It was close to the venue in which I had tickets to attend Smelled terrible, mold in fridge, tiny tv, floors wet with condensation, mattress hard as a brick, check in receptionist totally non verbal, property area seemed sketchy as far as safety goes, security latch broken on outer door, missing smoke detector

i liked the simplicity and comfort. i also liked the night manager's attitude. additionally, there's a pretty good taqueria around the corner. for the price, this was a good place to stay. the neighborhood is a little rough and the rooms face the interstate with little sound barrier. the A/C unit in the room compensated for the traffic noise, however.

When I arrived the ac was at the perfect temperature and the room had a nice smell. Everything was clean. There could have been ice cream in the vending machine

It was quiet for the most part just highway noise really. The beds are horrible so uncomfortable did not sleep well at all the 2 days I was there. The customer laundry room wasn't available to use due to it was out of order supposedly. the rooms could use a deep clean from ceiling to floor. Needs to be updated inside and outside.

I didn't sleep in that hotel cos it was dirty room not clean and what the post here is not what you see when u get there. I don't advice anyone to sleep in that kind of place is so horrible. nothing good. and didn't sleep in that hotel I have to paid for another hotel that night and told them to refund my money back.

Nothing. Unclean, the shower didnt work. Very cheap, it felt like I was in underdeveloped India. Everything. Needs to be shut down and then remodeled.

The ONLY thing I liked about the Welcome Inn was the shower pressure. That was it! No remote to the TV. The bed felt like concrete. and some of our lights didn't even work like WTF.

The facility is old and my room wasn't in good condition. The laminate floor was cracked and buckled. The thing that bothered me was that it was also unswept. The shower was terrible. There were no lamps in the room. If you're looking for a bed and roof and don't mind the noise from the freeway, this might suffice. The only upside was that the counter help was very pleasant.

Bugs all over the room. Staff was nice and helped, but room service didn’t come until the end of the day. Several kids running in and out of rooms and bugs all over the room.

This place was in a really unsafe area. Ubers didn’t want to come because of the unsafe area. Drug deals out front, homeless people coming through. Wouldn’t recommend.

Paramedics were called into another room down the row, so there were flashing lights around bedtime, but can't fault the hotel for that.

Do not stay here… it is terrifyingly sketchy and dirty. There were no towels, I killed roaches, and the staff were terribly rude. Pay the extra 20-40$ to stay elsewhere in a hotel.

First thing I liked is that I was able to confirm my reservation before I arrived. And when I did arrive the desk clerk remembered me calling. The room was presentable and the clean, the bed was comfortable. I would have rated them higher but I think they were remodeling so, matresses and etc was outside some units. But overall, I would go back. Great access to the freeway.

We pulled up and it was junky looking. I was afraid we would get bugs from there. The area its in is kind of scary. I tried calling and talking to the front desk they didn't answer. I called again and finally talked to someone and they were not the biggest help.

The rooms were clean the service was great .. I had made a mistake and requested a smoking instead of non smoking. The front desk clerk quickly look and found me a non smoking for me and witch me right out ..

The bath tub didn’t drain, the sink didn’t drain, the lock didn’t work on the door, you could see the outside from inside when the doors and windows were closed. Dirty, broken, stained towels and sheets

My room had paint or something on the floor, as well as the bed. Covers were filthy, room had a nasty odor. I booked 2 rooms and only used one, because we had no where else to go.

Friendly front desk staff. Rooms were just ok. There was a light mildew smell the first day. After room service cleaned the next day, the smell was less apparent. Easy access to the high way and an $8 Lyft to Deep Ellum.

The place is not bad. I live by the highway back at home so it’s notbloud for me. But if you never lived by a high Wayne would understand why some peoples at its to loud. The only thing bad we had was the door was broken to the restroom and the toilet had a leak. Other then that was not that bad. Didn’t try the free breakfast

One of the blankets had several blood or chocolate stains on it. Service was very good. They changes the blanket right away.. Property smelled weird. No alarm clock, but Microwave and refrigerator.

Nothing to run away from, but nothing to be excited about either. The place was located close by to an event I was attending so it was fine for that. If you need a quick cheap stay I guess the place is fine, but it was a bit too far from the airport. It was a $40 ride from the airport and $30 to the airport on Uber / Lyft.

I really appreciate the security lights; they made me feel much more secure (especially about my vehicle). The hotel attendant was very honest and helpful, too.

To put it simply, this locaton was in the hood, & probably has hourly rates, I didnt bother to ask... Rooms and building in general are in desperate need of a makeover. Stay here at your own risk...

The hotel is a little worn down . But the room was clean and staff was wonderful. And the location was very convenient to the concert venue, restaurants, downtown and the freeway .

There was very little amenities. Toilet wasnt working very well. Continental breakfast was dissapponting. Bed comforter was stained.

Well like they say you get what you pay and well unfortunately came back on me! We went to the Doc Equis pavilion to a concert and well didn't want to drive to far ...highest mistake ever... Check in was a mess...the night attendant was room... Anyways this was my fault for wanting to save money ....don't stay in that place ....

You pay for what you want, i wouldn't stay there for more than a day. Not in the prettiest of neighborhoods. But overall it served its purpose, it's cheap and convenient for a quick trip. If you are a germaphobe i wouldn't recommend stay there. If you want more luxury this is not the hotel you want.

It was really dated, dirty and smelly. I was also charged an additional $10 at check-in for having additional guests. This was not mentioned prior when I booked. Would not go back here. It is also in a questionable part of town.

The front desk clerk was super friendly but the hotel is in bad shape and the room was really dirty. I wouldn't even want to sit in the chair. It had so many stains on it. Not the best place we've stayed at.

Not being a hotel snob this place was just fine. Sure the WiFi was spotty and the place is dated but for a cheap, quick, no frills, fairly clean, content staff, good air conditioner and close to downtown (12 minutes, non-rush hour) stay.... This is the place.

The customer service was horrible. The area of town was near a highway and it looks like a ghetto area. It was near the venue that I'd like to go to the evening. But never again would I ever show up to this establishment. cleanliness of the room was horrible things were burned stained the dresser drawers were missing drawers

It’s in a bad neighborhood, which makes everything seem questionable. We thought we heard gun shots when we stayed. The beds weren’t comfortable, and were squeaky. The people who worked there were nice enough. We weren’t provided with a tag to hang on the door that says ‘do not disturb”.

Just went to Dallas for a concert so i only stayed to sleep one night but the outside apperance of the place looked a little dodgy. I only used this place because it was cheap and less then 3 miles from the Dos Equis pavilion. If you plan to stay in Dallas for a few days just spend a little extra and get a nice hotel. I was unaccompanied and i can deal with low standards for just me.

I have stayed at this hotel on four separate occasions. I have come away happy each time. The staff are friendly, and polite. The rooms are clean, and spacious. Best of all, if you hop on the Dart bus, you will be in downtown Dallas in 20 minutes. The bus stop is less than a five minute walk from the hotel. There is a reason why I keep booking this hotel.
