Location is excellent, Facing the beautiful beach and surrounded with lots of restaurants and shop. The staff noticed by themselves my daughter's birthday date which was after two days and brought cake for her ,Thanks a lot for this beautiful gesture. Breakfast dishes need improvement in taste.

I have written previous reviews and continue to feel the same way. Exceptional staff, especially, the food and beverage people, they really take such good care of us. Beautiful and comfortable rooms, nice pool, great location, fast elevators, and one of the few hotels with balconies. The room refrigerators aren't cold.

Cleaning of rooms, especially bathrooms was very hit and miss. The hotel rooms need a deep detailed clean and the staff need training to know how to see what the guest sees…. Nothing worse than turning the tap on when cleaning your teeth than to see build up of gunk around tap and fittings … yuk … Smoke alarms blink bright light in your eyes all night. Stairs to and from pool are a serious trip hazard. I fell on them due to poor lighting and the wet black marble steps not having safety contrast so edge of steps can be seen … nothing was done … many apologies but nothing done to prevent others from falling … sad

Property is in a prime location with amazing beach bar across the road. Staff were so helpful. Helped us book tickets, sent us tour guides info and booked us taxis. Moon and Cindy Lee were amazing

Unfortunately, not two much good things to say. I recommend that people should stay away . After coming in on a long flight from the united states, it was not the warmest of welcomes. We could not get into the room as they gave us A Key that looked like it went through the shredder. Then, after taking the key upstairs to the room, it did not work. It was a very long setup, as we had maintenance, people come in and out as they had to come to try to repair the door about 3 times after each attempt, they made, they said it was successful. But when I tried the lock, it still was not working with the key card. Then they charged us for some towels.. we cleaned up a spill with a towel and they wanted to charge us for the towel. As they're house service, never came to clean and take the towels. we had asked them for clean towels multiple times and they never took the dirty towels. they said it was uncleanable . Last they also turned off the air conditioner on us in the middle of the night in which my wife had to go downstairs and tell them that the room was extremely hot and being that we're in Vietnam with 90 plus humidity and a warm night is it was very uncomfortable to say the least.. But yet they offered us a upgrade from a room in which we declined as we would have had to move several bags and we're only gonna stay there another day and a half. But then to get charged, additionally in which they never stated from the first night that there was an issue but yet offered us and upgrade to the room. I do have a high tolerance, but I will say that I was very vocal on my way out on how unprofessional they handled this and the lack of communication on their part about the towels. The doorman was very nice. He did give us a welcome drink outside of that like I said it went downhill . Very terrible experience. I will tell everyone to, not be attracted by the name called Barcelona. As it will just trick, you and potentially put you into problems..

It is bang opposite to the Maia beach. We booked the room, Premier Double Room with Balcony. We requested a higher floor and they gave us a 15th floor room. From the room and balcony the view was amazing. The staffs were very helpful and cordial. The room and the bed linens were impeccably clean, the buffet was out of the world, with a wide variety of spreads.. Rose was very helpful in assisting us with the tour. In fact all the front desk staffs were very caring and cooperative. All attendants took good care of the guests. I strongly recommend to stay in this hotel. I would also like come back here. They have taken 5,00,000 VND as deposit. This is for if anybody consumes anything from the mini bar. We have stayed in so many hotels in and out of the country, We didn't experience any such thing. At the time of check out they check everything, before they return the deposit money.

Location, staff and the room. The staff were extremely helpful made our stay really enjoyable. The breakfast buffet was just what we needed for a day of sightseeing. The rooms were nice. Good view and great shower I couldn’t stay longer

Spacious room, right on the beach and close to lots of different restaurant options. Breakfast at the hotel restaurant was amazing. Also included is an afternoon tea, which is a nice little perk to have by the pool.
