    How fast check-in was Looks nothing like the pictures was very rundown and Old cracks in the floor. I woke up itchy didn’t see any physical bites but I woke up super itchy and I was itching the whole time that I was in that bed heard gunshots. There’s dogs when the lady said no pets are allowed so a couple dogs walls are very thin. You can hear everything. Definitely read reviews and consider all possibilities.

    Charged an extra $10 for parking at checkin, checkin was via a remote foreign worker with poor sound quality, and walls were very thin so I got to hear my neighbor's TV at 4am. Over all extremely frustrating experience

    I like the location very much it's close to my mother's home but the pricing is way to high for the accomodations. It was clean but the floors have water damage and it tends to be dusty. The staff are very standoffish and kind of rude but for the most part it was a great stay. I helped a woman get her bags into her room and then she gave me wonderful food. That was the best part to me Customer service skills are really not up to par and the maids are a lot more courteous than the office staff which u have to talk to on a kiosk most times

    Easy check in and out. Could use a little update like maybe carpet floors and maybe some stronger water pressure but for the low price . We all slept comfortably and it was cheap last min. Got my deposit back next day some places take almost a month. We'd stay here again if we had to. Out of town vist good for someone who is in town for work.

    I’ve traveled around the state and stayed at motels, hotels, and Airbnb’s and I’m not to write reviews of my experiences but this time, i feel the need to. I asked the lobby personnel to clean the room and provide clean towels, they never showed up until the next day as I was leaving the place. To me service is very important to me. I felt the staff and management are not properly trained. I don’t think I can come back to this hotel anymore.

    Clear that the cleaning staff did the best with what they had Old falling apart. Room had obvious damage from age and previous guests. I booked a queen and the room had a full size bed. Also no human at check in. A virtual check in kiosk.

    Nothing, horrible experience! This was the worst experience ever. I've stayed he a couple of times in the past. I booked for my son and his family. They accommodated my request to change check in day and late check in. Unfortunately, when they arrived they were told the reservation was canceled because they didn't show up. They were notified multiple times they would be arriving late because it was a long drive from San Diego, they assured me it was not a problem. They were told they had a room available (the one they canceled) but it would be more money. At this point they don't have an option but to pay since it's the middle of the night and they have my 6 year old grandson. I called to speak to someone and was told it's their policy to cancel if they don't show, even when they had been notified they would arrive late. We called an hour or so before they arrived and they said not to worry. Which is why I don't understand why they would cancel without calling. They said they did but no calls were received. I mentioned we called minutes before they arrived but no one answered. Her response was she was busy checking walk in customers and couldn't answer. So she was too busy to answer and was with customer but had the time to cancel the reservation? The difference in cost was significant, $88. Unbelievable that we had to pay walk in price with an active reservation. The reservation was never cancelled on booking.com. At time of their arrival it continued to show confirmed. It now shows as completed, when it never was, never shows as cancelled. I have reached out to booking.com since dealing with mylo hotel directly was useless. I will never stay here again nor recommend anyone to this place.

    This place charged more than laquinta inn. No breakfast offered at mylo Inn. The microwave in my room was broken and blowed sparks when I tried to heat up my coffee. Also the ai computer that took my deposit charged me 2 times for my deposit. Overall I was very disappointed with this place. Offering a breakfast.

    I’ll start off with, for the price I got it for ($86 plus fee) on a Sunday afternoon through Hotel.com it was decent. Room was clean enough and it was not noisy. But I had to use some automated webcam check in machine, and it was kind of weird. During that, I had to give my deposit payment of $50 but also a hidden $11.30 parking fee for using their lot.. I probably could have just done street parking as it seems like a safe area, but I didn’t feel like moving my vehicle and reloading my luggage. Also they say on room ammendaties they have extra things like a tooth brush if you forget one, or similar things, but they did not when I asked. But all and all for a last minute booking it was quiet and a comfortable bed/pillows.

    THE PROPERTY WAS NICE AND CLEAN BUT THE CONCRETE FLOOR WAS NOT APPEALING. THE STREET SIDE ROOM WAS VERY LOAD AND ALL THE NOISE FROM OUTSIDE ENTERED THE ROOM WHICH MADE VERY HARD FOR US TO REST. MY WIFE AND I DECIDED IT WAS BEST TO CHECKOUT HOURS LATER AFTER SETTLING IN DUE TO THE NOISE AFTER BOOKING ANOTHER HOTEL.

    They could have easily added some disposable forks and spoons in the drawer or something. But three butter knives only ? That's weird. Also they're checking system is fully remote and over a kiosk to someone in South Asia and it is not only tedious and horrible in its efficiency but it is the reason I will probably never go back. This is my fourth day with him over the years the last Tuesdays have been horrible because it is stupid kiosk system. Mark my words they will never have repeat customers because of this. It is crap.

    The parking was an extra $12 then you had a certain spot they assigned you when I left for a little while and came back. My spot was taken, and they told me to take another spot.. I asked to be on the bottom floor. They assured me I was when I had two huge suitcases. I had to carry up a flight of stairs not happy.

    Checkin was via a kiosk talking to a person sitting in India. That person had no clue how to handle guests. It took forever to check me and the guest in front of me. Parking fee is $10. Its not disclosed in the booking fees.

    This is usually the place my husband and I stay in when we work in SF. We have been coming for a long time from 1-4 days at a time. Never any issues except last weekend and this current weekend. I think there may have been management changes or something because last weekend there where quite a few police there regarding an incident. Then this weekend people evicted from there rooms it seemed and sitting in the parking lot with all there belongs arguing and cursing .When they finally cleared out I decided to run over to a nearby store as I returned parked my car I saw one of the persons that was evicted peeping in the cars parked on the Geneva side of the hotel . Kinda weird and made me feel like it's turning into not such in ba safe quiet place anymore. Kinda sad actually I really enjoyed my previous stays there .

    Also don’t trust the management .. Will try to take your depot and till you to come back after 9 am to get your deposit.. our plane leaves 8am .. this is a total scam .. I would run far from this place .. we travel a lot and these people needs to be put on fraud alert .. stay away and tell everyone one ..It not a place to stay ..

    Room is okay, except for keycard didn’t work on the first and second I had same problem. I access to my room 302. I left on 01/01/2026, I did drop off keycard in black box. Today I see a charge of $107.10 I don’t know why they charge it.

When closing the door behind us, it took us a minute to lock the door. Actually, never really was able to. Luckily we tried it from the outside and we weren’t able to get in we were fortunate enough no one was able to come in. Before going to bed we actually had to put a chair and our ice chest in front of the door so no one tried coming into the room. During the night there was an obnoxiously loud room next to us blasting music, screaming and talking loud at 2AM. Called front desk and they made it seem like they didn’t understand we were frustrated with a noise complaint. Asked if they could help quiet down the room and so they kept calling our room but we finally had to call them back on our phones saying it was the room next to us. After the loudest night of hearing the street cars, people walking by and the neighbors banging on the doors it was time to check out. After getting our stuff to leave we tried closing the door behind us and it was not closing / locking at all. After waiting to talk to front desk about checking out and the door, the guy could really care less about the door not able to close for that room.

    The room was ok, it was very basic. There was no carpet and the painted concrete floor was very sticky. It just didnt feel super clean, the bedside lights also didnt work. So we had to use the main overhead lights all the time. The back of the tv remote kept coming off. We also had to pay extra for parking per day. They seemed to charge extra on almost anything.     What you see is not what you get here. Infact it was a beautiful hidden gem in the middle of visitation valley. I will be staying there again soon management was great the room was updated recelent remodeled. Thank you mylo hotel.

    We were told that they only clean the room once every 3 days. So the room was only cleaned one time during our stay. Luckily we were able to get more towels upon asking. Bathroom door is literally splitting apart. Toilet wasn’t working first day in the room. Floors look like they have not been swept or mopped and they are all tile floors. Chair in the room you can tell is very old as the fabric has multiple tears through it. Overall they need an upgrade for the price that you have to pay.

    I come to this property because it is quiet and inexpensive. I have experienced cockroaches in the property previously, so I know what cabinets to not open to not experience them. Overall, for an expensive stay in SF, it is the best I have seen. For the price, I expect come inconveniences, including cockroaches.

    The room i believe was removed off of its carpet or tiles or its linoleum floor. The floor looks unclean and unfinished. If its the style of each room in the hotel... it does not look good. There were no available seating. The chair available was already tarnished from original synthetic leather. There is not enough soap and shampoo. The bath towel are too small and already thin even for my tiny figure. I stop from here... there are more coz overall the property needs major improvement. The only thing i appreciate is the ample water to use for shower.

    you get what you pay for but there are other places with the same price that could've done better. there was a blood stain dried on the floor so obviously they dont mop the floors. everything you gotta pay extra. parking is an extra $10/day check out is at 11am. you check out at 11:30 pay extra $20 you check out out noon pay extra $30. that is insane! never coming back here!

    Bed is horrible, so many invisible bugs, my body is red with rashesh and girlfriends too, this hotel was nearby where we were going to do our stuff, but I recommend to go in good hotels, it’s horrible couldn’t sleep either

    Very nice hotel for the price. Street parking is available if you don't want to pay the $10/day fee, but be careful not to get towed on street cleaning days (check the signs) because that will cost you ~$1,000 after fees and tickets, etc.

    I personally like the hotel. The price is cheap and I have booked with this hotel at least 10 times. Never had any issues. It’s just located in a desolate area of San Francisco Daly City. The location is safe but one must stay vigilant. However I have never had one issue.

    They double charged me. And even though they were funded me the money now I have to wait probably more than a week to get it back. So now the deposit and the overcharge I have to wait 7 to 10 business days to have back into my account. The place was loud. People talking in the room next door until 3 4 in the morning I could hear every word they were saying. Not a good stay.

    Overall, it was a decent place to stay at for a quick trip and not far from where we had to be. The area could use more lighting, looks like a sketchy motel at night. The room was decent, floor is cement, no carpet nor tile so be sure to have somw socks. The bathroom is small but clean. I would stay here again if im strap for cash and doing a quick trip.

    Bed was very comfortable. TV didn't want to work kept turning off for unknown reasons. 10$ a day charge for parking but worth it. Overall comfortable stay just not the best. Good hotel for the value if your not in the room all day.

    We have stayed at mylo hotel multiple times now and it's a place that we love to come back to. It's cozy, their rooms are relatively clean except for the floors, and the service desk people are incredibly friendly and helpful. The room we were in this time definitely needed some work- there was water damage on the bathroom door, there were multiple lights in the room that did not work, and there was not a fitted sheet on the bed - that's why I rated highly for the eco-friendly, on top of only having two small towels in the bathroom. It's a good value for the price, close enough to the city to be able to do anything you want, but farther enough away to feel safe parking anywhere in the neighborhood and being out the humdrum of the city. We will continue to be back here, and We will recommend other friends coming into town to stay here. The fee not included on the hotel's advertisement is $10 for parking, but you would want to check in earlier in the day to secure this parking. However, there's plenty of parking around the block. Just down the street from a grocery outlet which is very useful if you get a room with a kitchenette, though the kitchenettes do not have much in the way for cooking. The last room we had did not have any silverware. Luckily we had our own as we travel often. I am handicapped, and would love to have the option to book a first floor room the through this booking service. It was raining the last time we stayed and I almost fell down the stairs!

    Room was clean. There was a Keurig with some coffee pods, an ironing board in the room. The bathroom was clean and spacious. The bedsheets were clean. The heater worked well.

    I did not enjoy waking up to the sounds and vibrations of a drill on the wall that the bed was up against, they were doing construction in the room right next to me, which I felt could have been timed better. That was not cool. Everything else was fine, staff was pleasant but my wake up call of drilling I could have done without.
