The lady that ran it was very polite. It was clean and a decent location. It seemed like a hotel where people go to deal drugs. There were people yelling and blasting loud music in their rooms or the parking lot all night long.

I was searching for a pet friendly hotel/motel in the area and their facility popped up so I booked it but once we arrived there we caught by surprise that they are not a pet friendly hotel. My money was gone through the toilet since we had to leave and book somewhere else immediately. The booking was nonrefundable. It was such a complete waste of money time and effort. I hope they update their posting online so no more people will be tricked.

The room a little bit duty, and the bath room took a while for hot water, also no many spaces fit parking, the tenants of other rooms, keep yelling and noisy almost the whole night, also the ice cube making machine not working we really had a bad experience

Ironing board but no iron! Staff do not reply to complaints submitted through booking.com. Stay and forget attitude!

Nothing Absolutely terrible experience. We checked into the hotel around 8 PM after a long day, hoping to finally get some rest. By 10 PM, there was already a group of people standing right outside our room yelling, talking loudly, and making noise in the hallway. My husband tried to be patient until 11:30 PM before finally going outside to politely ask them to leave. We got about 10 minutes of quiet ，and then the room next door started throwing a party. We were kept awake until 1:30 AM because of the nonstop noise, shouting, and complete lack of consideration. My husband went next door and asked them to please keep it down. Their response was: “Why?” Honestly, I would like to ask the same question: Why are people screaming and partying in a hotel in the middle of the night when others are trying to sleep? What made this even worse was that the hotel management did absolutely nothing to control the situation. No enforcement of quiet hours, no intervention, no concern for guests who actually paid to rest. This was one of the worst hotel experiences we’ve ever had. If you value sleep, peace, or basic respect, stay somewhere else.

The lobby was nice, the building was cute, and the bed was comfortable. Through out the night, doors kept slamming and it shook our entire room. The other guests were very loud.

I liked the clerk she was very fast and polite. The housekeeping lady was laying on the bed when I walked into my room after I told the clerk I needed and early check in and my room key card stopped working after I went to the store at 1:00pm .

The room was nice and it had free parking The people on both sides of my room we’re hitting the walls. The people in 107 we’re also up partying tell five in the morning. While my kids husband and myself were trying to sleep.

This is a terrible hotel, everything is dirty and blower is broken. Also there is bad smell inside, all the equipments are too old, they are hard to use. I won’t be there anymore.

No coffee no breakfast no extras . A small refrigerator and a microwave. There was a vending machine outside for drinks, water& sodas. T.V. Did NOT have a signal … At 10:55am phone kept ringing with No one on the line . Then @ 11:02am I manager knocked at my door as I was opening the door to leave with my belongings. I’ve NEVER had this EVER happen before .

I enjoyed the comfort and cleanliness of the room. It surely want brand-new but it was good for what I needed. The fridge was clean and cold. The microwave worked well. There is a blow dryer in the room and an ironing board but no iron. No BUGS NO roaches. No pests. It was clean. The air condition wasnt that great. The room was relatively hot. I went on a humid winter day and I personally run warm. I was disappointed that there wasnt a coffee maker in the room the shower head was older so the streame wasnt that great. It surely infant as fancy as the photos.

The room looked nice in the photos, but definitely not in person. Worst of all, the room smelled strongly of fresh cigarette smoke, even though the property has “no smoking” signs posted everywhere. Never again — not even for a quick overnight stay before a connecting flight.

Booked this place for my parents as they needed a rest night after returning from a cruise that docked in the city, before they drive back home to Reno. The hotel was super close to 101 and also a 10 minute drive from us, and we are close to 280. Dad was impressed by how clean the room was, though a bit older of a building everything was clean and the amenities were updated. He gives 5 Stars, and said they will be back!

Stayed here for an event at cow palace to avoid dealing with expensive ubers. Room was clean and had fridge and microwave, bed was comfortable. There was no towels so I had do pickup two from the front office. Would stay here again for cow palace events.

The room had dirt and mold on the window panes hiding behind the curtain. Towels smelled clean but had long hair on them. I only selected this hotel because of its close distance to the Cow Palace. DO NOT RECOMMEND

Certainly not worth what they charged or charge. Pillows are tacky. Bathroom towels are old and severely in need of tossing and replaced. On first introduction I was offered to help myself to milk drinks and a snack bar. By the third day, they only had on display the cheapest water bottles x 4. Made them lose all credibility, and showed their cheapness! Wifi hardly worked. I would only stay if everything and anything else was booked. But for that price. I’d rather sleep in the car as severely overpriced.

The staff were incredibly gracious and accommodating, our room was very large and clean, comfy beds, smelled very nice, the hotel was full up, but still very quiet, very late check-in was a breeze, nothing negative to say at all. This is an amazingly nice quiet and clean hotel with a REALLY nice couple that runs it. We stayed at another hotel and realized that we rather stay at this one no matter what while ijn San Francisco. We run a non profit and have to stay in the city at times and this is best for us.

This property did not have a microwave or a refrigerator. I was hoping there was. The noise from other rooms can be heard. It was nasty.

My stay was great. It's a cute and clean place. The people running it were very professional, friendly and helpful. I wish there was a mini-fridge though, that's the only thing that bothered me a bit.

Bed was super uncomfortable, towels were paper thin. There was a bad smell in the room and I just couldn't figure what it was. It was too late to go and ask for a room change since the parking looked full I figured the place was full as well.

The room was not clean at all, from the minute i walked it I didn’t like how dirty it was. Walls are dirty, blanket had spots, at least sheets were washed. Usually I am not picky with hotels but this one left a bad impression.

The location worked out great for me. It was close to my family. There is a coffee shop close by. Pretty quiet. I felt safe in the neighborhood. Going to stay here again.

Everything was fine except for Sum one from your company, calling me after I had receive my confirmation number and everything,. It was requesting personal information even ask to which bank my card belong to, which was to personal knowing the fact that every thing had gone through on the system already, I have book rooms deforestation and this sounded very awkward.

There was something nasty on one of the bed comforters. The Bathroom door was covered in dust and gross stuff. I wiped it down with a wet wash cloth because it grossed me out. I wiped out the air filter which had many months worth of dust on it.

The room stank of cigarette smoke. Reception is locked 24 hours a day. If you want to to talk to someone you have to do it through a glass window like a god damn gas station in the hood! The beds are uncomfortable. The rooms ugly. The neighborhood sucks. Don’t stay here. You will regret it.
