I honestly don’t even know where to begin with this place. The hotel looked **nothing like the pictures online**. Once we arrived, the condition of the property and the room were extremely disappointing. The room was filthy, the toilet did not work, and there were multiple issues that should have been addressed before the room was ever rented out. On top of that, there were serious concerns about the activity and people coming and going throughout the property that made the entire stay extremely uncomfortable. The front desk experience was just as frustrating. The woman working the desk appeared completely unprepared and was unable or unwilling to properly assist us. When we contacted Hotels.com to try to get moved to another room, she would not cooperate with the representative, would not answer the phone, and would not provide a number or contact information for a manager or owner. At that point, we were literally stuck trying to figure out how to resolve a problem that **the hotel itself should have been fixing**. This was by far one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. The pictures online were misleading, the room was unacceptable, customer service was practically nonexistent, and management was impossible to reach. **Would not recommend this hotel. Save yourself the headache and spend your money somewhere else.**

Nothing good about this place Everything about this place, like they did a good job advertising with lights and stuff which isn’t none of that. All the photos on the website aren’t what you find, its dirty in the middle of nowhere and staff are not welcoming. Id give 0 stars considering the cost

I had the guy show me a few rooms before renting, but they all looked like they have not been well taken care of. The 1st room he showed me had a very old & rusted microwave as soon as I walked in. My room yes, did have the LED lights. The room with the jacuzzi is $150 while the others are $80. I went ahead and booked through 3rd party because they were quoting me $40 more than what any online site said.

Well the only thing that I could say that I like was the lighting and the mirrors that's it. Well when I booked it says that the room which was called the honeymoon it was supposed to come with a bottle champagne and chocolate bar. The first time I visit the facility was cleaner and it bring all the goodies. Also I found hair in the bed and also in the shower the Jacuzzi we couldn't even use it as well.

The housekeeping crew was very nice and cleaned up really good. The bed is super soft and its hidden away a little so you feel more relaxed. Its a regular room with extra lights,a mirror and pole or tub if you choose. They advertise like a great room with features that do not come with the room.

Nothing nasty. I didn’t stay there waste of money. I would like a refund. It wasn’t as advertised. I asked for a private tub in the room and no one was staying there so they either didn’t have them at all or just didn’t care about my request. It was nasty I didn’t even stay. I wasted money. I would life a refund but never again.
