Very old fashion, bedding was from 1970 and not in a good way. The shower was cold to slightly warm.

I really didn’t like anything water dripping all night long from shower carpet dirty everything it’s to old
- 3/5
The initial walk into the apartment was very nice. What struck me was the overpowering smell of cleaning solvents (clorox/chlorine). Other than the odor the room was well maintained. However, the restroom was a different issue. There were ants all over the wall where the sink and toilet were situated. Luckily, I had sealed containers to protect my hygienic items.

We asked for a late check out and they said no I give you 10 mins !!! The rug in the room felt dirty and wet in some spots

Location is convenient Rooms are dirty and smelly.

If you want a cheap place, this is the place. Close to the train station and other eatery.

Nothing was up to standards 3 light fixtures or lamps. Only one worked (1 out of 2 bulbs) worked. Carpet held together with tape. Bathroom fixtures out of the 1930s. Bed was swaybacked and springs made a loud noise when sitting on the bed. Coffee maker did not work. New replacement coffee maker also did not work. You could not pay me enough to ever stay at this motel again.

I stay here weekly. I feel safe and I know my car is safe. They have covered carports. I like everything about the place, the rooms could use paint and updating. But I have stayed here for 4 months during the week and it is perfect.

Room was clean, had microwave & refrigerator & a small table & chairs. I was staying there while work was being done on my house and location was convenient. Daily housekeeping. Hot water was hard to come by in the sink & impossible in the shower, which was lukewarm at best. TV had cable but it was very limited. HD stations were listed but motel did not have HD service. Carpet was frayed & felt dirty.

Perfect location to Oracle Park maybe a 20 minute drive. It was very clean just a little older and had some road noise. Pillows are super fluffy with typical bedding and had no extra blankets in the family suite. Little road noises and water pipes of other guest rooms make noise while they shower in family suite room 129.

Outdated. Ok for 1night.
- 4/5
I was fine with the parking. The hotel is safe and ok for the amount you pay in a city like San Francisco. There is a store 2 blocks near.
- 5/5
The staff was very friendly. There is a coffee shop across the street to get a quick morning boost.
- 3/5
Hotel nice for the price. Need to improve shower not much hot water. Also very limited on outlets. Need at least more outlet strips
- 2/5
Amenities were extremely limited, no phone to contact front desk, there werent enough towels in room and unfortunately it was pouring outside i called from cell phone and was told to come to office to pick up towels. The room was very compact bedside lamps didnt work. The only plug in room was in the bathroom everything else was plugged into one extension cord (tv, microwave, fridge, idk what else but no spaces were available. The shower pressure was really low and took a long time to get hot. The bathroom had a skylight but LOTS of spider webs around rhe edges. The bathroom was clean upon entry but mirror had some weird black stuff on the frame. The bed was so comfortable cover was clean as i did inspect to make sure it was clean. The microwave freezer needed to be defrosted it was ice everywhere very dated and the fridge had burn marks on frame upon opening. Room came with a single serve coffee machine didnt use unsure how clean that stuff was. Tv was normal not smart capable but did have cable for local stations. Check in was simple, so was check out. My room was upstairs but the stairs were a little steep not feeling to secure. Overall I just haven't experienced a room of this calibur and i had my kid with me. Its a great deal price wise it served its purpose but, its just wasn't for me unfortunately.
- 2/5
There was no hot water for showering. The key did not easily open the door.
- 4/5
but recognize it is an affordable motel, not a double or triple the price Hotel chain. I think because of the location, Daly City, where there is a lot of fog on a regular basis, might lend to a mustiness (a little damp) smell to it when I walked in. The mattress was very firm, the bathroom is tiny but adequate (shower only, no bath.) Was only here 1 night, and after checking in about 4p,(was pleasant easy), had to go to an event and didn't come back till 1:30a. I had to make a space in the parking lot (which is usually adequate, and it is next to more street parking,) which I did, but it was superbowl weekend, so they may have been full? So I didn't stay long, just 1 night. This Inn is what you paid for, not very expensive, but just enough to rest and sleep.
- 3/5
Honestly the room I had this time had a harsh smell of mold
- 4/5
Convenient
- 2/5
The person check us in was the only pleasant thing that happened. But the room wasn’t that good. Door don’t have safety latch, outside air comes under the worn carpet. Bathroom door wont close & lock. The Bed is old & worn out. The outlet is only on one side of the bed. The toilet was design for kids/young adult, it won’t be comfortable If your in a chunky size like me. But if you want to save $30-40 compared to another motel and don’t mind the above issues or just staying for a night, then go right ahead and book your stay.
- 5/5
Clean and comfortable room. The decor is super dated but the comfort and friendly staff make up for it.
- 1/5
No cable my whole stay , attendant said he will fix it never came back nor called. First room they gave me smelled so bad .
- 1/5
So dirty, carpet smelled like wet mold, bathroom floor was peeling up and missing spots. Bathroom was overall a yellow pee color, very gross. Couldn’t stand the smell, had to leave and book a room somewhere else. Expensive and disappointing.
- 1/5
Room is so old and dirty. Plus the TV did not work nor is there a telephone in the room.
- 5/5
Good motel for price
- 3/5
Decent
- 3/5
The location was convenient. Donut shop across the street was nice. The room was basic but serviceable. The rooms were a bit outdated, toilet seat was loose and slipping off to the side. One of the lamps didn't work, no blowdryer, no iron. Ultimately, I would probably not stay there again.
- 2/5
The bed was lumpy and uncomfortable First day i had no hot water and toliet Staff was ok fixed it If they wpuld replace the carpet it would be a lot more acceptable
- 5/5
The room was great clean room not to far away from sf. Definitely recommend staying here.
- 5/5
Shopping and food within walking distance. The room itself had seen some prior damage, but the damage had been addressed to various levels of repair. But the room itself was clean and you can tell that they do care about providing a quality stay.

Needs new carpeting or flooring

We needed a good place to stay for a funeral. Thanks.

Peraon was nice and checked me in quickly, parking easy. The place is cheep and looks it, get that you pay for. Its beat, had spiders, run down.
- 5/5
Staff friendly and i felt very welcomed.
- 5/5
Would go back.
- 1/5
Smoke alarm was missing, just wires from ceiling. Room "key" entry card did not work at first, had to go back to office. Show water flow (pressure) was very low.
- 5/5
staff were really friendly
- 3/5
basic hotel but fine for price
- 5/5
Property need some update but is cosmetics.

It was ok after a long intl flight. No restaurants in the immediate area.

Super friendly and helpful staff! Ample free parking (HUGE benefit). Room was comfortable and about what you would expect for budget price. Would happily stay again
- 3/5
The place they don’t give maintenance
- 5/5
Bien
- 5/5
It is old and very dated. Few outlets, doors and walls have patches on them, appliances are old and have rust on them.
- 4/5
Decent place to stay if you need to be in the area. Safe, comfortable, walkable to BART, no problems!
- 3/5
Relatively cheap but you get what you pay for. Property in poor condition. Walls with holes or poor plaster repairs. Soap dish hanging by a thread. Towel rack falling off wall
- 1/5
Whole hotel is in horrible condition
- 4/5
No complaints for the price - clean, albeit a bit rundown
- 3/5
Felt unsafe due to a guy roaming the area throughout the day and night. Felt uneasy - ended up going to airport at 4am. Felt safer than staying at the hotel.
- 3/5
Older building with old sheets, bed covers and carpet. Feels like everything is from the 1970s but not in a good way.
- 3/5
The place could use a cleaner furniture, the tv stand, cabinets, chairs need improvement. It looks old and outdated. The little refrigerator was noisy, one of the lamps was missing a bulb. The bed or mattresses were noisy.
- 4/5
Very comfortable I enjoyed my stay
- 5/5
good
- 1/5
They had no hot water.
- 3/5
No tenía agua caliente, y no había presión de agua
- 3/5
It’s very basic . Bed is terrible . Location and price was goid
- 1/5
No good
- 2/5
Worst stay ever. The bed was like sleeping on a slab of concrete. Shower pressure was like a trickle. I wouldn't recommend this one.
- 5/5
Close to The Cow Palace and a cheap Uber ride. Nothing spectacular around, but conveniences within walking distance including a nice restaurant across the street and a pool hall sitting atop a flight of stairs.
- 1/5
Rented 3 rooms for family visit. 1 room had cockroaches. Room was not clean walls were peeling paint and hole in sheet rock.2nd room had mold on the headbord and in the bathroom. Very dirty. 3rd room had mold and holes in the 2alls. Very dirty. WE DID NOT STAY.
- 5/5
the owners, staff, housekeeping are very nice. can get a nice low cost and good breakfast at wendys about just a block away. and a donut place within walking distance also :)
- 5/5
Great staff!!!!! Excellent experience!!!
- 3/5
You can reeeaally hear the neighbors. But its a good clean safe place to say! Not paying for luxury! Thanks guys
- 4/5
Nice for the price
- 1/5
Bed bugs, dirty, mold in bathroom. No handicap toilets. Etc
- 1/5
I slept in the car, just took shower.
- 3/5
Ceiling cob web. Bathroom needs upgrade. Staff very nice. No continental breakfast as advertised.
- 1/5
Bed sheets were clean and the maid had made an effort to clean the room. Unfortunately the the decor, carpets etc were worn out and the whole place is in dire need of refurbishment. The room next door appeared to be rented by the hour! (Very noisy neighbours)
- 1/5
The smell!!!!!!!!!! The room smelled of strong disinfectant and bathroom air freshener. I had to go to a friend's house, take all my things with me, so that I could leave the windows open during the day. It made no difference to the smell in the room! The odor followed me everywhere I went! I don't understand why anyone would think it was acceptable to have their guests subjected to this chemical assault. I could barely sleep. I wish a brought gas mask with me. Otherwise... everything else was to be expected in a motel stay.
- 1/5
Looked very rundown in spots, had to fix the tv myself, had an odor, didn’t feel inviting for sleeping in
- 2/5
Room smells like pee, wall of the bathroom has holes that’s rotten was scared something might come out like bugs or anything. Overall place are old and they overpriced.
- 3/5
It is very old and in need of updating. Very few plugs, motel had piggyback several things onto one surge protector. Lamp next to bed did not work in room. TV did not work, had only 3 stations that worked, had to unplug cable everytime you changed stations, so you would get sound. Manager was nice.
- 2/5
The room smelled of sweet/foul deodorizer and the carpet was damp. Good cheap rates.
- 5/5
Two block from subway. Cleaned every day.
- 5/5
My second time staying will be my permanent hotel go to when in Daly City
- 4/5
Surprising little street noise. An older property, but clean and fairly well maintained. The only way to interact with management is through a window and the microphone does not seem to work, so it was hard to converse.
- 2/5
This hotel is very old they have mold on there curtains and bathroom, they have duck tape to hold there light cord together. The room has an nasty odor, and more . They need to burn there beds . This Hotel has so mean violations. And it cost to much . Nothing is up yo date , just there heater and the air conditioning. They blankets are so old 1975. I don’t know why the Health inspection has not been by this place
- 5/5
This was great place to stay with a comfortable bed, Wifi, microwave, refrigerator and Cable TV. The El Camino was conveniently located with shopping and restaurants and gave quick access to roads/freeways for my commute to Ocean Beach, Lower Pacific Heights, San Mateo, Foster City and SFO.
- 3/5
Adequate accommodations, an older motel showing its age. Hot water was barely warm.. Bed was fine.
- 2/5
The room photos on Expedia was not the ones we got. The room we got had so much "air freshener" that it made everything smell like the room so days after being there cloths and coats still smell like the room. The phone didn't work, there was old food on the fridge door, the beds were sagging in the middle it took two remote to watch TV, there was one wash cloth for three adults the bathroom was tiny, but It was quiet.
- 4/5
A nice place to stay overnite!
- 4/5
It was good
- 1/5
There were semen stains on the blankets, cigarette stains on the bed frame, odd smells in the room, and wall/door damage that looked like someone had a psychotic episode in there. This place is for homeless and hourly sex rentals rather than travelers on a budget. Far better options at a similar (or even lower) pricepoint abound in the area
- 3/5
Place is getting run down, bathroom floor was slippery seemed like it hadn’t been cleaned
- 4/5
Great location, quiet. Will stay again!
- 5/5
Easy parking, very convenient location
- 4/5
we only stayed for a night to rest and go, during the sleeping hours … it was hard to sleep. Too many noises from either people living there or staying for a few nights. the noise level was the only issue because we just wanted to sleep. I’m glad they were able to accommodate my check in.
- 5/5
Great value. Clean. Very friendly. Good north peninsula location near freeways.
- 5/5
It was great. Quiet and clean
- 4/5
The property and room were clean. The microwave and fridge were very useful. The property was quiet.
- 3/5
Old building, small room with gas wall heater. Lots of traffic noise as my room faced the street.
- 2/5
The bathroom was very small. Had the shower door broken. The drapes were stained as well as the walls in the room. I don’t think it was worth paying 110for the night. I will not recommend to friends
- 3/5
It's ok to stay 1 night, was close by for my needs.
- 5/5
Always so friendly and so clean. It’s an old hotel but the price is great, you can get great tasty breakfast across the street and I can’t stress enough how very clean it is. I was very happy with my stay.
- 2/5
Needs work. Been staying there for three years, will probably be looking for another one for future stays.
- 5/5
Its very clean and friendly staff..even the breakfast was a nice touch. Quiet an again clean sheets was nice after a long day
- 3/5
It was a decent hotel - cleanliness, space and area is a bit questionable but like I said Decent. Customer Service was great though, very friendly and helpful.
- 2/5
Good location, price not worth for the quality of the room, very old, TV and Air Conditioning didn’t work.
- 2/5
Price and service/room don't match. It's too expensive for what they offer. Breakfast included is an overstatement.
- 4/5
Nice front office staff. Great coffee available in am. Comfortable beds
- 3/5
But the heat wasn't seem to be working, the sink drain was slow draining, the toilet was slow filling, one lamp was using a power cord as a on/off switch. These were all maintenance issues. The only thing I found obviously dirty were the cushioned seats. The cushions need a good vacuuming. We stayed in room 121. If the management ever read this: pls fix these issues.
- 3/5
The room needed a refresh, carpet needed proper cleaning, smoke detector mostly misssing, heating/cooling control front missing, bulb in light needed replacing. Tv control battery cover broken. Lamp on left side of bed had nowhere to plug in. Close to road thetefore very noisy. Breakfast area limited with only 4 chairs and limited breakfast available. Staff good and bed comfortable. A bit overpriced.
- 3/5
Difficult to access. Breakfast room tiny and selection very limited. Staff were helpful. Aroma of cleaning products used was overwhelming and I had to air out the room every time I went in.
- 3/5
Couldn’t put baby on floor was very dirty. Breakfast room too small but I will say managers absolutely fantastic, their son was also lovely and helpful. It’s just needs a seriously good clean new flooring paint and freshen up , cost us $463 Australian for 2 nights ouch !!
- 1/5
It didnt even mention on the website that there was no AC on the rooms. Also its smells so bad! Since there was no AC we had to open the windows It was so noisy!!! Omg! Im not gonna be back in this hotel!!! Very very bad experience!!!
- 3/5
No AC, its just not comfortable, especially when 100 F outside
- 3/5
This hotel wasn't value for money. breakfast area is very small, can only take 4 people at a time. there was always car park space which was great. overall an ok place to stay but not for more than one night unless you don't mind. The hotel is old
- 3/5
One thing we weren’t happy about is the fact that cleaning services were done in our room and whoever did it threw our own personal towel on the ground in the corner of the room. Not sure if it was intentional or just accident but felt weird that our stuffs were touched. Carpet was really dirty. Wish there was a fan in the room. Was really stuffy and smelly.
- 1/5
My room was filthy. I could live with the badly stained fabric on the chairs but the black mold in the bathroom and the dirt on the heater which looked like it hadn't been cleaned a year were just too much.
- 4/5
Condition: the room is a bit dated, but very clean. The vent window in the bathroom didn’t open, and the water pressure in the shower was a bit low. Amenities: this is where this hotel is lacking: we could only find 1 outlet, which was in the bathroom, over the toilet. We were glad to have brought our power strip. The room could use some kind of ventilation system, a ceiling fan or a/c. The TV only had three channels. On the other hand, the fridge was cold and the microwave oven worked, so that’s a plus. Price: a little high, given the amenities. What they seem to lack in amenities they make up in location.
- 4/5
Quiet city Nice staffs Parking is small but plenty No iron Bath Shower was weaked but got fix right after noticed I upgraded from 1 bed to 2 beds with no extra charged
- 4/5
Cute little motel, very clean and tidy. A little bit on the smaller side, but fit its purpose, as motels closer to SF were unaffordable. Wifi; while it was connected & able to book ubers, it wasn't 100%, as I received about 20 emails this morning once at the airport, which had not come through to the room, from the past few days, which was annoying not receiving them during my stay. Lovely and very helpful man on reception. There is free breakfast, which is handy. The breakfast room is quite tiny, but does include bread and oats, which I enjoyed. Walls of motel quite thin, as I could hear a lot of banging from the room next door. There is free car parking, handy if you are driving. 5 minute walk from BART, though we didn't use it as we were only staying 2 nights and the card to use the BART was dearer than the cost to catch an Uber into town, unfortunately.
- 4/5
Wish it was air conditioned other than that it was nice!
- 5/5
Clean and close to people I came to visit
- 2/5
It is certainly a dated hotel with dated amenities.
- 3/5
Room basic, not everything working but essentials OK.
- 4/5
It was simple and clean. The parking was protected which was nice. A little outdated but clean and great for the night. The staff was very friendly
- 4/5
Receptionist was very kind and helpful. The room needs more amenities like a hair dryer or iron/ironing board.
- 2/5
No hot water at all
