The front desk was very obliging as I needed to check in early.. beds very comfortable. Pool good size and well maintained. Only critique is the vehicle noise from time to time.

Hotel staff were good. Ordered a drink cost $18.00 and was awful. It was advertised as a bourbon mule and he used Jack Daniels and some mix that was not ginger beer.

Always a great place to stay, the only disadvantage is parking but hey get there early, park, and uber to day drink!

Nice chic boutique hotel. Has its own bar and restaurant. Kind of tucked away, so its quiet. Check-out at 12pm is very nice...definitely bonus. Rooms very clean and modern. Small bottles of water in the room request $2 each - so bring your own water. Breakfast extra $16 which also stinks - but overall very clean, modern and comfortable hotel.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Our room was spacious and clean with comfortable beds. We arrived late due to weather delays and basically slept there. It is a great precruise hotel with a shuttle for $15 per person.

I loved everything about this hotel. the location was convenient, room was spacious and clean, and the staff was very helpful and courteous every time we interacted with them. Whether it was at 6AM asking for directions to the beach or 2AM when I was looking for Ginger Ale for my partner. Parking was a little bit of a pickle, theres very limited space directly on the hotel property, but the additional parking garage is just across the street so not a big deal. Pool area was very clean and relaxing. I did not utilize the restaurant/bar or the fitness center but if i were to ever be back in Ft. Lauderdale or close by, i would definitely consider booking again.

This hotel is convenient for a night. There was dry blood stains on our bed sheets. I told the front desk and they didn’t care. I wouldn’t stay here long term.

Very nice hotel, I was skeptical reading other reviews but I stayed 4 nights with friends and it was very enjoyable the parking garage attached to the hotel goes get full quick so you have to park across the street which is a little suspicious seeming cause there was homeless people but just stay vigilant other then that great stay.

I really loved this hotel everything about it. It was very centrally located easy to get to a spot for dinner breakfast dessert great ice cream places right around there and the hotel was clean and quiet.

Room was noisy from the traffic on the street, breakfast was OK, but you paid and was just what you get free at hotels with breakfast. Would recommend staying at somewhere else.

The woman working check-in during the daytime on 5/14 made the process completely seamless I hate that I can’t remember her name, but she was so kind and welcoming. Lunch was also great, and Mark the bartender was awesome to talk to and provided excellent service. Overall, a very pleasant stay and I would definitely return!!

This hotel is spotless! We were given the king bed accessible room and it was so big. It could use one more chair near the window. The view was nice from the seventh floor. Did not have a meal due to our time schedule but we will be back again.

It is good hotel for overnight sleep if you have long trip, however if you are staying longer in the area there are better options with more connivant locations close to all the fun things in the area

We didn't have the breakfast. The staff seemed a little unprofessional and not very friendly. The front counter lady didn't smile one time. The bar tender was actually rude to my travel companion. She asked fir a napkin and he slid the napkins over to her rather than handing her one. Just seemed very unprofessional and a bit like she was bothering him. I did like our room location, and the room was actually pretty clean. We did like the free shuttle to the airport. The driver was very nice. Overall, I would recommend this place to a friend because of the value and location. I would probably stay here again. I hope they get friendlier employees though.

The hotel was beyond my expectations. I only stayed one night, but the staff was amazing. The bed was comfortable, and the room is clean.

Disappointed in the location. When we drove up there was a homeless person walking through the parking lot. Parking is minimal onsite, and not convenient for additional parking location. The room was very minimal, but the bed was comfortable. The pool was nice, and the area was clean. Staff were helpful and pleasant.

I came back after the cruise and I am disappointed when I realized the bed sheets and comforter were DIRTY. We didn't notice it until we were getting into bed. There was no one available in housekeeping and we were absolutely exhausted. We decided to pull the top sheet off and not use comforter as the hotel was booked with no availability to move. I took pictures of the sheets and comforter. Clearly you can see the soiled bedding.

Booked this hotel because near the airport and offered free shuttle. Arrived and called the hotel for the shuttle. First time I was hung up on - called back and it rang and went to voicemail. Ended up paying 16 for an uber just to get there. Told the front desk and he could not have cared less. Shuttle was actually sitting out front when we were dropped off.

Very spacious and well-appointed room. Comfortable pillows and bedding. Great positioning of the TV, which allowed for enjoyment in multiple areas of the room. Lobby was well-appointed and comfortable.

The bar area was very nice. Only 1 attendant for the whole area, but he did a wonderful job. Breakfast is not included at this location so be aware of the additional cost $14 per person. Location is good with a brewery within walking distance and several restaurants. Overall a great stay and we have stayed before and will stay again.

It took three times of going to the front desk to get our key card to work. The hotel knew we were coming. This happened to many people in my group. It was midnight after long day of traveling. This was very disappointing.

This hotel is well situated in Dania Beach. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We had difficulty getting a shuttle from the airport to the hotel so we had to take a taxi. We were compensated for that with a complementary breakfast. Had a good night sleep and great food in the morning.

The location was close to the airport and the beach was fairly close if driving. The room was spacious and had a huge window which made it very nice. The pool area was nice as well. Also, we are there for dinner and the food was excellent! The cajun shrimp tacos were really delicious. We were given an accessible room, which I didn’t book, so the shower was very difficult with the folding bench in it and the shower head is mounted so close to the wall that a person has to stand sideways to get in front of it. I didn’t request a different room so not sure if that was the last available or not, but overall, it was a good experience and I would stay there again.

Our room connected to another room and there was nothing to dampen the noise. The people in the other room were so loud that we got almost no sleep.

Dried blue contact lens on bathroom counter, stray long blonde hair on dresser, no couch-just a huge empty dance floor in the room. Shower had no closing door-half door. Great if you just need a quick place to sleep for a night.

I did not find a reminder or confirmation for the hotel ahead of the visit and when I arrived, I could not find where I was staying. I contacted my credit card company, various hotels in the area and did not have the hotel information until the next morning. My card was charged anyway of course. It's just disappointing.

We asked for an accessible room. There were no handicap bars by the toilet and the sink was inaccessible with a wheelchair. The beds were comfortable. Do better Hilton

The room was nice and hotel was clean. Parking is an issue, not a lot of parking in the main hotel but they offer overflow. I rated two stars because there was no free coffee at the hotel which is crazy. The mediocre coffee was $4 per cup and not available before 7am!! The front desk staff were not helpful about recommendations on food/coffee/things to do in the area. I wouldn’t recommend

The room was big but it may be because there was no sofa. The only place to sit was on a desk chair or a small chair by the bed. With four of us in the room, that was inconvenient. We had to go to the lobby to play cards or sit together. The halls smelled strongly of marijuana and we heard at least 3 gun shots at night. The desk staff wasn’t very friendly but the restaurant/bar person was very personable.

We left too early to comment on the breakfast but they allowed us to check in early and use the pool before we got our room which was really nice. They were friendly and helpful in all regards. Walking distance to the casino too! We enjoyed our stay.

Fire alarm went off every 1.5 minutes in my room starting at midnight. Tried to call the front desk and the phone in the room was broken. Called from my cell and the guy at the front desk acted like I was being dramatic for even bringing it up. And essentially said “it’s late, I’m here alone - what do you want me to do about it?”. When I came to the lobby in my pjs - with all of my things, shockingly there was another employee there with him. One who could have come and chafed the battery in the alarm or who could have brought me a key for my room change so I wasn’t inconvenienced. Instead Frank lied about it and said he was working alone and nobody could help. Franks tone was rude and completely unprofessional. I hated staying there. Will never do it again. The room was barely tolerable - you have to walk to get to the parking garage that is behind the building (not ideal for a woman traveling alone). Just overall - a hotel that looks better in pictures than it actually is.

Our flight was delayed to past midnight and despite the fact that they promote shuttle services they don’t disclose that they don’t offer the shuttle late, so we had to add an Uber ride to the expenses for our total stay.

Good property to stay at if you are only one night before a cruise. Nothing walkable however if you hope to find anything. Really nice staff. Decent rooms. One important note. There are floral air fresheners plugged in on entry, lobby and restaurant which were over powering and kept us from going to the restaurant more than once. We asked about it and were told by staff that although people had complained the hotel kept them. My friend got a terrible headache. Many people are sensitive to strong smells.

It's great if you need a place to stay that includes for shuttles to the Cruise Port or Airport. The pool area is great for lounging or letting the kids splash and play. The front desk staff were helpful - giving us pointers on best places to find local restaurants, etc. and the team allowed us to store our baggage prior to check in. In short - we'd recommend this place. We'd stay here again.

Rooms were clean, staff was friendly and helpful. It’s very close to the cruise port, however, for those needing shuttle transportation to the cruise port, be sure to make those arrangements with the front desk the day before you need to arrive at the cruise port. There are only 2 departure times.

The staff was very friendly. I had the breakfast and dinner at their restaurant. Both were excellent. I had the Salmon with vegetables, smashed potatoes and a key lime pie. Was on the best dinners I had my entire trip.

I had to wait 45 minutes at the airport for your shuttle. Two waves of arrivals came and went and I was still standing there. Not a great start. Wish I had been told at checkin that you offered breakfast. It looked great and at a fair price. But my biggest issue was the strong scent everywhere I went. It was overwhelming, and could be dangerous for people with asthma. Loved your outdoor area by the pool.

Great convenient place to stay near the airport. The airport shuttle doesn't start until 5am? Their airport shuttle doesn't start until 5am so it's not great if you have a 6am flight out. The night manager was a bit put out when I asked him to call a taxi

We have breakfast and paid for it when reservingthe room. We ate dinner downstairs upon arriving. The food was good with a limited menu. If you need more than 3 towels, ask when checking in because the standard is only 3.

The room did not seem up to par with Hilton quality. There was dried up blood on the wall in the bathroom under the light switch. It was disgusting. Our family usually always stays at Hilton hotels although I am not usually the one that makes the reservations. I saw this and thought I would try it. Never again will we stay there.

Great staff and great property

We do not plan to stay here again. The parking situation was poorly managed, and the additional $10-per-night fee was both unexpected and disappointing. The surrounding area did not feel particularly safe, and although the bathroom was mostly clean, the towels contained hair that did not belong to us. Additionally, we were unexpectedly charged for the water bottles in our room due to unclear documentation about which guests are eligible to receive them complimentary. When we called to clarify and request that the charge be removed, the staff responded rudely and refused to do so.

This place was surprisingly comfortable. Very much worth what we paid.

Airport shuttle was great! Our room was clean. Air conditioning worked well. Location was great, in between airport and cruise port. We had very noisy neighbors at 3:00 AM. Sound barrier in between rooms was poor.

We got in late, set our stuff down and headed out for dinner. We came back to the room and I saw something on the bed, a bed bug just walking across the comforter. I immediately notified staff and took pictures and killed and kept the bug in a plastic cup. The front desk offered to move our room and had me email pictures to management. We chose to leave and were told we would be refunded and that management would call us the next day. 2 days went by and I sent another email requesting a refund. It has been over a month, no refund and no reply. I did not want to leave a negative review, but the lack of response has left me no choice. The hotel looked very nice, but beware.

Not sure why this place has high ratings. Broken hardwood in room. Nowhere to hang towels bc hooks were broken. Smell not good. Lobby seemed creepy and dark. And had one towel for two day stay. Bathroom door wouldn’t stay open.

I really liked the fresh air scent, it is actually a diffuser plugged in on each floor the sprays a Jasmine scent. Really makes for a great experience. The free parking is a really nice feature considering many of the area hotels can charge 30 to 40 dollars per night to park your car. The guy working the overnight shift at the front desk was very friendly and answered any questions that I had. All of the staff are very nice and helpful.

I love this gem of a hotel! We stayed there because it is close to FLL airport and even left our car in their parking garage. They have a nice bar and offer breakfast at a fee. Their airport shuttle service is prompt and driver is courteous. Definitely plan on using this place again.

This was a very good airport hotel. The shuttle to and from the airport was quick and efficient. The staff were friendly and the room was clean. And the property was priced very well. I mean, it wasn't much more than some of the worst rated airport hotels I've ever seen in the area when I went to book this to begin with. So pay $90 to stay here at a great property, or $75 to stay at the Red Carpet Inn... You decide. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice property in a sketchy neighborhood.

This is a contemporary design hotel with a lovely dining area and bar. Too bad the loitering at the adjacent library was not a good thing. Police were called and shouting was heard. I hope they can clear up the neighborhood and let this gem of a hotel shine.

Property is great on the outside. Once I got into my room it was an ice box. The thermostat was at 66 degrees. I called the front desk and even went to the front desk to address my concern both times I was treated as if I was stupid and couldn’t raise the temp. I found a maintenance man that spoke zero English and he attempted to turn the AC off or even raise the temp. He also had no idea how to get the thermostat to not have the “cool” mode on. Needless to say I froze my butt off. Definitely not the stay I was hoping for

Great clean property with a parking garage. Close to shops and restaurants and conveniently located within a few minute drive of the FLL airport. This is our go to destination when we have flights booked the following day.

This was a very comfortable property. We loved the experience so much that when we went down to Miami for the second half of our trip we changed our minds to return. The drive was worth the comfort.

Well located hotel with a good staff. Nice gym and comfortable bed. Only issue I had was amount of hair everywhere but besides that it’s a good place to stay.

I had a pool view room not bad. The breakfast is awesome bacon sausage, eggs, potatoes, fruits, fruit bowls. Coffee, orange juice, apple juice, the two ladies I met they’re great. This property has a bar where you can bar bites. We ordered pizza and the wait was not long. The bartender was outstanding.

This is a beautiful hotel. Small enough to be very personal and not really feel like a hotel. I was able to walk to a near by bagel spot called Grandpa that was very nice.

Had a pleasant stay , however the beds were a little bit worn and leaned to one side when you lay in it. I had to lay in the middle of the bed to stay in place.

Place was clean, nice, and comfortable. Only issue I had was that I booked via Hotels.com and purchased the breakfast through them and the hotel was confused as they didn't see this as a purchase option. I had to show my itinerary in order for them to acknowledge it.

This was one of the worst hotel stays I’ve had. The online photos make it seem close to the beach, but it’s not, and the property feels extremely old and outdated—more like a retirement home than a luxury hotel. The first room had a decent size, but the bathroom was poorly designed, with water spraying all over the floor. The second room’s bathroom was even worse, with cracked tiles and a layout that left the entire floor wet after a shower. In the middle of the night, I was woken up by water leaking from the ceiling during rain. No one answered at the front desk, so I had to go down myself. They simply handed me a new key with no real apology or concern—like this was a common issue. While the staff were polite, the building is poorly maintained, outdated, and uncomfortable. Definitely not worth the price. I will not be returning to this Hilton.

The hotel is clean and the employees are friendly. I was a little disappointed in the breakfast that they offered for a fee. It was a poor quality continental breakfast that you would find at most motels. For the price I expected better quality and options.
