Great location for shopping and for those travellers who do not drive, everything is within walking distance from the hotel. However, the breakfast seriously needs to be reviewed. Limited healthy option e.g. more variety needed everything is fried, more fruits in its natural format, no added sugar to the fruit salad, yogurts would be nice, breakfast is boring, unhealthy and bland. If you could correct this, it would be great. The 15 minutes drop off at the car park is too brief. Extend even an 1 hour slot free of charge, for visitors visiting family and friends or business here.

Hyatt house is my home away from home. The breakfast was great .

When we used to stay here, parking was free to guests, now they charge you a daily rate, other than that the stay was great, breakfast was hot and tasty and coffee was hot and ready on mornings.

The room was nicely laid out and well furnished. The breakfast was excellent with good choices and well-stocked and a nice dining area. Staff and service was great.

Soap in the shower was empty. Pillow was stained. Hair on the bathroom floor

Staff very helpful. Went on a cruise and when we came back after staying there the night before we left on the cruise a week earlier they let us keep our luggage at the hotel for the day as our flight home was not until late in the day. They also took aback to the airport.

we had smoke alarms going off at 1:00 in the morning as we were trying to sleep. Called front desk.. sorry.. we can move you.. or try to disable.. on chairs and disabled the one beeping and discovered it was on the other side of wall - in suite- disabled that.. and STILL BEEPING.. no other visible alarms.. so we had to call down and get another room at 1:30 am. Key was given to us with no apology.. we had to move all of our stuff in the middle of the night basically and the new roon was FREEZING.. at 65 and it took a while to realize the shade in bedroom was open because of light shining in.. I got about 3 hours of sleep and did not even go down to breakafast. I did go to desk to explain, complain and the morning clerk was very kind and gave us 25% room.. but I really feel we should have received a free night for all the hassle.

To start, the King 1 bedroom suite is not as bright and vibrant as pictured. It was your basic brown set up. Kitchen, bathroom and room in general was a decent size. With that being said, it was adequate for my 2 day stay. The front desk was accommodating. I had to change rooms due to a dirty bed spread and a beeping fire detector. I was accommodated immediately. Snacks are $5 a piece ( including regular bottled sodas, juice, chips, etc.). Bring your own! Breakfast was your basic eggs, bacon, pancakes and various cereal and breads. Nothing exciting but it does the job for quick basic morning fuel. Parking is $15 a day. Not horrible, but he aware. Close to an entire shopping mall (across the street) and convenient to fast food. BTW, Matt the bartender makes a mean lemon drop! Overall. Not bad.

Everything would have been perfect except for one thing; the internet was horrific. This was disappointing considering the Hyatt brand. The internet was so bad, I felt as if I were in a hotel located in an undeveloped country. With 10 Mbps it was slow, frequently disconnected, and extremely unreliable. An absolute nightmare. I had to go to a cafe to get reliable internet. The staff on the other hand was was wonderful. They tried to address any concerns I may have had. So because of them, if the internet wasn't so horrible, I would have given this place 5 stars.

My room was very clean I was so impressed. I loved the layout, the stocked cabinets & the shower. That I couldn’t stay longer. & there was no yogurt at 9am for breakfast.

Super walkable to tons of shopping and restaurants. The free shuttle to/from Fort Lauderdale is nice bonus. Close to Port Everglades for those cruising. Recommend for several nights to take advantage of the area

The staff was great, there is a shuttle available to take you to Fll or the cruise port. The breakfast was what you would normally find, it was filling, and is included in the price. I didn't walk around the area but there are plenty of shops and restaurants in walking distance

We arrived at this hotel from the cruise port at 10am. Thankfully our room was available early so we didn't have to worry about luggage storage. The airport shuttle was available at 4am so had plenty of time fir our 6am flight.

That said, there are a few areas for improvement. The elevator was quite slow, and the room—particularly the bathroom—showed some signs of wear that were hard to miss. Overall, it was a solid stay, and I would definitely consider staying here again.

Just one thing: ask if your room is near a meeting room because you will hear noises until 11h pm.

The hotel was comfortable. The breakfast was good with a wide variety to choose from. The only nit picky thing I have is that you couldn't watch TV while lying in bed. The TV faced the couch and couldn't be turned. A little annoying. Also, I was placed in a room on the 1st floor right next to the side entrance and it was extremely noisy. Avoid this room if you can! The parking for my cruise was very convenient and reasonably priced. The TV placement. That is really the only complaint I have. Like I said, room placement is everything!

This property needs a lot of upkeep. It was very dirty. Garbage all over. The pool was not cleaned out. There was Hair in the bathroom. It’s just simply not a clean property. The location is great. The staff was good. but I would never stay here again. It was filthy. The hallways. The elevator. The entranceway. The bathroom. The pool.

Kate was our front desk advisor. She was courteous and we were upgraded to a 2 bedroom suite. The hotel was clean and the staff were very kind. Location is ok (as it was raining so without close restaurants less than a mile - you were forced to eat in or get wet). Great shuttle service.

When we went for breakfast, people were sleeping in all of the common places of the hotel.

This was a really comfortable place to stay at before returning home. Airport shuttle is very convenient, and the rooms are nice and spacious. Would've stayed longer if I could, especially since there's a full kitchen with fridge, oven, ect. We got upgraded to the two bedroom and it was very nice.

Huge room with kitchen. Was only there for a night but would stay again for sure.

It would have been a 5 start BUT upon checking out, the elevators stopped working so I had to carry all of our luggage down the stairs (we were on the 3rd floor) with three small children, one being a one year old plus his stroller so that was a huge inconvenience and I left my number at the front desk for the manager to call me to figure out what I can be compensated with for the inconvenience and I still have yet to receive a phone call, which is why I gave it a three star.

The only concern I had was the front desk would not answer their phones. I had to get dressed to go downstairs to speak to the clerk. The clerk was on her personal phone.

The room condition was not what i expected and housekeeping only clean every 4th day. The first room that they gave me smelled molded and had a humidity fan in the room and they other room had a broken toilet that constantly ran even after they claimed they fixed it

This hotel is priced premium due to its proximity of the cruise terminals. The main elevator was out of order. Some soap and water would go a long way on walls and door. We have stayed at this hotel in the past and it was well maintained. We were disappointed in the general "grubby feel" of the hotel.

Had an excellent stay at the Hyatt House. The room was spacious, the provided breakfast is excellent. Appreciated the closeness to Dania Pointe and the Airport Shuttle. However there were issues with the elevator, hopefully those have since been resolved.

When I arrived to the hotel, I was told they didn’t have any rooms available. After phone calls with Hyatt and waiting over an hour (arrived at 11:30p) I was finally put in a room.

Hotel elevator was not working, lobby floors had coffee spills in several location that were not addressed until the next day. The hotel wasn’t as clean and nice as I have experienced with other Hyatt Hotels. It could use some improvement. Our room also wasn’t cleaned. Elevator had apparently been down for several days. They did have an elevator at the other end of the property, but it took awhile to get to our floors as the maids were using it a lot.

Aside from the elevator not working for the first few hours of our trip the hotel was nice overall with helpful and accommodating staff. We're experienced better breakfast offering at other hotels but better than nothing.

This was a lovely experience before our cruise! This will be our new pre cruise hotel for all our trips!

We left at 5:00. Breakfast wasn’t started yet, but I called down and the kitchen lady made a pot of coffee for us. Shuttle was good.

This hotel is one of the worst I have stayed in, in a long time. The pictures online looked great but, when we arrived it looks as if it was given a low budget reno. The halls and room smelled like a dog. From the poorly refurbished furniture to the mold on the walls it was not a pleasant experience for anyone in our family. There were hand prints everywhere and grime on many of the surfaces. On a positive note, your staff is very friendly.

Convenient location to the cruise port, quiet with great staff and clean rooms. Pool was fairly small, but not crowded when we were there.

Transportation from the airport could have been better. Waited 30-45 minutes for shuttle, kept getting disconnected when calling to let them know we needed to be picked up. No good signage on where to wait for shuttle or lines to stand and wait.

We arrived late evening due to our flight. It was a very long wait for the shuttle to arrive at the airport, but it eventually arrived. Since it was so late, we walked just across the road to have a bite at Panda Express.

I loved the convenience of being close to everything, the food, the shops and the entertainment. The hotel was very clean quiet and cozy, my suite was like a small apartment.

Don't like that my room smelled like a dog. I'm allergic and though I believe people should be able to bring their animals. I feel like they should only be allowed in certain areas. Like maybe have allocated rooms for people who are bringing their pets.

House keeping needs to be improved in my personal opinion they are lazy because they don’t have a set time sometimes they come at 9 am when you are still sleeping or 5:30 pm when you just getting back in. Then they do not speak English

The hotel exceeded my expectations for the price that we paid. It was very clean and comfortable the room was spacious and had a full kitchen with utensils etc. It's the type of hotel that you would be comfortable staying at for a few days. The only negative was the size of the bed. Being double beds instead of Queens. We arrived early and were checked in without any hesitation. The lady at check in was very pleasant. I would definitely stay at this hotel again..

We like to stay to Hyatt House for the convenience as it is close to stores and restaurants. Has secure parking and easy check in/out. The rooms need to be updated....our shower door couldnt stay closed and the front door had to be pulled shut. I believe the door needs to shaved on the sides. Also, USB sockets would be a great addition.

I like everything about this hotel. Truly excellent. Two minor things: no garbage containers around the room; no tissues and toilet paper, the cheapest one can get. These minor items do not take away a truly magnificent (and moderately priced) hotel.

I didn’t like how when we were at the airport the Hyatt Place shuttle came by and wouldn’t pick us up. We had to wait an extra 45 minutes considering the Hyatt place is less than 500 feet from the hotel

Overall, my family and I had a wonderful experience at the Hyatt Place. It was close proximity to the shopping plaza and airport. The ambiance was relatively nice and clean. We felt as if we were at home and ultimately safe. We look forward to our future stays at the Hyatt Place.

The staff was very friendly, welcoming and helpful. The room was amazing! I was not expecting a full size fridge, convection oven/microwave, full set of dishes/utensils, and a dishwasher! The room was like an apartment! It was also nice that the hotel provides a shuttle to the port and then back to the airport, but the shuttle service was a bit expensive compared to the cost of an uber.

Went for a solo 2 day trip. Hotel was nice and clean. Staff were friendly. No issues at all. Airport shuttle was great

No ice machines anywhere. Reception said we were supposed to use the in-room ice-maker, which would begin producing 10 mins after turning on. 16 hours later still no ice. That’s a real inconvenience when you’re on a road trip. Breakfast was ok…at least they make an effort with their semi-fresh fruit offerings. Location is still great, but the lack of a good night’s sleep leads to a lower rating from us.

The rooms were spacious and clean. Updated and nice. The bathroom was also nice. The only thing I didn’t like was the transportation drivers. They were inpatient and rude. The property and other stuff was wonderful. They went out of their way to accommodate us when we needed early check in. I would most definitely stay there again.

I like the apartment style setup. It was great for parents traveling with kids. Everyone had their own space and bathroom with a kitchenette and living room in the middle.
