I like that how clean my room was and how well the hotel was maintained. The hotel was quiet.The staff was very friendly. There was on street parking for free and garage parking offered by the hotel for a fee. Would definitely stay again. The value was great. It checked all the boxes for me.

This pace was so damn quiet. It's close to everything. The neighborhood is great. It's $25 a night to park BUT STREET PARKING RIGHT OUT FRONT IS FREE.

Breakfast variety was not a big selection. Egg muffins had no taste and were cold, egg sandwiches also had no taste or seasoning. Pancakes were good. Potatoes were still hard. I honestly did not enjoy the food except the cereal and pancakes. We were excited about getting in the pool but the water was very very cold so could not enjoy that either. The hotel itself is very nice and clean though.

The people was rude the room the shower inside the room was broken also the TV was the fire alarm was going off all night 2-3 hours on Saturday night

Terrible staff attitude: not welcoming at all and was on a personal call during check in. Then there were the fire alarms that started at midnight and lasted past 2am. The beds are cardboard with a topper to make them seem plush but they are the worst cheap, back busting beds.

It was a beautiful hotel. I would stay again if in Dallas areas

The property was very nice and inviting and smelt really good! The staff were helpful and I loved the bar area. My only suggestion would be to treat around the pool for small pests and insects. They were a little bothersome while tryna swim and relax in the chairs.

Stayed at AC for the last couple of days of Spring Break. Hotel is clean and has all the right amenities! Breakfast was not included in our stay, which we were told that it was included. Created a bit of confusion when it breakfast time came. Booked a room with a king and a sofa. Room key was not programmed. Had to take everything down to the reception again to program room key. Upon entry into the room, discovered that it didn't have a sofa. Back to the reception. Take 3! Were able to find another room! Thank God! As some guests were not so lucky. Second night was not very restful. Walls seem to be paper thin. Guest above us had a dog that was running back and forth. Dog's nails on the tile (I presume dog was locked in the restroom), were so loud that it woke my wife and I from our sleep. Overall a good hotel and would stay there again. Just need some ear plugs and double checking on breakfast and room reserved.

This was our first time staying there. It was a really good experience. The rooms were smaller, but quality. Service was solid. Everyone was very friendly. This was for the location by the Galleria in Dallas. The only complaint would be charging for breakfast. It’s just out of what these hotels typically do. Non-traditional. The quality of the breakfast doesn’t seem escalated enough to warrant the $20 charge. Not a huge deal. We would stay here again. I hope that they change their approach to breakfast.

The Front Desk employee was the BEST! Friendly, helpful and gracious. The closeness of the Galleria with lots of shops, and great restaurants. Stale popcorn. Plus, you had to be popped it on the Residence side. Groceries need to be rotated out to ensure freshness.

We could hear the guests in the room above us walking around the room and moving objects because the room floors are not carpeted. This made it difficult to sleep at night.

The 9.0 rating as “WONDERFUL “ was absolutely correct!!! The property and amenities were impeccably in order. The staff was extremely friendly and professional. I’m 99.9% certain, that this will be my property of choice, during any future visits to the Dallas area.

The floor we were on was kinda noisy. Someone was yelling and crying at 12am. The ac in the rooms is some of the best Ive experienced. Maybe that’s what “AC” stands for. Only complaint is the ac thermostat stays lit all night.

The lobby and all common areas smelled like a handsome well built man!!! I was looking for my husband as I entered! That scent should be bottled and sold only at AC Marriott hotels (I deserve royalties for this marketing idea once it’s implemented😬). The vicissitudes of customer service varied from awesome to mediocre quickly, however. Some front desk staff members we encountered were nice and helpful, others (one in particular) was dry, bordering rude and housekeeping only replaced one washcloth and two towels when they were three of each in the soiled pile we left. Other than that, I would absolutely book with AC Hotels in the near future! The aesthetics are very classy and modern with a crisp, clean touch which made our 3-generational stay quite comfortable. Oh! And let’s not forget to mention no carpet and leather seating in the rooms, which is my non-negotiable! Also, in walking distance to Galleria Mall! The pool area could use some warmth and character though! I’ll be back Dallas!

We stay here often and it’s always amazing! Quiet, clean, wonderful smell throughout the building and the staff is always great! Very close to the mall and there’s a Target right down the road that’s walking distance so that’s a plus as well!

The staff at check-in charged me for additional $400 for a room that was prepaid for. I couldn't get my funds back and was told to use it at the hotel. Horrible experience

Rooms was well kept, Breakfast was Good,cooks were friendly Bar was Close didn’t know that the reason I booked the hotel. Pool close too early could enjoy family around the lite fireplace that didn’t work. Air didn’t cut back on after 3:00am got hot, No Microwave

The location, the modern appearance and amenities. Parking. Compared to other hotels in the area, the parking rate was lower, still it is an added expense.

The location was good. The beds were so comfortable. There was no views of the city. All we could see was the side of the building next to us. The house keeper walked into the room 1 hr before check out. She knocked twice then walked in without permission.

Beautiful hotel and staff were great! Only issue is the room I stayed in wasn’t as nice as I would expect for a Marriott property. The drain stopper in the bathroom sink was broken, lamp shades seemed like they had been through some things, there was a yellow stain on one of the face towels and the curtains didn’t close all the way as part of the track was broken. When I walked in the coffee table was wonky but the bed and pillows are magical and overall a nice hotel and great staff.

Generally, it was a very nice hotel. The lobby was open, contemporary and clean. The staff was very friendly. The room was comfortable but the plumbing in the bathroom had a serious leak. When I mentioned it to the Hotel staff, they indicated that this was a common problem with their showers. Good thing I had extra towels.

We enjoyed our stay and the parking was a little hassle at night but definitely in a safe neighborhood so no problem here.

Nice modern hotel. I liked the room lighting. Cool amenity was the mini fridge with glass door so you dont forget your food. Fridge was placed right by the door / closet area. Hotel is walkable to the Galleria. I was able to hear some hallway noise even though the room was spacious and the bed set back into the room several feet from the door. There was a nice lobby area with a bar but I didnt get a chance to use it. Also, the pool looked nice it was situated in an interior courtyard.

Every thing was clean. And I love the location. One night the lock on our door battery died, and we were given a free item from the prepackaged food/drink area. Which was appreciated. Only thing I didn’t care for was the bathroom didn’t have a door? It’s just glass that slides but you can see right in and gives no privacy, and the room felt really stuffy like lots of moisture was in the air, I turned the ac fan on continuous to help with that.

An excellent property with excellent staff. Beautiful hotel.

The front desk folks were nice but understaffed and not always present. The “heated” pool was far too cold to enjoy - and a bit dumpy. The door to our bathroom had a large gap on either side resulting in a complete lack of privacy - I was traveling with kids and this presented an ongoing problem. Lastly, there’s televisions all over the place and all are constantly on CNN - they stay away from politics in public spaces. Very unpleasant stay - definitely won’t be back.

My 3rd time staying here and I have always enjoyed my stay. Staff is so nice, rooms are very clean and beds are comfortable. If there is one thing I would say is a downside is the housekeeping cleaning the rooms next door. You can hear everything.

Hotel was nice and clean However, bathroom wasn’t super convenient with 2 people to share. There was only one sink and the mirror didn’t extend over the entire counter area so it wasn’t usable for the second person. The toilet as super low to the ground too. And with large seat …it was cold !
