Perfect location, AC ice cold, mattress was ok as a side sleeper, as of May 2026 no construction noise. Staff, especially Chris was friendly and always greeted me by name. Breakfast was good. I had one issue where elevator didn't work. As in no illumination on the hall call.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. It was conveniently located within walking distance to the beach and close to many restaurants, cafés, and souvenir shops, which made exploring the area very easy and enjoyable. The breakfast buffet was also good, with a nice variety of choices. We especially appreciated how accommodating the staff were — since we had to check out very early for our morning flight, they kindly prepared packed breakfast meals for us. Their thoughtful service made our stay even more pleasant.

The room is nice and clean. Small room but good for the price and location. It's near the beach. Staff is very polite and helpful. Breakfast was also good .

What i like most in this hotel is the staff esp "wendy" who tried to help us in every way that she can and everyone is so friendy and nice. I can never forget the hospitality they showned us. Thanls alot guys. Second i the location. Nothing.

The room was very nice. Super comfortable beds and bedding, nice shower, a workspace, and great AC. The location was perfect, quiet but still full of stuff to do. The staff was super helpful and kind. Special thank you to front desk attendant, Victor and manager, Chris, would were great during our stay. Nothing, we had a great stay

It’s located in right in the center of the city, and no more than 5 minutes walk to Mỹ Khê beach. With many restaurants nearby to enjoy the local food. Chris, the manager of the hotel has gone above and beyond his job to make us feel comfortable, and welcome. He’s also a well of information and very resourceful, always ready to help us with anything we needed and more. None. We love staying at Sofia Suite and Spa. Already planned to come back in the near future.

The hotel is close to all the nice restaurant, local attractions, and main road to Hoi An and Hue. The breakfast buffet is nice enough with choices of fresh made eggs, noodle of the day, rice, meat, and fruit. We got 2 rooms with balcony. The room is enough for couple or single person with nice AC and bathroom. Balcony view is alright, just other buildings around it. Free 2 water bottles daily. We highly recommend this hotel for anyone want an affordable options for long or short stays.

Brilliantly located near the beach, restaurants, shops. Staff excellent, a reasonably priced laundry service, great value all round. Small con: a little more care cleaning bathrooms wouldn’t go astray.
