it look nice than it was, but still okay. Also, I've never spent over $200 per night at a hotel and wasn't allowed to leave my bags at the front desk before check-in. We had to sit in the lobby for a couple hours waiting for our room so that wasted lots of time.

The elevator took forever so we just took the stairs. And the side door to get in the building didn’t open/work which was closer to our room. Staff was friendly. Overall a great stay! Will definitely stay here again.

The check-in was easy and smooth. The receptionist was friendly and helpful to look for restaurant suggestions for us. The room was clean with amble space. The sofa bed, as expected, was not as comfy as a normal bed. Breakfast was wonderful. The room was filled with visits all looking contend with the selections of hot eggs, sausages, fruits, oatmeals, waffles and cereals. Right there was someone who made waffles on the order. Everything was yummy. After check-out, the front desk even kept our luggages behind the counter while we went off to explore for a few hours before our departure for the cruise port. Overall, we were very satisfied with the experience. We are used to big name hotels and couldn't book anything at the last minute. This exceeded our expectations. Great job! Highly recommend it.

We arrived at 1am and the gentleman that check is in was very pleasant. We were only here for the night pre cruise (happened to be Valentines Day). The price was the most reasonable I found. The breakfast buffet was good.

We had to use towels to stop smell from seeping under our door and buy deodorizer to spray in room and put hallway in front of our door. Cons: were very noisy people in the room beside us, they were socializing until well after midnight. The walls were so thin, could hear them crystal clear (but they were very loud). Also, we had asked for a shuttle pickup from the airport, called after we had our luggage. Waited over an hour to get picked up. Not sure if that’s on the hotel or their shuttle service but wasn’t great with two small kids. Overall, a good stay!

Room was definitely not as clean as I would have liked with cobwebs on baseboards and visible dirt on the floors and hair in the shower. Sheets were clean as far as I could tell but there was a giant hole in the comforter and breakfast was inedible.

Staff was wonderful! Breakfast was good. Shuttle was very convenient. The only bad thing was on both stays the floors in the room were filthy. We had an extended stay our first leg of the trip so I got on my hands and knees and scrubbed the floor so our feet were not filthy, got another room on our way back and same thing. They need to mop those rooms after stays.

This room was horrible after a long nights drive checking in late at night i had to go to front desk and ask for gloves and cleaning solutions to clean the room myself. Pulled out the sofa and there were food wrapping packages inside as well as used tissue paper.

Was really busy when we arrived as we just got off our cruise. We tried to call to get a shuttle but no one picked up, or we were hung up on. There is no place to store bags, so you just need to sit and wait for your room. They did prioritize getting guests in their rooms early, but we did need to wait about 3 hours when our rooms were ready around 1pm. Room was standard, but the pillows were pretty terrible. Not bad but not great experience.

The floor in the room was absolutely filthy, I don't think the floors have been scrubbed with water in months. They were sticky and gross, I accidently spilled a little bit of water on the floor so I grabbed a rag to wipe the water up and the wash rag was black. my feet from walking on the floor by the end of the day were absolutely disgusting. There were people cleaning so everything visually appeared clean. For as much money as I spent for that room for 1 night I was VERY disappointed! I had friends staying there as well and they said the floors in the rooms they were staying was just as bad!

Rooms were clean and updated. The staff was great. The only issues I had was not getting the extra pillows I requested, and the eggs at breakfast all had cheese in them. There should be an option for lactose intolerant guest. There were also no sugar free options for diabetic guest in the sodas and food choices.

The first room that they gave us had a very strong musty smell covered in bleach. We left immediately and they gave us a better room. The room was adequate. The breakfast was not well liked by our family. It's in a good location, close to airport and cruise port.

It was fine for one night. Dated. A/C made weird noise all night too but it was not a huge deal. There is really nothing close that is super easy to get to other than a local Walmart. We just need a spot to crash before our cruise.

This hotel is very dirty. After checking in upon arrival to our room, I noticed trash under our beds, used ear plugs and old cereal. Went to desk and reported the incident. 15% was offered off my room. No one came to clean the mess. The second night of our stay after returning from a day out the food and debris was still there. I again returned to desk and inquired why the mess had no been cleaned. The front desk clerk said I needed to ask for cleaning as they only clean every 3 days of your stay. I explained after my first complaint I assumed someone would come clean. Nope. Breakfast was nasty. Book somewhere else!!!!!

The room was clean, the staff was so helpful and accomodating. We disembarked from a cruise and were at the hotel by 10am. They allowed us to store our luggage and had our room ready for check-in before noon. The airport shuttle was on time and got us safely to the airport the next day for our flight. Highly recommend this hotel for a stay before or after a cruise!

We did have an issue with something housekeeping missed from the previous guest. There was only one person on duty, who was apologetic but had to stay at the desk. Breakfast was okay, but as someone who tries to limit carbs, I would have appreciated some kind of eggs as an option. There is a neighborhood Walmart across the street, and also a Walgreens, very convenient. I understand that there's a beach about a mile away, unfortunately too far for us to walk in the time we had. We did take a short walk; it's an easy and pretty area for walking. Other than the thing housekeeping missed, everything was fine. I'd stay here again.

Apparently the room was clean, but we had an uninvited creature (cockroach) in our room.

Shuttle phone line disconnects after 30 seconds if they put you on hold FYI. Happened multiple times and not worth calling - just call the hotel directly. The hotel was fairly good. However , I expected more for breakfast - not just waffles, toast and whatever goes with these- butter, jams, syrup, whipped cream etc. That said, he hotel has coffee / tea station that is available all day and there is the free airport shuttle. It is close to a bus stop (#12 Bus), there is a Walgreens and Walmart and other places to eat nearby. For shopping there is the Oakwood Plaza that is about 15 mins away by bus. For a bigger mall the Aventura Mall is very big and you need a transfer from the 12 to the 1. All in all I might stay here again because I know how to get around and there was a fridge and microwave in the room.

Overall great stay safe our only disappointment was the outdoor pool area. Photos made it look amazing and it was underwhelming at best.

Staff was friendly and seems to work well as a team. Our room was out of shampoo and conditioner. The breakfast was subpar at best. Wasn’t expecting much and got less than that. I would stay here again if there is a good deal on the prices.

Everything was perfect except that my room key consistently wasn't working correctly.

Terrible service, every encounter with front staff made you feel like you were bothering them! The room key needed reprogramming after every use and the rude receptionist would blame us for the problem. Musty smelling rooms, limited breakfast options that was usually packed by people that looked like they were living there.

Needed a close hotel to Fort Lauderdale Airport. Opted for Sleep Inn. Very convenient, clean, quiet and staff was amazing.

I will never stay here again. There were fleas by the pool. I don’t know if my husband and I were bit by bed bugs or fleas but the day after we checked out, our legs were covered in bite marks.

Great hotel for just needing a place to stay and simple breakfast that eases the hunger. Breakfast options when I stayed were waffles, cereal options, yogurt and fruit. They also have juices. Room was fairly clean. I only noticed the drawers and handles were dirty but I don’t use those anyways. Bus stops are very close to hotel that can take you right to Hollywood and Dania beach. Walmart, dollar tree and this great Chinese stop are across the street. Great location for a place to shower/sleep and go straight to the beach without renting a car. Also west lake is 15 min walk you can rent a kayaks for 10 bucks for an hour.

The hotel had a nice pool area. We were able to get an early check in which was great, however there was a strange odour in our room .

Towels bed covers were stained and had hairs seemed like it had not been cleaned. Hotel is not in beat condition walls, building and carpet need to be improved. We were very uncomfortable with how dirty everything was. We attempted to use the iron and Iron board but aomeone had use it to warm or cook food cause it was very dirty and luckyly we noticed and didn’t ruin our clothes

The hotel was fine. The girl who checked us was wonderful. The lady on the evening shift was rude and horrible to us. We asked her to put us down for the airport shuttle the following day and she wrote something somewhere but he next day no shuttle. So when we asked her she told us we didn’t ask her to. Then proceeded to yell at us and basically called us liars. Very unprofessional behavior. She conveniently did not have a name tag but I did take her picture. She has no business interacting with the public. It really makes your hotel look bad.

I asked for a late check out and I was given only 30 minutes- I was an out of town guess. Didn’t get on the plane until 530pm. Housekeeping seem to have a slight attitude when I asked for towels. Front desk was helpful.

Fast check-in & check-out, Location is convenient for getting to many places. Walking distance Walmart, Walgreens, Dollar Tree and more. Room TV is not smart. Bed a little bit firm, but sheets and pillows are clean. Breakfast options are limited, but everything is fresh. All the staff were very kind and attentive.

While the rooms were spacious & clean the staff at the front desk were rude & the noise was non stop at the hotel with people slamming their room doors & in and out if their rooms til like 1 am nightly. The advertisement on their site says they have continental breakfast & they don’t. It says they have a spa & they don’t. They do have a pool & a gym though which is a plus.

I like the nearness to shopping and convenience of parking. The information given regarding the shuttle was misleading as she gave us the wrong terminal pickup point. We were waiting at the correct place between terminal 3 & 4 F. She misguided us to wait at Terminal 3 F. When we arrive she kept being adamant and insist on being wrong and strong, not caring to correct the error for future guest.

Offered me a room on the ground floor,,, but she gave me the room. Next to the elevator and opposite the reception! After settling me in and trying to rest it was impossible because it was very noisy! She could have informed me beforehand that this room had a problem, after asking to change rooms she gave me another one with 2 separate beds, my wife and I ended up sleeping separately even though I reserved 1 large bed!

Staff was amazing

Nice hotel! Perfect for our family of five, we did wait some time to check in as there was only one worker and the breakfast was just OK but otherwise it was perfect for what we needed.

Great for the price.

The location

The breakfast was okay for continental, but it would have been nice if it was a full buffet breakfast. The hotel is very close to Walmart, Walgreens and Dollar Tree for any last minute items.

Transportation was awesome and hotel location was good.

Too many problems accessing internet. The breakfast offerings were embarrassing. Communication with staff there was difficult. Too many issues with room key and getting locked out. Initial room smelled like mildew before I asked to switch due to smell. I do not recommend staying here.

Staff was amazing Kelly was a superstar.whenwe first arrived told us of a parade gave us maps and suggestions. breakfast lady was awesome as well making plans to go back soon

Good value!

Only complaint i had was to add more options to the breakfast menu at least some eggs/sausages.

The bed and sheets were clean. The shower was clean but the water flow was not good. And the smell in the hotel is weird. It was very basic for the price charged.

Outdated place, very poor breakfast!

We arrived fairly early and the front desk was able to check us in much earlier than expected
