Man do they need to upgrade bedding. I can't remember the last time I stayed with 2 doubles bed. Also the pullout couch mattress was barely better than a dog bed. I mean this place could be money for early flight fliers but man does it need some upgrades.

Location is good. Really dated. My room smelled musty and mildew-y and I realized later my carpet was wet when I stepped on it without shoes on. I don’t usually notice walls, but these were yellowed and dirty. Lights, phone and thermostat were very dated and yellowed.

This hotel is dated and the rooms need some attention. Additionally, the hotel staff was short handed while I was there. Some illustrations of problems - a major wet spot on the carpet due to placement of the desk in the room directly in front of air conditioning vent, noise issues on upper floors because of the atrium design carrying noise to the top floors, security / front desk unable to deal with a screaming lady on a upper floor late at night (front desk kept putting me on hold when I would call to complain and the security guard was standing on the first flow with his arms at his hips staring at the lady instead of going and confronting her to ask her to stop. I ultimately had to scream at her myself to get her stop). The beds were uncomfortable and the shower had poor water pressure. I would not stay there again.

The hotel is very clean and very well organized, the rooms are spacious and clean. Staff was very friendly even when we checked in at midnight.

Property was mediocre at best. The room I was assigned was extremely small and in a corner. My room was lil dirty. Hair in the sink. My bed had wear and tear visible. Also had a maid walk in my room. Just walked in withe her key card. Did not knock or anything. Very dissatisfied. I will never stay here again.

Stayed here for a couple of days; it wasn't the best experience. They are priced top-tier, but the quality of the place was poor. The hotel is in desperate need of a remodel. Rooms were in bad shape. Compared to the other Embassy Suites I have stayed in, this location is the worst. The breakfast isn't on par with the others; the servers working the area aren't great, and it's high-priced and didn't deliver.

Awesome place to stay and the staff members are amazing. The rooms are clean, quiet and cozy. It’s also an awesome location, extremely close to the Airport. I only stayed one day due to flight delays but if given the opportunity… I would definitely stay here again. Recommend to anyone looking for a nice place to stay while in the Dallas Love Field Airport area.

Awesome breakfast… Omelette made to order… The AC didn’t work the first night in my son’s room… Mine and my wife’s room isn’t what we paid for or reserved. Supposedly they overbooked. Because we didn’t get in until late the first evening, they stuck us in a double room, with no option of upgrading. This isn’t the first time this has happened to me at an Embassy Suites, but it will be the last… We chose this hotel because of location… Will definitely consider other hotels on our next visit to Dallas next time… Night receptionists was nice and did the best she could… She left a message for management to o contact me about the room accommodation but never was contacted. Still haven’t been contacted, not even an apology. I called prior and o making reservations to confirm they had plenty of the King 2 room suites and there was 8 of them available. Seems to me that someone else that made reservations after me would have gotten bumped instead of me… Of course, this should have never happened…

When staying at a hotel? You expect noises throughout the night. A door slams or car horn or maybe even people talking in the halls. But for some reason in the room that I stayed in all night long from 10 PM to 6 AM all I heard were mechanical noises. My room was close to the elevator so perhaps that was it but no matter I didn't get any sleep. I only booked the room for one night because my flight was canceled. I had spent a day traveling, and I would be up early the next morning to travel again. All I needed was a good night sleep and I wasn't able to get that. I did tell the front desk clerk when I left this morning. She said she notated what I heard on my room number, but that was all she responded.

That I could sleep after two cancelled flights. There was NO soap in my room. The front desk had no toothbrushes available and I missed breakfast (my fault) because sleep was needed more.

The Hotel was great. I rented 2 rooms for me and my companions The problem came I was monitoring my credit card. The hotel started making charges during my stay that I didn't understand, and they surpassed the amount I paid for the rooms. When I asked for an explanation, they said that part of the problem was I booked one room direct and another room virtual through Expedia. We did get it straightened out, but it took away from the enjoyment of my trip. If this is true, I probably won't use Expedia anymore and I'll probably book directly. I'll reread my confirmation emails again and see if I can make sense of this and make sure it wasn't a mistake I made

Beatiful hotel, the Atrium looks very nice on arrival. Staff is very friendly. There's a lake and a walking trail right next to the hitel.

The pool wasn't open and the next day trying to check out there was no one at the front desk. We had to wait at least 20mins before the young lady show up.

To make matters worse the lady at the front desk had the nerve to ask me to pull the refrigerator out and readjust it. I’m by no means an employee nor am I a refrigerator specialist. Also I was not informed I would be charged for parking.

First and the main reason for the low rating; the shuttle from the airport took over an hour to pick us up. This was one of the reasons we picked this hotel. Also, once the shuttle arrives it shoved 15 people into a van that is not made for that many! The room was ok but dated and needed some work. The temp control was not working. Overall, not our best stay. Extra, the uber driver we used the next day, told us he stays around this hotel because the shuttle is a known issue and he gets plenty of work; not a good thing to be known for! Should get a refund for all these issues! I may contact Hilton directly.

We had a great quick one night stay here. The room was clean and our kids wanted to swim in the pool which was impressively clean! We have stayed at other Embassy Suites and this one by far was the cleanest.

This location was quiet, comfortable, and clean. The room was lovely and the soundproofing was exceptional. Breakfast had many options and even custom, made to order omelets. They also include happy hour providing free refreshments and snacks like trailmix and vegetable tray. The only downside I would say is the parking, as there is a small parking lot. I highly recommend this hotel.

1. Shortly after we arrived to our room there was very loud music coming from the parking lot and a bike gang had just arrived to start for the evening. 2. When we arrived to the hotel back from our event the Dallas police were there dealing with some kind of issue. 3. It was passed midnight and teenagers were screaming and yelling all around the hotel. 4. Close to 1am I saw about 15 teens pile into one hotel room. 5. Throughout the hotel you would get strong smells of cigarettes and weed. There's nothing the staff could do about it, it's just the type of clientele they service. 6. Also I waited at the front desk to check out and when no one arrived after 10 minutes I just had to leave.

The hotel itself was great but the check in was terrible. They didn't have my reservation. I don't know that I'll reserve through expedia again. I almost missed an important event for my mother's funeral because it took so very long to get checked in.

My flight was cancelled and I was so happy they had availability. They were close to the airport and the room was quiet, clean, and comfortable.

The one truly complaint is that their “system” was down and woke me up at 11:30 to come down to finish the check in process! I was already asleep and was exhausted by travel. I don’t understand why it couldn’t be done in the morning. Other than that I always enjoy my stay at any embassy suite

We waited over a half hour for the shuttle bus to pick up and then waited in line to check in. I watched at least two other hotel shuttles go by 2-3 times while waiting. Not the closest hotel

I booked the hotel due to its proximity to airport & that it offered shuttle service, at check in I was assured my kids & I would only need to be in the lobby by 4:30 AM to catch the first shuttle, we were down at 4:15 & told we weren’t on the list and the shuttle was already full. No apologies, no alternate solutions.. another guest checking out observed the interaction & offered my kids & I a ride in their uber to the airport so we wouldn’t miss our flight. The check out clerk this morning was terribly rude & unhelpful. Will never stay here again.

The room we were assigned had a wall plug that was inoperable in the bedroom. We had a maintenance worker attempt to fix it and the plug fell out of the wall into his hand!

Even reservations tried with no success. Needed shuttle service to hotel- no luck. Also, could not get reservation for shuttle to airport the next morning. Was stranded with toddler. No consideration at all.

Had to stay last minute in town. Check in was simple. My dissatisfaction came with the room itself. It smelled moldy, and the main lock on the door did not latch completely. It had another connecting door to another room, that I did latch that (thankfully), as someone tried to open that during the night. Noticed also that the bed headboard was severely scratched up. The room needed to be fixed.

Very comfortable rooms, bed very comfortable. Pool area very nice. A little confused about the spa though! There were several references to the spa on the posted signs, but no hot tub to be found. Otherwise, food good, friendly desk staff.

The property was in a great location. However, room service was unavailable and the air was not working properly.

Breakfast was great. Loved it. Dropped off my car rental the night before to catch the shuttle early the next morning. Waited at the required pickup location for 1.5 hours. Kept calling the front desk and no one answered My wife finally called from the room and they finally answered. Driver said he was there three times. I sat there the whole time and saw every other hotel and shuttle bus but not the Embassy Suites. Wasted nearly two hours for a 10 minute ride. Finally Uber back and was reimbursed.

I’m sure at one time this was a gorgeous hotel. It’s nice but somewhat outdated. The staff is amazing!! 10 stars for the staff. Breakfast was delicious, lots of options. Rooms are spacious. Shower heads were amazing!! AC worked great!! The sofa set in our room smelled horrible and was very worn. Beds were comfy. The park right behind the property is clean and neat.

The bathtub needs resurfacing as it was dirty and damaged. The pull out sofa bed also needs replacing as the mattress has flattened and you can feel every spring. The breakfast was pretty hood

Breakfast buffet was limited compared to other Embassy Suites establishments that we have stayed at. The food and drinks in the restaurant weren’t good and especially for the price. There was no one to check us out at the front desk when we left at 6:30am. Beware that breakfast on weekends doesn’t start until 7:00am despite being told 6:00am by a reservations member. Sadly, we didn’t get a chance to eat on our check out day. This seems like an older and smaller establishment. Maybe, they are trying to economize.

On our last stay, we were awakened at 5:30am by a LOUD alarm. I assumed it was the fire alarm, however it was the “alarm from the building next door.” Not a great way to wake up.

Hotel is adequate but in need of an update and deep clean.

I had to kill a huge cockroach as soon as I walked in. Since it was a late check in due to Southwest Airlines canceling my flight and then a huge delay, I didn’t have the energy to complain. Just smashed it and placed a cup over it

I got a room in the very end corner on the first floor. It was cramped, dingy and headboard on bed was peeling. I tried to change rooms but was told no because I booked through Travelocity. I will not stay there again and will not be recommending this location to others.

I booked the room online after we drove 5hrs from Houston to Dallas, it was freezing cold to us, coming from further down South of Texas. Not to mention raining. So my husband Antonio went to check in as the room was paid for with his card. The lady denied him, and had me come from the car leaving my kids in the car, to check in, in the freezing rain. I waited as she checked two Caucasian men in. She handed them both, a bag of 2 bottles of water. Upon my approach she checked me in, but did not give the same. I question why did they receive a bag of water bottles. But not another guest. I took it as a notion for color because her response to checking me was with an attitude and stated I had multiple emails being a Rewards Member. I told her I am previous Military and therefore I have multiple email address that are Valid indeed ! She smirked and proceeded to complete the check in, offered me a flyer for breakfast time to read but verbally told the men the hours of breakfast but I guess she felt I should read all about it. So no I didn’t have a good check in with her on my stay of March 8th Saturday and Departure March 9th Sunday of 2025. Was not greeted or felt appreciated.

Always a good stay at the Embassy. I lived in the area and its walkable to my neighborhood. Dinning choices and a trail we like to walk. Good Happy Hour and breakfast. Clean and nice.

While other hotel shuttles waited, the Embassy shuttle left, partially full and took over an hour to return. We saw the other hotel shuttles twice before we saw our, tried unsuccessfully to contact the hotel after the first attempt, the attendant at the reception desk would not pick up. Checked me into a hotel that was 75 degrees; the HVAC didn't function.

Hotels.com did not provide enough information on this hotel during the booking process. There's a $16 a night parking fee at the hotel that Hotels.com did not make me aware of as I was checking the costs per night. Also, our room #401 was quite dirty (see pics) as there were several sticky stains on the counters/carpet, an old gross sock on the floor and random quality issues like fire sprinklers breaking thru the ceiling and no body wash in the bathroom. The breakfast was overrated, the Wi-Fi connection was terrible, the hotel was just dated and pretty underwhelming. I would not stay here again.

Perfect location for business around Lovefield airport

My family of 4, plus my brother, shared a suite and were pleased with how spacious it was. My only complaint is that the beds are very small (I knew this when booking) as they are full-size and it really is hard for 2 adults to sleep comfortably on them. My brother said that the pull-out couch bed was quite uncomfortable as well. Embassy Suites really needs to upgrade their beds to queens to match the level of comfort the rest of the hotel gives. I love that they provide great quality shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion as not many hotels do. The breakfast is also always incredible, which is a big draw for my family as that alone saves us quite a bit of money. Overall, we would probably stay here again if we had less people and could book king size beds.

I like the suite space and arrange in the suite. I don't like the shower at all. It really need to upgrade for handicap guests...because I booked the handicap shower, it looks too old and weird design for shower. Otherwise, I like the space.

The cooked to order breakfast had some nice additions available like a fajita omelet that was really good. The facility felt dark because of the dark ceiling and finish work. Again nothing terrible, just some suggestions of things to be aware of!

The management and the staff over the top

It was great & would stay there again. We stayed in 2 King Suites that have the adjacent couch room which was perform for work. They just didn’t have hand soap in either of the room bathrooms which anyone would want

The room was small, mini fridge did not work, sink drain was broken and permanently shut. It was very loud and i could hear everything the person in the other room was saying. Sounds from the bar kept me up at night. The one and only thing i asked the front desk for was a plastic spoon or fork and I was told i had to go to the restaurant & bar and ask them. Poor service, loud, would not recommend

Claudette at the front desk helped me with an issue and saw it through to completion. Great customer service!

Great location. Enjoyed breakfast.

It was the nastiest hotel I've ever stayed at in my life and the girl at check-in acted like I was putting her out because she had to get off of her phone
