i’ve stayed there many times and it’s always been decent and i liked the location. i booked a room specifically online and everything as i always do. to get there and be told they don’t have the room i booked and paid for hours and hours before checking in. i get out in a totally different room where one could not sleep at all. the smoke alarm chirps every 14 seconds. trust me i know as i counted it all night long

Motel was ok.staff was welcoming. Only thing I can complain about was random people come knocking at my door and window at 3 in the morning.housekeeping was on point.left my dirty towels by the door came in and clean one on the bed or bathroom sink.

The room had roaches in at the tub has mowed around it I did not pay $140 to get a health hazar problem I am interested when I pick a hotel with hotel.com it is to the utmost standards I did request another room they didn't have one she told me that she would contact me when she had one available when I got home yesterday from where there were no tiles on my bed when I contacted the front office they said that they apologize with the maid left for the day and that they don't have none which is very impressional because I paid my money and I should get what I deserve fair and square the trash can in the highway reeks of a smell that I cannot even explain the cockroaches in the room furthermore I was not happy with the noise there was above my head all night I did try to contact the front of this he said he was sent security but nothing was done about it it steady for this phone I told him that I will not be getting another room here I am not happy as a loyal member and I would love some USD credit at least one day worth of you is the credit back at least one day worth of my money back in USD credit so that I can give you another room and replace for the treatment that I got here it's very unprofessional but I do trust that hotel mom will fix it

Parking was secure and easy but the condition of the hotel was poor. Smelled like marijuana in the bldg. There was trash in the halls and stuffy. The air condition worked good. There was hair long hair in the bed. The towels were dingy.

The heater didn’t work in either room, the tub handle fell off, there was a phone that was dirty and not plugged in and the smoke detector was wrapped in plastic and seemed to not be working.

I liked that my room was close to my son's room. What I didn't like was the room was dirty and the sheets had yellow stains the toilet seat was broken and carpet was sticky.

Just saw a 60 minute on hotels that are homes for folks that work a day to pay for their room. This place is nothing like the picture and a mess. At 80 dollars it is not a deal.

Nothing Everything. It was absolutely filthy. Bugs EVERYWHERE. Even in the bed. Half of the doors didnt work. Crackheads everywhere. I think this is a drug motel that the police need to be looking at. I will NEVER book a Motel 6 again because of this experience. I have stayed at many Motel 6 in the past and I've NEVER experienced anything like this. I didnt feel safe here. STAY AWAY

The police came 2 times , due to crime. It's prostitution there going on as well. I know booking.com can treat people better then this ,it was so bad ? ?

Didnt recieve any rooms service 1 of the days. One pillow on bed in king size bed. Holes in door and walls. Light fixtures not working. Towels and sheets not clean. Roaches everywhere. Trash all throughout hallways and stairs. In my children's room they seen a rat or mouse. Horrible experience and I paid for one room one night for $69.99 then the second and third night I had 2 rooms $160 a night for both. And since I did throgh booking.com they would refund me.

I always use this line of hotels, but this one I stayed in Dallas was so bad. The smell was horrible, it was in the hall and in the room. I had to use my whole perfume. The pool was dirty, water was some kind of greenish. We didn't feel safe. Good thing we just stayed for one night.

Room was cleanish. Smoke detector vhirped consistently and they "fixed" it without actually fixing it. Cars in and out all night blaring music and people arguing and screaming at each other in the parking lot all night. I checked out 2 nights early and they didnt care at all.

The room I stayed in was extremely nasty, poorly cleaned and tens of roaches in the rooms, people fighting every now & then , so much noise . Thinking about the place makes me nauseous. And the Indian girl at the front desk has a very nasty attitude as well for no reason , no customer service skills , just rude and thinks she’s better than those staying there and lying about fees that don’t exist per motel 6 policy , she needs to be replaced in order not to loose more customers . I’ve stayed in almost every motel 6 in dfw area and I can say this is worst I’ve ever been too . Would never return nor refer any of my loved ones here . Do better !

The first room was ok, although the bed was very hard with drab "white" sheets. 🙄 The second room that I actually booked through the website had no batteries in the remote, they're was no bedspread. The shower knob fell off when I went to turn it on. 😲

I didn't even spend 5 minutes in the room. There were holes, stains, and hair on the duvet. A bug crawled across my foot. The hallway reeked of marijuana and cigarette smoke. Fortunately for me I was able to go somewhere else that was clean and safe.

Lumpy mattress with no box spring - a full size on a queen frame. Pillows, 2 - both awful. It was noisy and I wouldn't have been shocked if my car had been stolen by morning. It was not good.

Roaches. We saw a giant roach in the bathroom right when we got into the room. The hallway smells like cigarette smoke, even though every door had a no-smoking sticker plainly visible on it.

You can tell by the smell of the cover-up spray that this room had been smoked in in the past. When the spray dissipated, it didn't smell too bad, but it did smell.

I got there and checked in and rhe first room they gave me the window would not lock. No latches or anything on it. It could be opened from the putside and i was on the 1st floor. And the phone didnt even work if i did need help. So i asked for a second room maybe on the 2 d floor. So he did. As i was turning the corner bout to open my door a man comes from that side of the stairs with an AK47 GUN AND A BLACK SKI MASL. HE WAS LITERALLY COCKONG THE GUN. I GOT INTO MY ROOM BUT COULDNT EVEN SIT DOWN I WAS SO SCARED. SO THEN I WAS SCSRED TO EVEN LEAVE BECAUSE I DIDNT KMOW IF HE WAS STILL OUT THERE. I WAS ABLE TO GET OUT AND LEAVE BUT THIS IS JUST NOT OK.

The property has roaches everywhere, you have to rekey your room everyday, the linen is stained and dirty, the rooms are very old outdated and rusty on the fixtures, they don’t provide any necessities you would forget home. The walls are very thin you can hear your neighbors. The channels in the tv barely work, the wifi signal sucks bad.

I checked out a day early and was told I would be getting a refund that was on July 28 today is August 8th. Site said they had to speak with hotel but got no answer so I called hotel and was told they haven't received a call regarding my refund. Told they sent refund to site and booking site is to reimburse me

It had this smell when I ran the water which threw me off. Room was neat. Last but not least when I was in my room somebody (a staff member) opened my door and they tried to come in after me settling if I had not locked the top lock they would’ve entered and done who knows what. They didn’t knock or anything just got a spare key and opened the door. It wasn’t the room service because they announce themselves so it had to be the male. And I am a woman by myself so it was frightening.

Located near highway and various restaurants. Fell asleep and woke up to roaches crawling on and near food items in the room. Hallways smelled like something had died in or nearby rooms. Flying insects throughout hallways. Not safe for myself or my infant child.

The room was ok but the hallway smells bad... Plenty of gunfire nearby all night. Definitely do not recommend... One of the most ghetto motels that I have ever had the displeasure of staying in

This place was okay the area is good with your amenities that are close by. However, the next morning youll get awaken by a hispanic lady walking down the hall 1 1/2 hrs prior to your check out time, yelling something in Spanish and literally banging on every damm door down the hallway. Not something you wanna hear at any hotel. And some lil punk kid at the office who is working there has his earbuds in and acys like its a inconvenience to come to the window. This place service sucks, i wont be coming back. Worst Motel 6 or any hotel ive experienced.

Literally, the worst mattress I have ever slept on. While not necessarily "dirty", the room just gives an overall feeling of "ick". The bedspread had cigarette burns all over it. The bathroom feels like a half step up from an outside entrance gas station bathroom. We only needed a place to sleep for a few hours after traveling most of the day from San Antonio back to Dallas to catch our flight early the next morning. Definitely not worth the $20 - $40 we saved by not picking a more reputable hotel. We will not make that mistake again.

This is by far the worst motel I have ever been to. I’ve stayed at many Motel 6 locations and never had an issue. There are stains all down the interior hallway walls of the building and it smells of tobacco and mildew. The towels were stained and there were paper towels stuffed into what should have been a peephole on the door. It was 10 pm when we arrived but seemed like everyone in the motel was awake. Could almost completely hear through the walls. We ended up leaving and finding another motel for the night.

I would not recommend this hotel to no one unless your on drugs, don't want to watch TV,swim, or don't mind sleeping on a hard bed.there was fighting going on through the night me and my brother had to take turns sleeping because we was so nervous.... I would have changed hotels but it had already been a long 8hr drive....

Pros Room was super clean The AC, while slow to cool down the room, worked Sheets, towels and pillow cases were fresh and clean Room was very spacious... Maybe a little TOO spacious No bugs or trash in my room Room was on the second floor and you'll see why that's a pro in the cons section Cons - In a sketchy looking area next to a major highway so you can hear all the cars speeding and honking their horns - The TV is RIDICULOUSLY small and had no remote - There's a staircase that led me STRAIGHT to my room but the lock on the door was busted so I kept having to walk ALL THE WAY AROUND the motel JUST to get to my room EVERY. SINGLE. TIME I wanted to go back to my room - The hallways do indeed smell like the dankest of weed - The walls and floors are paper thin so you can hear EVERYTHING, combine that with the fact that my room was RIGHT next to a staircase so that was fun - Housekeeping woke me up EVERY MORNING I WAS THERE (Can't be too mad at them cuz they're just doing their jobs) - My key stopped working at like 4:30am (Dreamhack is a 72 hour event) the last day I was there, couldn't get into my room or the motel itself so I had to wake up the poor, lone security guard who then had to wake up whoever was supposed to be running the front desk only for her to assign the wrong room and having to start the entire process all over again because they use an ancient computer system

Ac rattled, tv broken, confusing layout, very difficult to attach hdmi to tv, small shower, basically you get what you pay for.

Bed was horrible (mattress) smell, noise from customers above stumping and on the stairs

You pay for what you get. Lots of druggies. The hallways smell like mildew throughout the hotel. The comforter is as thin as the sheet. Mine clearly hasn’t been washed in quite some time. My sheets were torn. I was in a downstairs room with a window that would not fully close. Not to mention, the front desk girl tried to make me pay for a prepaid hotel at check in. I had to search for an invoice to prove to her that I paid. Horrible experience!

Dirty, dingy. Small tv, bathtub handle broke. Noisy, guard allowed groups of people to hang out and be loud at 3am. Mattress was thin and still had plastic on it. Wouldn’t recommend. For $75 I would have expected a little better place.

They say you get what you pay for...not true. I stayed 3 days, price went up by $10 dollars every night for same room. This hotel is smack dab in the middle of the "hood", so do your research. Saw alot of prostitution, poor young girls and creepy men, including the Man at the front desk who would stand outside of what I assume is his room to stare. The entire hotel smells like weed & stale beer-even the non-smoking rooms. Hair on every single towel (brought my own), bathtub was gross, and window was stuck slightly open. The TV seemed to be set to skip channels because the volume button worked just fine. Bedding is gross and had the flattest pillows (brought my own). Made reservations, but the attendant either didn't know how to use the tablet he had or was used to cash payees. After a long days travel, this is the last resort. Also, no pet friendly areas near by unless you drive. If you are looking for "dirty business", this is your spot. Went to Addison, got microwave/minifridge/big bathroom/and balcony view of pool for same price. I was also not afraid to be out of my room at night and walked my dogs around the grass near the pool.
