The room is a comfortable size, was clean & the bed was very comfortable. The location is close to the airport and cruise terminal which is convenient. Complimentary breakfast was busy but allowed you to fill up in the morning. This is a hot breakfast with cheese omelettes and make your own waffles as well as coffee, juice & muffins. This is a mature property with limited amenities, but if you need a clean room, comfortable beds and access to the airport & Ft Lauderdale cruise terminal its a good value.

NEVER COME HERE!!! If I could rate this a ZERO star I would. We found roaches in the room we were staying, and the room was extremely filthy. The washroom had previous stains and dirt left behind from poor housekeeping. The AC was at full blast, and there was a musty smell throughout the whole property. We turned down the AC to discover roaches coming out from underneath the tv stand. Once we addressed our complaints and feedback regarding the situation, the staff proceeded to dismiss the fact that they had cockroaches, and had no intentions to visit the room and see the roaches crawling across the front door. Mind you, this was the second occurrence of the day finding roaches, and them doing nothing about it. The only “accommodation” they were able to offer was for us to change rooms. So we visited two extra rooms, but the cleanliness was still not up to our standards, which we made very clear to the staff (‘JUnder’, as per the name on out refund receipt). ‘JUnder’ proved to have very poor customer service skills when handling us, and he sent security to the room to kick us out while we were gathering our belongings. Mind you we had no intentions to remain in a roach infested hotel room. 0/10 do not recommend!

Also upon arrival I asked about packages, I was told the first three were complimentary and that there would be a fee of five dollars for any additional packages but that was not the case I was charged five dollars per package because they were delivered before I checked in.

great place to stay very close to the FLL airport like 6 mins. Very spacious room with a microwave and large mini fridge that was very useful. Great value for money. Breakfast was really good with egg and cheese omelet and everything you could need. Would recommend it.

Breakfast menu was a typical 3* which included waffle stations, microwaves for sausage and eggs, fresh fruit, yogurt, cereal. Unfortunately we missed the 11pm airport shuttle cut off because of a flight delay. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. We would recommend this hotel for a pre-cruise stay.

Very basic hotel near the airport. No food within walking distance. Shower pressure is lame. WiFi is extremely weak and slow (1 bar). Cellphone reception no better at 1 bar.

Room was dirty with dirty bed sheets and hairs in the shower. Bin still had rubbish in. Reception staff was very rude and did not explain any of the check in process just demanded a credit card for incidentals before we was even in the room. Breakfast was some bagels and muffins that is it. Parking was good plenty of spots to choose from.

The worst thing about this hotel was internet cnnection and wifi. I did not need a wifi but when in hotel, it wouldn't let me use my own internet and I had to go to wifi and when going to wifi you either had to pay or watch commercials for free wifi. We booked snd paid for a one night stay . The bed all the linen smelled horrible with visible stains the bathroom sink had a nasty ring the toilet brown water the desk and night stands was nasty with dust and stains. I had on slipper socks they wete black. I honestly cried! We were offered another room I honestly didnt believe we would getvaxclean room. Unacceptable criminal and negligent.

We stayed one night as we had a 13 hr layover. It was an ok nights stay got breakfast in the a.m and called the hotel to have the shuttle pick us up from the airport the night b4..went smoothly.

Usable WiFi costs extra. There was no hot water at 6AM. For $235, I expected to be able to take a shower and check my email

Stayed 1 night before our cruise. Room was clean and did the job.

I would not rate this hotel as a four-star property, as it could use a bit of a facelift. Overall, I would rate it a three. The stay was reasonable for the price, but there are a few areas that need some attention especially the bathrooms, which could use a bit of updating. The carpets should be replaced due to an unusual odor, the curtains appear worn and need to be changed, and a fresh coat of paint in the rooms would also make a noticeable difference.

If you're driving, there is a parking lot which is large and well-lit (we were not so don't know if it's free or paid). As for the hotel itself, the rooms are clean, beds are comfortable, and the hotel (while full with other pre-cruisers) was pretty quiet. Breakfast was busy every morning with lots of choice, both hot (eggs, different type pf meat every day) and cold (yogurt, cereal, bread, bagels, etc). My only complaint was with the morning staff (they seem to get overwhelmed quite quickly and one of them, a small older lady with dirty blond hair, is consistently grumpy). If you can stand to look the other way when it comes to the environs, I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Reservation went easily and the room was comfortable. Loved the walk-in shower. Got in very late so was pleased that the check-in was quick and easy. Cool and comfortable room. Asked for a late check-out, preferably 12-noon but free late check-out ended at 1130am. Good enough. All-in-all, a good experience for the short stay.

We missed our flight due to weather which delayed us and in efforts to rest, we booked this hotel as it had excellent reviews and was very close to the airport. The airport shuttle was a lifesaver and our room was clean and comfy. The front desk staff was extremely helpful and friendly which was a plus after a missed flight. Would stay here again!

The hotel itself is old and you can tell as soon as you walk to your room. It’s had a stale smell. Overall it’s clean, breakfast was really nice, and we were grateful to have the shuttle service. But for the high price I was surprised about the location. Very scary part of town. Garbage all over the sidewalks & roads, concrete sidewalks in bad shape, and surrounding buildings boarded up and abandoned. Also our room was on the street side. Cop sirens all night and tons of road noise.

The location is great because it's near the airport. The front desk is very friendly and do their job in a timely manner. The only thing I did not like was that as you get off the elevator on the third floor, there is a VERY strong smell of urine and it goes throughout the hallway. Luckily the smell was not in our room. They offer shuttle for a fee to a port nearby but we were leaving out of port of Miami. So we used an Uber to get there.

We were only staying overnight before a cruise so we thought this place would be fine for one night. We weren’t expecting much, just a clean room and bed with coffee in the morning. The room smelled like dirty feet. The carpet was dirty. I felt like the sheets were not even clean. Will never stay again.

I'm my opinion, The property feltore like a motel. The rooms could use some updating and maid service daily would be nice. The breakfast was minimal and lack anything for gluten free guest. Overall I would recommend a better hotel and location.

This hotel was fine for what I needed, an overnight stay before a cruise. The room was clean, the area was safe and the breakfast was nice. However, we were unable to use the free airport shuttle, which was one of the reasons I picked this hotel, because when I called to arrange it, I kept getting put on hold. I was on hold for a total of thirty minutes, and no one ever picked up again. We ended up having to Uber to the hotel. There were numerous hand sanitizing stations, but every one I tried was empty. The toilet in our room would not flush unless you lifted the toilet top off. The front desk staff were curt. When I went to check out, the staff did not even ask how my stay was! I got the feeling that because this hotel is so accessible to both the airport and the cruise terminals, the staff realize people will stay there regardless of the customer service and conditions of the hotel.

Staff was most accommodating and friendly for what turned out to be a very unexpected late arrival. Room was very clean. Having a Breakfast included made it convenient in the morning for a quick shuttle trip to the port terminal for a cruise. Hotel is great stop for cruisers flying into FLL and out of the Everglades Port Terminal. Would definitely recommend this hotel!

Service staff was very nice, particularly the man who checked us in at front desk. The attendant at breakfast even made a batch of scrambled eggs when requested. The bed was comfortable and the shower pressure was great. However, the hotel room was dirty and needed thorough cleaning. The breakfast was minimal and did not have healthy options, such as hard boiled eggs, oatmeal, or alternative milk options. Definitely a two star hotel with minimal amenities. Small gym. Our room smelled of wet dog, unfortunately. For price and newness of hotel, was expecting better.

Room was super clean and beds were really comfortable. They provide a buffet breakfast which was nice but the coffee was absolutely horrible. It was so watery. I told the attendant and she said, “that’s the way it is”. Well someone needs to improve that asap. Everyone in lobby was complaining.

Everything was fine I felt bad for the reception desk both ladies were very busy with early check in and people stranded because of their flights were canceled. We were early and they put us on a list and called us when our room was ready.

The "top" breakfast was mediocre. But the worst came when one of my family members was not able to come from the airport using the hotel shuttle, even despite my presence already in the hotel. I then asked for the hotel manager to contact me after this incident. Nobody did. I then called the hotel and spent probably like an hour trying to reach the front desk and being hung up on, trying to leave the voicemail for the manager and being hung up on and then finally reaching the supposed manager and being hung up on midsentence while trying to explain the situation. A truly disreputable establishment.

The walls and doors are thin so even the rooms on the second floor were not quiet. Noise is usually a main factor so take note when booking. Aside from that, this property is nice for families and very comfortable to move around in.

Sink was blocked with standing water constantly. Safe was unusable as it was locked. When my husband phoned down to have it fixed, he was told they no longer provide a safe. Why have one there in the first place? The towels sit on shelves but once wet, there is no place to have them dry out. Towel racks would be a big help!

The shuttle driver not only didn't speak english he was a complete idiot. He loaded us close to through traffic and not by the curb, for some reason he seemed to think he called me "10 times" when that clearly didn't happen, and couldn't confirm which hotel he was shuttling my family to.

The bed was comfortable, but since we were on the sixth floor, the street noise was very noticeable. There aren’t many pedestrians, but cars and motorcycles pass by and they are very loud. If you are sensitive to noise when sleeping, this is not the hotel for you. I chose the hotel because it had a pool, but the pool is very poorly located and is in the shade almost all day, so we barely used it. The water was also freezing—I tested it with my hand. The staff were very kind. For me, the main issue was the breakfast. It was really bad: the eggs and sausages were of very poor quality and badly cooked. There was no fruit, just a few apples. We didn’t like it at all. Also, one of the days there was a supervisor who was a bit grumpy. My daughter spilled some water on the floor—it was an accident. I apologized, but she got annoyed. And the beach is close if you have car. Not a good point without car

Location is still good and important for me. Staff still good. But must say the breakfast is not great. Eggs and sausage not as good as they could be.

We went to the included breakfast at 8:30 am and it was well picked over. One of the toasters did not work and all the fruit was gone. Although one woman took out a grocery bag and filled it with 6 oranges, 3 apples, and multiple pastries for her and her husband. We were also told there was a free shuttle to the cruise port. That was not true they had a service that charged $15 per person. So I would not recommend this places, especially for $315 for the night.

The staff was very polite.We arrived early from our cruise and the front desk lady had acroom ready for us! We did not have to wait in the lobby like other big name hotels would make you do. I was very impressed. The shower was big, clean and had kick-ass water pressure!!!

I complained in person to the front desk and was told that housekeeping "do not speak English". The safes in the whole hotel are unworkable and this appears to be a long standing issue. They should advertise this issue prior to booking a room. There was 1 operating elevator for a 6 storey facility.Also, the tv lost signal several times during our stay and froze. The furniture in our room has had its day with the desk,couch,and dresser appeared well worn.I do not recommend this facility and suggest one look elsewhere for accommodation.

For the price, I expected above average accommodations. I chose this hotel because of the reviews, but I was disappointed. The breakfast options were limited, and the only meat offered was pork. Guests like me who do not eat pork should have other choices available.

This room has BED BUGS. and no support from the staff. They said I must get a refund from Expedia. I will not be staying at Comfort Inn &Suites again in no area. This was in Fort Lauderdale Florida, Stayed there November 12, 2025. This is not a 5 star hotel.

But highlight of my stay was finding nearby marina bar and restaurant called Grumpy Gary’s! Excellent casual place with live music on some nights. A place for the locals!

The check-in process was very slow with only one person working during peak check-in time. The carpet in the room was VERY dirty and the shower did not work. When I talked with the front desk about the shower the comment was "303 - Yes, the shower is very tricky. You have to push on the knob to transfer..." They should have put us in a different room or advised us of this before we went to the room.

The hotel hallways had a strong antiseptic odor, the toilet in the room didn’t flush unless you took the lid off and helped it along, the shower floor appeared dirty. However the beds were comfortable and the room had a seating area and there were a lot of channels to choose from on the TV.

Do not agree to be in room 101! This is right by the lobby and breakfast area. There is absolutely no sound proofing whatsoever. The excuse I got was we booked an accessible room, but that should not matter as people needing accessibility should not be subjected to extra noise

Very average hotel location was convenient however the room was quite dirty. The table and the lamps are dusty took a picture of it. The furniture in the room is old one and shabby with spots, and there was marks on the TV screen.. I was afraid to walk there place to make sure I kept my shoes on. The best part of it was the bed was comfortable.

The airport shuttle was great. Winston picked us up and regardless of the airport renovations, he communicated with us and got us to the bus quickly and safely - then he sang for us and we just had to join him. Check-in was easy and quick Natalia and B (can't quite call her name:)) did a great job at checking us in, assuring us and answering our questions. The room was ok, a/c fridge, excellent

Coffee available downstairs and in the room - refrig, microwave, iron/board, hair dryer also. AC good, airport shuttle on the half hour. We walked, less than 15 minutes, every night to a different restaurant, even in the rain. Highly recommend Mundi's, Italian food and The Fish House. Breakfast was okay - waffles, eggs, cereal, juice, yogurt, toast, etc.

Hotel check-in time 3pm... I checked in just begore 3pm and was given room 103 right off the noisy lobby. I immediatey walked out of the room without settling down my bags to request another room due to the noise level. Jeremiah could not move me to another room as the hotel was "sold out" and assured me the lobby would be quiet at night. I could hear the front desk phone ringing before I turned on the fan so I could fall asleep that night. I was awoken at 3am by the security guard and female guests having a loud and long social conversation in the lobby that continued even after I opened the door and looked out.

Easy pick up from airport to hotel. Clean room. Staff were efficient. Close to the cruise port. Must PAY for shuttle to cruise port (Lyft was less expensive). Truly easy location for airport to hotel. Then hotel to port.

Airport shuttle stops at 10 pm so we had to get a taxi. The driver insisted we pay him in cash (without change) or twice the amount in credit card. While my husband stood his ground with the driver, I told the hotel front desk, Shateria. She went out to the driver and confronted him on his illegal scam. It was amazing to see how she stood up for us. She even apologized that we had to put up with that treatment and gave us some free waters for our room. Way to go Comfort Suites for having a fearless and bold employee! We would highly recommend this hotel.

The front desk service was so accommodating I got in early from my flight and they allowed me to check in early I was so appreciative of that because I was so exhausted. I was assisted with getting food that was around the area and a ride back to the airport.

The bed was comfortable and I liked the style of the room. Breakfast was as expected. I could see parking getting a bit tight, but we found a spot late at night.

The gym is pretty minimal.

I used to love this hotel and considered it a hidden gem, but my recent stay was really disappointing. The rooms were filthy — the showers clearly hadn't been cleaned, and the space just didn’t feel sanitized at all. The carpets were especially dirty and in serious need of a deep clean. It’s unfortunate to see the standards drop so much. I hope management takes these concerns seriously and makes improvements.

This is the cleanest hotel I think I’ve ever stayed in. The housekeeping staff does amazing work. The reception at the front desk was very helpful, friendly, and outgoing. The bathroom was spotless, rooms looked just like the pictures, and did not at all feel like just a hotel room. Tons of premium TV channels to pick from too. I was able to watch both NFL and the NASCAR race without having to pay extra which is nice. If there is one thing I could dock this hotel for, it would be the hotel shuttle to the airport. If you have a flight before 7am, you’ll have to uber as the first shuttle doesn’t leave till 5:30am. If they adjusted the hours to fit redeye morning flights, it would be perfect. I will definitely go out of my way to stay here again when in the area!

Decent and I would use this place again. The shuttle from the airport was difficult as we had no phone numbers to call the shuttle. We waited an hour and a half before we had a ride. It was finally another hotel that transferred our call to our hotel.

I stayed there for a long period, therefore I had to do laundry. I asked the front desk person for quarters, she said she could only give me a certain amount because other people might need too wash too, basically they were limiting me. The manager was there and in a rude way she said “ you could go to the gas station across the street and get them there “ I couldn’t believe her approach. I had to go the holiday inn near to the hotel where they were so kind to me even though I wasn’t a guest there and that’s how I could get to wash my clothes. It was unfortunate for me. I think they should update the washing machines to the ones you use your phone or a card to pay.

One morning I actually got downstairs and by the time I got breakfast to head back up, it was broken again. Honestly I was disappointed, but other than that my stay was pleasant enough.
