They stole my deposit which is something they dont tell you when you book online they said to cancel the online and pay at the front and we can avoid gathering all our things and checking back in at 3 . Its been a week and so far they have yet to return even 1 40 dollar deposit .they didnt clean the room for 3 days . The breakfast consists of rotten fruit and a broken coffee machine . This place is awful . Theres a motel.6 up the road . Damn near a drug den/ brothel ...youd be better off staying there.

This place needs to be renovated and keep more attention to housekeeping the room was filthy from nightstand to floors towels and tub the ac smell horrible there was a horrendous smell of urine at one side of the room the lamp heads or hat had a bunch of stains like mold i wish i could only upload the photos here please do not come here besides the smell of weed coming into my room am not one to judge but jesus also all u hears is bangs of doors headboard chairs moving around the worst place ever

I’ve stayed there twice and the room is always clean. The bed is the softest. Never had a problem with the Jacuzzi. I love it here. No complaints

Nothing When I arrived the price wasn't what was quoted to me the room was really raggedy and out dated it was a dog next door that barked all night it was no towels in the room in the staff didn't speak English

The beds weren’t clean dirt spots in the bed along with hair and cigarette burns in the tub i immediately went to get the manager to have them look he stated to most he could do was change the sheets then says he’ll figure something out we sat in a dirty room for 45 mins until he moved our room Upon entering the new room there was a big ball of hair at the door he grabbed up while looking at me saying this on is much better I had to go to the front desk all day and night because the key card stop working

The TV remote did not work, but the staff brought us another one that did work. The telephone did not work the entire time we were there. There was a large hole in the wall.

The bed in the first room we got was broken with a hole in the middle uncomfortable in many ways. Top it off there was a bee inside and how it got in there, we don't know. And breakfast was just muffins and coffee..

Only saw 1 roach! Liked the variety of channels to watch. The room was huge, handheld shower was very convenient It was a comfy stay! The bathtub was in disrepair as well as the door handle. It came right off as I was trying to close the door and it was hard to pull completely shut because it was scraping the floor. Microwave and fridge were old and dirty. Housekeeping never came to empty trash or bring fresh towels. bathtub bottom was weak & shoddily repaired & I was afraid I would fall through.

Property management at check-in asked for an additional $60 refundable security deposit, to be refunded at checkout, which was NOT posted on the website at purchase. Highly unethical, suspicious and inconvenient service charge to sneak in an additional charge at the last minute! Had to drive 15 minutes to get cash at an atm. Did not even stay overnight because of a variety of sanitary conditions & of the frustration, I checked out at 10pm, and my $60 was returned to me. I will never recommend or visit this establishment again!

Smelt like smoke room was not very clean

Misrepresentation on breakfast.. on web it shows many choices but only had coffee and over ripened fruit and some stale muffins. Door frame to room had been broken in to and I felt very unsafe. The smoke detector was hanging off the wall and not connected (code violation!). Toilet stopped up the whole time. THEN, we went to get ice from the lobby and he said it was broken! So NO ice!!! Horrible property management and conditions!!! I don't like that properties can jack up the rates just because there is an event in town! This property was not, by far, worth the money!!!

The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean. Was very quiet, even though it was right off of interstate. Which made it convenient to get where I needed to go. every staff member was really nice from front desk staff to housekeeping!

It wasn’t particularly clean. The bed had a big dip in it. The light fixtures barely worked. It was cheap so I didnt complain.

It was so bad. I didn't even stay there. False advertisement It was nothing like what was on their website. Walls had holes in it. The bed has cigarette Burns in it. There's bugs all over the place. It was a complete disaster. I wouldn't recommend to no one.

My second night there two strangers used a key to come in my room. They said the hotel staff gave them the key they thought it was unoccupied. The two guys never left my room even though I was screaming at the top of my lungs. They didn’t run off until I pulled my firearm on them!

Construction on other Hotel Rooms starting before 7am. Dirty bed linens with tears. Old mattresses, no iron of hairdryer in room; both of which are necessities when traveling for work. Would only stay as last resort. [resort used loosely]

The property said it has a pool which it did but when I check in the pool was closed which was unfortunate cause I reserved the room so my kids could swim . So that’s was a waste of money on my end

There was blood on the floor all over the room and the door looked like it had been kicked in. And when I went to check out they charged me for the night.

Ended up going to a different hotel due to homeless people on the property, caution tape blocking stairwell, a man running out of room with a topless woman chasing him. Was not able to cancel room. This place is disgusting.

Manager was helpful, we had 2 reservations, he made sure we could stay in one room for our stay. Other than that, I found it to be substandard for a super 8. I exercise in a swimming pool, the swimming pool was empty. The pillows were uncomfortable, bed covers looked too dirty to sit on. The first room we went to it had allowed urine odor but they did move us to a room that did not have the urine order right away with no complaints. However it does look like they're doing a lot of remodeling the outside of the building does not look that welcoming or friendly but it isn't a good access area to stores restaurants so that made the difference in our stay but for our safety I didn't feel too comfortable but I did sleep okay in the room was clean but I would not use the super 8 there again

Overall stay was okay but around midnight there were loud guests that didn't seem to care that other patrons were trying to sleep. The bathtub had rust stains that made it feel too dirty to use.

The check in clerk was polite and professional. The area was very bad, a lot of police in the area did not make me feel safe. The room wasn't completely painted. The bed was not comfortable. When I got in that room, there was tissue in the peephole. The remotes were missing the cover in the back. For how nice it looks in the pictures, it was quite a disappointment.

It was easy to find and convenient and close to the highway to get there, especially cause I was not from the area.

The condition was just sad. Thr flooring was relatively new and had been mopped. The air conditioner did worknwell. That is really the best thing there is to say. Guests have really trashed this place and managment hasn't kept up repairs or maintenance. Im sure it is difficult.

A little hiccup at check-in. Was booked to an occupied room. Quickly fixed though. This place is fine for the work trip I was on, however, not a place I would bring the family too. While everything appeared clean, it was all worn and dingy. It probably didn't help that my "neighbors" spent the night getting high and the cheap weed smell was all in my room.

This Super 8 is my go to place. I've stayed everywhere a person can in this area. Over and above the comfortable nights rest, I enjoy the conversation with the staff! All have been super nice! I might be a little old school, people going beyond expectation means a lot to me! That's all I've seen here! Thanks guys!!

Check in was easy. The room was clean , but the door (on the inside) had really chipped paint. Overall it was decent.

I didn't liked that my rooms wasn't ready then he gave me another room that wasn't clean neither he didn't even apologize for anything then I didn't even give my 2 king bed I had to get a double green bed then king room didn't have any extra blankets for the pull out bed,I asked since I didn't get tge correct rooms do I get a discount he told me no since I booked through Expedia.

Me and my husband been coming here for yrs,so much so that my husband knows one of the employees there and vice versa, he is very nice btw,definitely an adult hotel in my opinion,pool wasnt available for use was the only down side along with the door to the room we stayed in still needs fixing .heard someone screaming outside our window and staff was quick to check it out so i appreciate that,we werent bothered once for our 2 night stay which was awesome..cant complain,overall good experience except for our neighbors we cant control if theyre constantly standing outside our room by the stairs and hear them always ..

I ended up not staying there and got a room down the street. There were some shady people two rooms down. Just standing outside their room watching and they looked pretty rough. Made me very nervous.
