You can tell this place has been recently renovated and it looks great! The room was super clean and super spacious. It was in a nice quiet area despite being relatively close to the highway! Our only downfall is the pillows had no volume (for our liking) and when we asked for 2 more , were informed they had no extra pillows on property for us to use. Would definitely stay here again if ever in the Virginia area, we'd just bring our own pillows to be a smidge more comfortable!

Nice sized rooms with comfortable beds. Very clean. Breakfast was very disappointing. Overall, I'd stay again but knowing I'd need to purchase breakfast for my family elsewhere.

We appreciated the cleanliness and the comfort of the beds. We also appreciated the size of the room. When we got to the motel, we were told that the charge per night for our small dog was $75. We said that was unacceptable and wanted to cancel our room. They said since we went through booking.com and had used our credit card to reserve the room that we could not get our money back for the room. We will welcome to leave, but had to pay for the room, regardless. The woman at the desk was rude and on personable and not accommodating.

There was an odd odor in the lobby when entering the building, but that odor was not present in the hallways or the rooms. This is obviously a remodel/rebrand. Quite comfortable for a quick out of town trip at a reasonable price, but Hilton may have worked a little harder to protect their good name. It appears that the remodel stopped at the bathtub, which was in terrible condition and badly in need of reglazing or replacing. Overall, a good value for the price but worth mentioning that the remodel fell short in a few areas.

Made the reservation 2 mo prior and was placed in an adjoining room. Could hear conversations and tv clearly. Very loud. Asked to be moved and this was granted. No elevator to second floor, no cream or whole milk at breakfast and limited selection. Expected more from a Hilton property.

Location worked perfectly for us to visit family in the area. It was super clean and had everything we needed. Bed was super comfortable and the duvet was not nearly as over warm as hotel duvets often are these days. They have a breakfast but it is minimal, as we expected. The pillows were awful, so bring your own if possible, but comfy beds otherwise.

Absolute gem wasn’t expecting anything great because of the low price but I was surprised. The bed was super comfy and the room was sparking clean. The front desk gal was super nice and helpful. Breakfast was good and we will definitely stay at a Spark again.

It was a comfortable stay, but a few things I wish were better.. there was no pool, and the refrigerator did not get cold at all I had to put a bucket of ice in the fridge to keep my stuff cold. Breakfast was good a little more of a variety would have been better.. but it was a good stay

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The only 2 negatives were the bathroom fan was defining and the room AC had no setting to keep the fan on and just have the compressor turning on and off, so room would be very quiet and then get loud. I would stay here again.

The location was convenient and quiet, with easy access to the highway and nearby restaurants. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout the hotel. For the price, the quality and comfort far exceeded our expectations. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again the next time we’re in the area. Highly recommend!

Comfortable and clean. Friendly staff. Good water pressure in the showers. We chose to grab breakfast out instead of the continental breakfast. Apples oranges, bagels, 3 cereals, oatmeal, yogurt, coffee, apple juice and orange juice were the onsite choices.

This is an old hotel that has recently been purchased and completely renovated. The A/C units still had the plastic on the temp controls. The lobby is small but very colorful with a small breakfast are of bagels, yogurt, cereal, oatmeal, etc that doesn't have to be cooked.

The hotel is a converted older building but is very clean. No coffee in room but available 24 hrs. No elevator to second floor. No pool.

Property is basically brand new everything is perfect. Breakfast is very good basically Continental Breakfast. Beds and pillows very comfortable.Room has small refrigerator but no microwave. You could use the microwave in the breakfast area, but it would be so much more convenient if each room had a small microwave.

The bathroom door didn't close. We told the front desk clerk and the owner, and they said they would check on it, but they never did. Very disappointed that there wasn't a microwave in the room and a "continental breakfast" was advertised, however all they had was bagels and yogurt. The front desk personnel were not very friendly or accomadating. Overall the only good thing I can say about our stay is that the hotel & room were very clean.

Room was clean and bed was comfortable. The desk chair has no back which is very uncomfortable, the doors to the adjoining room has a large gap underneath so you can hear the other room's conversations.

I do wish the rooms had a microwave but at least there's one available in the lobby. Price can't be beat for this "new" motel!

The property is close to I-81, quiet, well kept, and overall a pleasant stay. The staff were kind and accommodating. The price was very reasonable.

It was a brief stay arrived at 21:00pm left at 4:00am service was quick and efficient room was clean and comfy.

6 clientele - check the air vents - nose stuffed up bad - could have mold issues - place was awesome though- immaculate everywhere - free breakfast- huge parking area - incredibly busy mexican in 300 feet … keep it up!!! coffee 24 hrs . i’ll be back

Was quick process and the people are very friendly. Was a little remodeling going on but wasn’t an issue

No one told us the place was under major refurbishment. Furniture beds tables all stacked outside. Not a nice look when you are on vacation. Breakfast cereals and a muffin was the limit. Not impressed.

I was not made aware that the hotel was undergoing renovations during my stay. It looked like a condemned/abandoned property upon arrival. Surprised that they're still booking rooms at this state. I understand that this is a budget hotel, but there were spider webs in the hotel room as well as live spiders. Bed also had a heavy depression on one side and smelled weird. I will save them from a 1/5 rating because despite all this, towels, sheets, and toilet was clean and I didn't notice bed bugs (probably thanks to the spiders?) I'm sure this would be a better hotel one renovations are done but it was a mistake staying here not knowing the condition it was in.

Overall nice stay. Construction in progress to improve the building. Water leak in the bathroom and very poor water pressure.

I wanted cheap and I got cheap. I always ask for non-smoking but this place smelled like an ash tray. Kind of sub-par, but adequate for one night.

Clerk went into the back to get manager ( who the clerk And manager both said for me to wash filter in bathtub to clean it! I DIDN'T KNOW I ALSO DO MAITENIENCE ON MY RENTED HOTEL ROOM FREE!!!). Manager basically said they wasnt much she could do. She claimed she would adjust the prce,SHE DID NOT!!!! I would like to see the Adjustment that was to be applied! Maybe they should contact me about this you think? We have stayed there for the last 4 years while travelling to Penn. Unfortunately this will be the.Last time we will be staying there! AVOID THIS PLACE! (I'm sure I will receive the General Generic reply that they are sorry and will do their best on my next stay!)

The staff was very friendly. It was an older hotel. The sink water was very slow, but the shower was great. The room smelled a little like stale cigarette smoke.

Property is currently undergoing a remodel, but some things on the recently remodeled thing could stand to be updated as well (for instance, have lamps with power outlets so that people can plug things in on the bed stands easily, which is pretty standard these days). Bathroom had some hard water stains in the toilet that could be removed with some determined cleaning. Breakfast was overly sparse. Could at least have had waffles or biscuits and gravy.

It's older but they are doing renovations. Trouble with keys, and out side door locks.

The front desk clerk was very helpful. The room was clean but the bed was very hard. I did not sleep comfortably.
