The only positive thing was the location. It was convenient for one night. The room was very tired and did not match the photos on Booking at all. There was a lot of noise from the street, including constant honking and music, so it was hard to relax. One of the towels was dirty, but since I was staying alone, I used the second one. There was also a lot of dust inside the wardrobe. The breakfast was not worth it either. If you want a good breakfast, it is better to eat somewhere else. Overall, the room is not worth the money. I have stayed in cheaper places that were much more comfortable.

The property location is very good , in the main market place The Hotel room has a very bad odour n the window facing outside was totally blocked, so it was very suffocating, I basically did not like the rooms at all,

Didn’t stay because they didn’t have the room we booked. So, nothing.. As I said above, they didn’t have the room we booked and tried to put us in a dingy, dirty room with tiny windows that didn’t work for our family.

Room was decent enough and spacious too. Breakfast was good though almost the same everyday and omlette was only served once during my stay. Sauna faculty was decent enough. 1. Pool area can be improved. 2. Front desk staff attitude was rude. We damaged their bed spread and we agreed to pay for it. But after this we observed the cleaning staff took my swimming shorts and discarded it in their bag. When I asked about my missing swim shorts the front desk lady attitude was very arrogant and ignored my request. She made me to go and check in our room many times. And finally I asked her to check in their cleaning area then I found it there. And again her attitude was not like to say sorry for customer. This is one main thing I noted and felt very bad about my entire stay.

The elevator was defective when we arrived at 1pm. We were told that it would be fixed at 3pm. We need to climb the stairs on the 10th floor where they assigned us the 3-bedroom apartment. It was very difficult because we have baby. However, at 8PM, the elevator was not yet fixed and no assurance of having it back to operation. Incidentally, we were able to met in the stairs the elevator technician and asked him how bad the problem was but he just made a sign language that the elevator has a big problem. As we were going 4 times up to the tenth floor (1001) and down to the ground floor gor our luggage and bought some food items, we were very tired. We decided to transfer to another hotel at 8PM, we were supposed to stay there for 4 nights. But we were still asked to pay 1 million VND. We were really disappointed.

The room was spotless, modern, and extremely comfortable, with all the amenities I needed for a perfect stay. The bed was incredibly cozy and the housekeeping team kept everything immaculate. The location is ideal — close to everything, yet quiet enough to relax. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of fresh options every morning. I was especially impressed by the warm hospitality and the attention to detail in every part of the hotel. I truly enjoyed my stay and will definitely return. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, quality, and outstanding service.

I booked 2 bedroom apartment, one of the bathroom doesn't has a shower door that made everywhere wet and messy.

1. Location was very near to sea beach. It was just 5 minutes walking distance. It was in heart of the city and every options were available nearby. 2. Staffs behavior was very good. All were very helpful. 3. Room was also good. Bed was comfortable. Shampoo , shower gel, towels were there inside room. 4. Mini fridge was also there and there was facility of coffee and tea as well inside room. 5. Breakfast was included within room fare. They serve excellent breakfast and it was buffet. You can take adequate breakfast as per your needs. There were many options available. Breakfast coordinator Vi was also helpful and good. 6. Roof top pool, Gym, Sauna , Spa facilities were there inside hotel. apart from Spa every option was free within specific time period. 7. They also provide room service(cleaning). 8.Option of cold drinks, beer, mineral water , chips were also available inside room. Room space was also good. But Beer, Chips, Cold drinks were chargeable though. 9. They also did wake up service. 10. Lift was there inside hotel premises. 1. It could have been better if there was a glass door inside shower area. During shower, water was going inside the toilet since there was no glass door. Only half of the area was guarded by glass. 2. Though it was near to sea, but there was no sea view from room.
