    Hotel is exceptionally clean, fresh, (I understand its newly renovated) lovely staff, great check-in, check out experience.. 5 stars to the van driver who took me to the airport at 4AM ! spacious comfortable room, nice amenities.. ice machine is really noisy!! you can hear it all the way down the hall.. coffee machine didn't work too well (these are minor details)

    The hotel is nice on the outside but inside the hotel it was extremely dirty and needs to be painted. My room in the bathroom was dirty and had mold in the shower. When I called front desk and asked for them to clean they said OK but never showed up. I had a long day getting off of a cruise and was too tired to go downstairs and complain.

    Everything was perfect for our one night stay before our cruise, except...the shuttle driver dropped our luggage while unloading and broke a wheel. No one would acknowledge it when I mentioned it to two different front desk employees. She didn't load any of the passengers luggage at the airport but did come back to unload it upon arrival at the hotel. She was a larger lady, walking with a limp and visibly struggled with the luggage. We would have grabbed it ourselves, but she did first. She pulled out each piece and the hit the ground pretty hard. The one particular piece hit just right and the wheel broke. An apology would have been great, some sort of accommodation even better. But, nothing. Other than that, the hotel was very nice--clean is what is so important to me and it sure was!!! I would go back, but lesson learned, protect your stuff if you're questionable about a situation.

    The proximity to the airport. My clean clothing I brought for a cruise picked up a terrible smell from the room. It was a non smoking room that smelled like smoke and old food. The room was musty like it hadn’t been used in awhile.

    My flight was cancelled early in the day of our scheduled arrival. I cancelled my 3 rooms for that night as soon as I knew. We arrived the next day and we stayed the 2nd night as well as a night after our cruise. I have tried to get a credit for our cancelled first night for 3 months now with no luck. Regards Al Hubbard

    I will never stay there again. I had 3 rooms booked for 2 nights and in the afternoon before arrival my airline cancelled my flight. I called immediately and cancelled my 3 rooms for the first night. My party arrived the next day and we stayed the 2nd night. After my cruise I stayed another night before returning home. I spent over a month trying to get a credit for the 3 rooms I Cancelled for the first night of my stay without success. I am 76 years old and travel a lot especially cruising out of Ft.Lauderdale and your property has been my first choice in the past.Never again.

    We specifically chose this hotel because it has a shuttle from the airport. After standing at the airport for an hour, we realized, there was no shuttle coming. We had to take a lift to the hotel. The receptionist said, sorry as they usually contract out with a third-party. I was compensated $50 for my inconvenience.

    lacked manners; on a weekend when Memorial Day is celebrated—my husband is a veteran—and not even a “thank you for your service,” no courtesy or friendliness; we had to pay for parking, even though he is a disabled veteran. Few staff members on duty; the girl at the front desk seemed rude, and all she did was ring us up and hand us the key. We were placed on the first floor, right across from the service entrance, where employees were constantly opening and shutting the door at all hours. Soap— we asked for it only once, and they never brought it. The floor of the room was too dirty to walk on barefoot. The coffee wasn’t restocked, even though we insisted on it upon arrival. Of everything, the only pleasant thing was the bed. It’s a central and safe location, but the staff was terrible. No matter how much you pay, there are small hotel chains where the details are much more noteworthy. Definitely one of the worst stays we've had so far on our trip.

    Breakfast should be included for what was offered at that price. Another thing was the red stain on our desk chair. The convenience of paying for cruise port shuttle was nice. The area around the property is easy to go shopping and get last minute things.

    This stay was not my best. at the time of check-in. I had to wait two hours to get a room because it wasn’t clean yet. Two hours later I get a room the room is not clean. I had to request staff to have the room clean, the icemaker on my floor wasn’t working. The receptionist was kind of snotty. I requested late checkout I was told no. the breakfast was pretty good. and one week later I still have not received my deposit. I wouldn’t recommend staying here unless you’re going on a cruise because it’s next to the cruise port. the hotel I give a 2 out of 5. the people there I met some pretty cool people other than that I was not impressed. The room wasn’t clean.

    The hotel is in a decent location, rooms had a mini makeover so at first seem good but then you notice the details. The worst part about the property is there was ZERO HOT WATER!!! We let the water run for over 30 minutes and nothing, it didn’t even get luke warm so therefore the whole reason why we stayed a hot shower and place to stay didn’t fufull our needs. Additionally bring your own snacks M&M’s were $8, and snickers icecream $7 16oz soda bottle $5, total rip off.

    it’s ok, could be better. It’s the little things that lack. Someone spilled a drink at an entrance and the residue sat there for over a day, none of the entrance doors locked after dark, not good for this area. There was a couple living in their car using all the facilities and being quite bothersome, they were there for over a day and a half before they were discovered, unlocked doors allowed this to happen. other than that it’s ok.

    On the positive side, the bed and pillows were very comfortable and we slept well. Parking was easy with plenty of spaces available. There’s also a pool and gym, although I didn’t get to use them since it was just a one-night stay. Overall, for one night it was okay, and I might stay again because of the convenience and comfort, but housekeeping definitely needs improvement.

    2 male desk clerks were not friendly nor helpful. They were borderline negligent. They were distracted and unwelcoming. The female night clerk was very kind and very helpful. The room was shabby and the light didn’t work. Not enough luggage carts. Shame on this Hilton establishment. Will not visit again.

    Great location for nearby business and food . Just minutes from cruise line departures. Shuttle from airport reminder you have to locate the stop which is almost on the end of the arrival area to your right , it’s not on the main through fair for larger shuttles and you have to inform the hotel if your need to be picked up.

    This was a great find! We stayed here the day before leaving for a cruise. They were super helpful storing luggage until our check-in time and the pool was a perfect way to spend some time relaxing. The location is great, within walking distance to many stores/restaurants. The property is lovely and the staff was super welcoming and helpful.

    Hotel was clean. Breakfast was excellent. One of the reasons we chose this hotel was for the airport shuttle, which took over an hour to pick us up. We called multiple times to which we were told they were on the way but didn’t show until after I booked alternative transportation. They did offer points, but not enough to truly cover the issue.

    It was within walking distance of so many stores, and restaurants. The cleanliness of the room. I stayed two nights, both nights I had different rooms. I thought maybe it was just one room and let it go because the staff was all wonderful and very accommodating..but seeing the second room I realized the rooms are just not cleaned properly at all. Our bathroom was flooded due to showering and the shower floor is the same level as the bathroom floor, so the whole bathroom was flooded due to the three of us showering. I actually slipped and fell due to this issue.

    Had trouble getting regular tv. Called the desk and they thought it might be the remote and were suppose to send out a tech but he never showed. Finally got the tv and were afraid that if we shut it off we would not be able to get regular tv back. Could not get the window shade to go up. Could not get the hand held shower to operate. Dont know if we stay there again.

    Breakfast buffet was very good. Lots of tasty choices! The driver who took us to the airport in shuttle was excellent. The toaster needs to be replaced. Did not toast bread or bagel. The walls are super thin and it felt like the next room guests were in our closet. Hallways very noisy with loud guests.

    During the coldest spell in years, the hotel had no heat! Instead of being pro-active, and letting the guests know there was a major problem, it was left to the individual guest to ask for compensation. There was no excuse where guests had to go to bed wearing layers of clothes.

    The staff were great at check-in! They were super friendly. The property is located in a nice walkable location close to stores and restaurants. The fire alarm in my room went off every time I took a shower. It was clearly no functioning correctly. The shower had very low pressure.

    The only thing good about this property is the close proximity to the cruise port and walking distance to places to eat. This hotel does not honor the 4pm check in as stated. You are placed on a waiting list and called. They refused to provide an estimated time. We were able to check in at 5:30… unable to use pool and hot tub due to late check in as now no life guard on duty. Staff failed to provide breakfast vouchers I paid for in advance. Staff were rude and provided zero compensation for the late forced check in. We weren’t even offered a shuttle to grab dinner while we waiting. So we walked to the TGI Fridays (my parents in their 70s walked as well) no apologies no anything. The only thing I was told was they had too many late check outs and the rooms weren’t ready.

    The location is great. Many places to shop and eat within walking distance. We had friendly staff and appreciate the shuttle from airport. The room was spacious and cool. It was quiet during the night. The staff did not tell me the transfer from hotel to port only takes cash. I wish the breakfast was included with your stay.

    The airport shuttle didn't take long. Its sbout 10 to 15 minute ride to hotel. The wi fi is excellent . The front desk staff was very nice and friendly. The pool is a nice size and a comfortable sitting area. The gym was clean and well kept.

    Bed was horrible. Way too soft and had a huge dip. Couch cushion was damaged, so you could only sit on half of the couch. Bathroom always had an odor. Hot tub didnt work. Scanners to get thru doors didn't always work. Wifi was inconsistent. The lady driving the shuttle bus was rude. Only acted nice right before drop off. Must have turned her charm on only at the end in hopes of a tip. Will not be back.

    Employees were very helpful and friendly. Hotel was great and very clean only. Issue was the airport shuttle at 500 am. I was told when i checked in to come down 10 minutes before. I again checked and told no-list just come down. So idid and the shuttle was full. The diver was also very unfriendly. Recommend a sign up for shuttle

    The airport shuttle service was the WORSE service we ever experienced. Our flight arrived at 10:30 pm. We called the hotel as instructed and were told where to wait. The shuttle never showed up and several other hotel shuttles had made other trips. I called back. Then, the shuttle shows up empty allows 4 other people on and refuses to let us on and yells at us saying he has other people to pick up. When he finally came back for us it was after 1:00 AM. The desk staff was kind and gave us a breakfast voucher. The room is remodeled but the blanket was dirty and we killed a roach in the room.

    We had no hot water on the morning we were leaving. We had a 7;00 AM flight so we left the hotel at 5:00 AM . Breakfast did not open till 7;00AM . The staff member did not even offer us something since we were missing the complimentary breakfast. have stayed at numerous hotels before and they always offered. Not very customer service orientated!! very disappointed seeing that I am a Hilton Honor member.

    No hot water. TV didn’t work. Customer service was awful. Moved from one room to another that was worse. A/C unit rattled so bad it was hard to sleep. We went from a room with a view to a room overlooking the back parking lot. They offered us free breakfast which was terrible.

    The front desk women were absolutely horrible. I went to them with concerns of a dirty bathroom and no toilet paper etc. she didn’t care. She called the cops to “pretend” she care my mom was sick. The great thing is the cops loved me and knew they were in the wrong. Laselle. Chicano The second name I got wrong. But yes. All I can do is pray for them and to find happiness. God bless

    Check in / out was good. Friendly staff. Room and bathroom were clean. Nice shower. Bed / pillows were comfortable. A/C worked great and room was nice and cool. Free airport shuttle (call for pickup once there). Cruise port shuttle $20 per person (schedule at check-in). McDonald's, Taco Bell, Dunkin, Chipotle, Firehouse Subs and Outback Steakhouse within walking distance. Perfect for night stay before cruise. Would definitely stay there again. Didn't use any amenities so unable to comment on them.

    Room was beautiful but the ac was a bit loud, toilet seat was loose and microwave was dirty and part of it was falling off. Pool/ hot tub were nice. Bed was ok. Transport was great and appreciated! Didn’t eat but it looked fabulous! Evening option of eating was great! Gym looked sufficient! Lobby is very nice for waiting. Lots of places to walk to~ shopping area was very nice-clean, music with beautiful landscape.

    Stay was great however the pool was closed due to renovation. I wish we had been notified by email regarding this. Went down 2 days prior to cruise and were planning on relaxing and sitting by pool. We have been to Ft Lauderdale many times and have seen many of the sites already.

    We were disappointed the pool was closed due to renovations. The room was nice, the entire hotel itself is older but very obviously renovated. We did not like how the caulking looked in the bathroom, mold and stain accumulation around it.

    Didn’t know pool and parking lot were under construction. Hot water was out. Tv didn’t work. They did try to fix tv and eventually fixed hot water. Beds were very comfortable. It was quiet and dark with the blackout shades so got good sleep.

    Shows free breakfast with booking lied about that charges 14.99 a person. Pay 180 a night should come with it!!! Not staying there again! Air conditioner was noisy rattled. Check in was rude! Rethink the free breakfast. Had 100 people said never again!!!

    I expect a little more when I book something associated with the Hilton. This hotel is simply okay. Served it’s purpose but it is nothing special and extremely old with zero updates. Our toilet and sink both did not work and things just felt dirty. It’s nice being walking distance to the shopping and restaurants. Wouldn’t stay here again
