I want to take out the time to thank all the staff.It was truly nice, very helpful.But it was two people that stood out that really supported me when I was doing my little family get together.They made sure we had towels and things that we needed by the grill area.I really want to take out the time to thank them.Their names are. MR. DAYAN AND MR. DELANAL FOR ALL THERE HELP THANK YOU thank you all for making my stay perfect.

I was disappointed with this one at FLL There was one excellent member of staff - the front desk manager who was professional and charming.

Everything about it was exceptional clean, comfortable, nice staff, and love the fact that it was 10 minutes from the airport. I didn't like the fact that there was only one elevator working which was not there fault because it was being repaired, but the up side to that was that my room was right across from the stairwell which leads right out to the parking lot where I was parked so it worked out.

We stayed one night before a cruise and our stay was lovely. Brian at the front desk was so kind and helpful. We arrived very late due to delayed flights and he was so accommodating. We loved all the counter space and storage in our rooms. The breakfast was very basic, but good. We would definitely stay in a Home2Suites again.

Breakfast buffet was set up inefficiently. Most of the warm food was in a case that required you to open to grab the food. This would allow for at most 2 people to grab food at a time. Otherwise, the free breakfast was good. The rooms were large and spacious, but sound proofing to the rooms were terrible. I could hear people running upstairs and could hear people talking as they walked by our room. Lots of parking spots. Staff was friendly.

The free shuttle arrived at the airport in less then 10 minutes. We checked in and was assigned to a room on the 6th floor. We got to the room and it was still being cleaned and it was about 5pm. We were given a different room about 15 minutes later. We started hearing a lot of noise in the hallway soon after occupying the room. We went out for dinner and when we returned the hallway way was like a circus. There was kids running up and down the hallway from room to room and slamming the doors. Someone called the Police and the hallway quieted down for about a half an hour. Then it all started over again. We called the front desk and they gave us a different room on the 4 th floor which was quiet. The hotel only had one of the two elevators working which was a fiasco going to breakfast and checking out. The breakfast was a typical budget hotel breakfast. We checked out at 11 am and took a LYFT to the cruise port. I don’t think I would stay there again.

I have used Hotels. Com for over 15 years, I have stayed in over 10 different Home 2 Suits everywhere. This was by far the worst place I have ever stayed, Staff not very friendly, elevator was broke. It took us over 25 minutes to to get from floor 1 to floor 3. The breakfast was a 2 and it was not a clean Hotel at all. I am very very disappointed. I pay near $200 a night for a $100 hotel. Very very upset.

We spent four days. Everything was perfect except, only one elevator was working. That would have been ok, but I was suffering from Sciatica which limited me from standing and walking. A couple of occasions I had to use the stairs.

Only one elevator worked, long lines at the elevator. Cleaning staff was using same elevator with their large Cleaning cart and kept telling everyone one have to wait for next one so only a few people could get on at a time. You do have free shuttle from airport to hotel but, you have to pay 15.00 per person to use same shuttle to cruise line.

Everything about my stay was exceptional the staff to the cleanlines of the hotel the amenities were amazing. Only thing that threw me off a little was the elevator it just one working so the wait for it was a little time consuming. But other than that everything was great definitely will be back again.

The staff were unorganized, needed to communicate with one another, and seemed unhappy with their jobs. Airport shuttle was scheduled the night before; just to find they were surprised when we came down that morning. One particular staff member rolled her eyes twice and body language said so much-she genuinely seemed unhappy by guest requests.

The staff were fine, but the place was completely overrun by noisy guests. If you’re expecting a good nights rest, don’t stay here. If you can tolerate slamming doors and banging all around you until well after midnight, then this is a good value for the money. The pool was way too busy to enjoy- this place was hopping.

The location but hotel is a nightmare! The 2 elevators were broken and we were not notified by staff UNTIL AFTER the check in process was completed. We had prepaid for the hotel online and were asked "to visit the front desk upon arrival" via an online message. Yet they failed to communicate the problem with the elevators although we had a room booked on the 6th floor. At no point did the staff notify us that there were no working elevators and that we would be required to hand carry our luggage up and down the stairs plus use the stairs to get to breakfast and the other amenities located on the first floor. Staff had us recheck in upon arrival and did not say a word about the lack of ANY working elevators until they accepted payment from us and entered all the information into the computer system. Valerie, the front desk attendant, was rude and acted as if it was so easy for us to relocate to another hotel downtown which was not an option for us. After traveling all day, being disabled and having prepaid for our transportation to and from this hotel, this was a an absolute nightmare. Valerie, unaware I was a Spanish speaker, was overheard speaking unprofessionally and respectfully about me on 2 separate occasions. I was at this hotel on 4/19-4/20 and 1 elevator was in service, the other was broken. The elevator never was fixed. After having the other elevator break down, the housekeeping service on the upper floors was obviously neglected. The room was filthy, a bottle of hand soap in the shower instead of body soap, bodily fluids on the back of the room's door and the coach & table had food particles all over it. The room was a great size with a full size refridgerator. We were there for four days so the size of the fridge was wonderful. Staff were very friendly and we even got into our room very early. Lots of choices for breakfast. Nice outside sitting areas. The pool was quite cold. Nice to have a laundry area as we were going on a cruise and needed to do some laundry. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

The staff is really helpful 24/7 the room was very clean and the bed is so comfortable tjat I slept like a baby also the airconditioner is working non-stop not like other hotels thst stops every 25 mins. The pool was really good and warm...we love coming here every year for vacation.

We have stayed in this hotel many times. We use it when we are traveling and want to get there a day before out flight and use the long term parking which is very affordable. The breakfast is very good, the shuttle and parking are very convenient. We only stay overnight and return after our trip to pick up car

Everything was fine for our one night stay. I wasn't quite sure how the airport shuttle worked so we took a Uber. The front desk clerk was great but he really needed a second person. The line behind me was out the door and the phones were ringing. I felt that he handled it well but definitely needed a second attendant. Breakfast was good and there was enough seating.

Wait time for it was way too long, had to use the stairs to the fourth floor a lots of the stay. The new shower in our room leaked heavily onto the bathroom floor. The phone in our room was not connected. The TV guide was not accessible to any of the channels. The out door pool area was not kept up as well as it should have been early morning daily with cigarette butts all over the pool grounds area.

i was schedule and signed up the day prior to have the airport shuttle pick us up at 6pm I arrived at 545pm and I was told that it LEFT at 5:40pm. So Me and my daughters had to pay to get an uber to the airport. So very unprofessional the front desk staff was and also rude.

Airport shuttle was provided. When we got there, I was informed that I was already checked in. Went up to the room and our keys did not work & someone was already in that room. Had to drag all of our luggage back down & inform the front desk. She argued with me at first, stating that I had checked in online & had chosen that room. She finally listened to me & assigned us to another room. In the new room (308) only the lights by the bed worked; neither floor lamp would turn on, but the room was clean & quiet, and obviously dim. As for the mix up: come to find out another guest with my first name checked in @ 5 am that day & they ended up swapping our info. Hopefully there will not be an issue down the line. Would stay again.

The sheets had black hair and dirt on them , had to have housekeeping come and change them , you couldn’t walk across the room without your feet having black hair and dirt on them , had to wear shoes at all times. The kitchen appliances were rusty , not that I was going to use them ! DO NOT STAY HERE !

I don't think this property was worth the excellent rating. The staff was very nice and efficient, but one elevators did not work causing a delay of around 10 minutes to get on and get downstairs. Staff members informed me that the elevator had been out for quite some time. The room smelled like dampness or mold when we walked in. There was mold in the shower and in the sink we will not return to this property

Our stay at Home2 Suites by Hilton was an absolute nightmare from start to finish. We confirmed our late arrival earlier in the day with the hotel, specifically noting we’d need airport transportation. Despite this, when we landed, we were stranded at the airport because the shuttle service had stopped running at 11 PM — something that was never communicated during our call with the front desk (we spoke with Maira) or on the website . We were forced to take an Uber at our own expense. Things only got worse when we arrived. We had a reservation for 6 adults, but the room we were assigned had a broken door lock. Even with staff attempting to fix it (taking the lock apart and resetting it multiple times), it remained unusable. Instead of properly resolving the issue, we were moved to a room with only one king-sized bed. Yes — six adults, one bed. We had no choice but to have people sleep on the floor. The next morning, we spoke with the manager on duty (again, Maira) to request a refund given the completely unacceptable conditions. We were told she “could not” issue a refund because the booking was made through Hotels.com. After a long and frustrating call with Hotels.com customer service, we STILL have not received any resolution or refund. This was easily one of the worst hotel experiences we’ve ever had — poor communication, inadequate accommodations, and zero accountability.

Very disappointed with our experience. Stayed overnight before our cruise. We were told cruise shuttle was $15 per person. We were not informed that there were two sign up sheets for two separate ports. Our shuttle was $35 per person and because we hadn’t signed the proper sheet and were told last minute that there wasn’t enough space on the shuttle for us. Also shuttle from airport to the hotel took over an hour. We told the driver exactly where we were waiting and he ended up picking up another group. When we realized what happened the driver didn’t care. Will never go back. Do not recommend.

The best review of a property is at the end of the day is would you stay there again in the answer is definitely no. The room is old and neglected. The mattresses are like being in a dorm room. You will definitely disappointed if you choose this hotel. There was blood stains on my mattress no bed sham at the bottom of the bed. Half of the lights in the room didn't work. The air conditioner unit was totally in up wouldn't turn on. Advise management of the problems and they were totally dismissed. Shuttle drivers are on their phone texting while driving. Do yourself a favor and go someplace else

The front desk staff was very kind and accommodating with an early check in after our cruise. The room was clean. The hotel itself needs a refurbishment for sure. It’s quite run down, especially the elevator. Breakfast is sub-par for a hotel breakfast, and kitchen staff are hidden away, meaning getting items that have run out (coffee cream) was impossible. Orange “juice” is actually orange “drink” which seems so odd to me, considering we were in Florida. We’ve always had amazing orange juice in hotels we’ve stayed at there over many years. For the price of this room, I certainly expected much more. I believe they can take advantage of cruisers by charging exorbitant rates only for location.

Customer Service was horrible. We waited till almost 3:30 to check in. The elevator button did not work for the first floor. Nothing posted and only opened to housekeeping. No TV Guide to see what was on. For a Hilton we heard a lot of complaints. We would not stay there again.

Rooms weren’t bad. The mattresses are very soft so if you don’t like soft it’s not the hotel for you. The ice machines only worked on certain floors and the beverages were expensive. Breakfast was good. One elevator you could not push the lobby button, it was very difficult. The shuttle for the airport was very convenient.

Maira was an absolute pleasure when we checked in. It was a busy weekend with the national championship there and that hotel being a high traffic area for cruises too. When I walked in my room the first thing I noticed was how slick and oily the tile felt. It was like someone used too much cleaner or something else was spilled on the floor. The carpet in the room was just nasty. Waking on it with my bare feet felt like I was waking on a nasty old outdoor mat. Oily and dirty. The linens were clean which was a relief. The metal fixtures were gross. The dishwasher was all spotted and grimy. The lamps and lights in the room were corroded and spotted like someone had sneezed on them and it wasn’t cleaned. Overall, the room just seemed poorly cleaned and maintained. I am not excessively picky but I was pretty disgusted. Will not be staying here again. Other Home2 Suites I have stayed at have been much cleaner. I was very disappointed with this one.

The only working elevator in the hotel was very slow, with buttons that did not always function. It also appeared overdue for service—the inspection showed it was last serviced in 2023 and due again in 2025. The room itself was average, but there were not enough towels provided. We used the shuttle to the cruise port which was a bit of a challenge as they had to change vans and left my husbands hand luggage on behind. They managed to get it to us before we boarded but it was a stressful journey. Would not stay here again. At $270 plus parking there are better hotels.

Room seems a little damp, don’t expect too much of the night time receptionist. Many come and check in late hours for the next day cruise, but the check in wasn’t smooth enough. We were not even able to stay here because the hotel canceled our stay. Our flight was canceled the first night so I communicated through the chat feature that we would not be making it for our first night. The next day our 2nd night had been canceled by the hotel. They said they had no rooms available and could not accommodate us even though we have receipt of payment for two nights. Travis who we talked to at the front desk was not helpful. They also will not issue a refund for the one night that they canceled

It was a good property and we have stayed here before a few times. One of the rooms that we had on our first visit last week the carpets were dirty and stained and in desperate need of cleaning in addition some of the areas in the room needed a little more attention to detail like painting up under the kitchen sink and baseboards which appeared like they had some type of water damage or possible damage from pet urine possibly and the floor in the kitchen was very slippery or greasy and had to be cleaned because we kept slipping as we walked across it. Overall the hotel was fairly clean. The pool & outside sitting area was nice. The laundry area was clean but you have to dry your load 2 times which is ridiculous as you have to pay $2 for each use & it is time consuming. There are only 2 washers & 2 dryers. There are only 2 elevators on the property which only 1 of them was working at the time so be prepared to have to wait or use the stairs. Other than that the staff we encountered was pleasant. I arrived late, but called the day prior to let them know I would arrive late. I booked twonqueen rooms months in advance and called tobsay I would be arriving late. I booked the teo queen beds because i had my adult son and girlfriend with my husband and I. When we arrived to chllecking we were told they were sold out of the queen room we had booked and may not have a bed at all. was st 1am. Finally gave us a room with a pull out bed. No linens provided, I had to ask ans gather.

The hotel needs to be updated. The hinges to the doors in our room were rusty. The poles to the lamps were rusty. There were rust stains on the front of the dishwasher. There were rust stains at the bottom of where the tile meets the floorboards as well. The room smelled like a combination of bleach and mildew. Also, when I contacted the hotel days before about the shuttle because our flight got in at 11:00 p.m. I was told that they would accommodate us when I called when we landed at 11:00 p.m. I was told the shuttle is no longer running. Joe, staff probably needs to be trained a little bit better in regards to the information you're giving to upcoming guests and the hotel needs some TLC because like I said lot of things are rusty in the room.

I had an issue with not having my card because i had lost my wallet i called hotel prior and stated i can do apple pay if id like. Unfortunately one of the staff Maira at the front desk gave me a hard time even after i explained the situation while talking to a representative of hilton on phone. She would ask for the last 4 digit of my card to allow me to get my digital room key but for security purposes everyone knows when you use Apple wallet they changed the card every time for security reasons so each time I would give her a number it’ll be different all because I use Apple Pay. I just didn’t like her attitude overall.

Airport shuttle took a bit (maybe 30 min after we called), but after that it was a quick and comfortable 10 minute ride. Hotel is very cute, looks new. Limited amenities but perfect for our one night stay before our cruise.

Checked in super late. Wanted to take a hot shower but there wasn’t any hot water. Check-in was standard. Room was neat & tidy. Otherwise had an uneventful stay but the hot water is a must for me!

Everything was great about the hotel, including the staffs. The room was very clean. The room is equipped with everything you need: fridge, microwave, dishwasher, toiletries, ceramic plates, silverware, drinking glasses, etc. There were breakfast varieties: cooked eggs, boiled eggs, real orange/apple juice (not watered down), waffles, fruits. The pool and the pool area were clean. The lobby was very welcoming. You could buy snacks and bottled water from the receptionist. Everything was great for me, especially for the price.

Always smell good, clean and quiet. The frint desk staff is amazing. They all was extremely friendly, especially the young lady with the curly hair, her name begins with an A. My stay was great.

The hotel was clean and staff were friendly and helpful. The beds were super comfortable and the breakfast was helpful when traveling with young kids. I would suggest having breakfast an hour longer though as it ends at 9am on weekdays. Great location as well. Overall it was a great stay I we will come back.

I loved that this property had great hospitality. The staff were very friendly. The only improvement that I’d recommend is cleanliness. There was hair in the shower upon check in, and I noticed small black ants around the shower. Also, there is a lot of construction going on around the property so it was a little difficult to find the entrance.

The hotel is dirty and we had a handicapped room and the shower did not work. When we tried to use the shower, we called the front seat to get instructions for turning on the water. We were unsuccessful, and there was no one to assist us. We finally had the key to a room down the hall to shower in. It was 10:30 at night and we did not want to move. No apology. The carpet was wet, and when I reported it the morning we checked out, we were made to feel that it was our fault. The answer was. “What temperature was the a c set on, and it was set when we arrived to the room. And we left it there. Not a good experience. The shoes on the photo were my new house slippers, so you can see the filth.

Old property. Difficult to operate showers in bathrooms. Unclean shower areas(slippery). Mattress will sink in all the way to the box spring.

Been staying at this very same hotel for a couple of yrs (check your file) but each time I notice some decline in cleanliness/maintenance overall. Will probably move elsewhere next time.

Bed was not comfortable, you can feel the springs, and we are lightweight. No fruits for breakfast. The parking is free and the hotel is 5min from the airport.

The room was very clean. It was the pool that as dirty. Has no towels. But as soon as I let the front desk know. They brought some towels out. As for the the shuttle service it should be known it makes another stop bc that may delay things depending on your flight ! We waited an additional 15-20min I thought I was gonna be late. The driver I had to tell him to drop me closer to my terminal with 3 huge luggage’s otherwise he was gonna have us walk.

Found someone’s underwear in the bathroom. Also, it didn’t seem like cleaning was very thorough. One of the needs had someone’s perfume all over the bed. We called to ask for more sheets and were told we had to go get them ourselves and then they didn’t have anymore comforters. Another day we asked if trash could be taken out and instead someone brought us about 7 bags. Or AC also went out so it had to be replaced the following day. It wasn’t a great experience overall.

Check in was very quick, and friendly employee working front desk. Room was okay, the black out blinds were damaged so let in a lot of light in the morning so could not sleep in. The ac in the room was making banging noises non stop, very nosey in the room could not sleep well.

Overall quit and peaceful. The staff is cordial. I did not like that you could not charge any snacks to your room however $50 deposit charge per day for incidentals. Bedding and sheets are not of good quality. Shower water pressure sucked. I did not have any phone reception in room and the internet setup would not let me connect to internet on my phone.

I didnt have a terrible stay, but if I went back I'd give another property a try. The person desk was friendly and helpful when i needed to change rooms because the first one had a musty odor. I reserved rooms because of the free breakfast, but there were so many people down there we didn’t eat there.
