My room was very clean and quiet. The staff atempted to give alternatives to slow uber service to the venue I was going to. Also gave shopping suggestions. I will come here again if I ever come to this area again.

We asked for extra pillows and they drop it in hallway with no pillow case. To us that’s no acceptable way to treat queso’s.

From the front door staff to the room, everything was wonderful and clean The furniture looked like new. The soap and shampoo dispensers were mounted too high for me to reach inches shower

The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was not good - turkey sausage and sweet potatoes were tasteless. Biscuits and gravy would have been better. There was no conditioner in the shower and not all of the electrical outlets in the room worked. Disappointed. Many other choices when we visit Dalton GA
