Plumbing could be better. Toilet sometimes barely flushed.

Room was old but very spacious and like that they clean every day. Breakfast was nice as they keep changing the varieties every day. Probably faster lift service.

Location was great and staff were always ready to help. Everything was clean. The nights could be a bit noisy.

Comfortable room, helpful friendly staff, efficient check in! The breakfast had many options, and I was impressed how staff arranged a taxi for me to next destination that was cheaper than other fares. Also a block away from my khe beach!!

No views. Had a window, looking out on another building. Too many tall buildings crammed together.

Location as it concerns the beach and neighborhood is great. Nice enough staff, good enough room. No hot water. That would be fine if it was hot out, but it wasn't and all those cold showers sucked. There is no fan, ac, or ventilation, so it's stuffy. You can open the door, but then comes the noise from the street (it's quiet from about 130-330a, that's it) and the mosquitoes. I wouldn't call it luxury, or a suite, and the balcony was more of a technicality than anything else.

The location was really good. Plenty of food options within a very short walk. The bed was quite soft. I'm used to a much former bed when in SE Asia. Also the air conditioner worked ok. When I looked at the intake, it was clogged and had not been cleaned in a very very long time.

Very clean hotel, breakfast included, prime location for beach visit and nightlife. Staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful!

Very neat rooms and hotel located well near the beach. Street where this hotel is located is also a bustling place with quite a few restaurants within 100-200 metres.

I stayed at Palazzo Luxury Hotel recently and overall, I found it to be a great value-for-money option with some standout positives and a few areas that could be improved. • The hotel offers great value for the price paid. • Staff were warm, friendly, and always helpful, which made our stay more enjoyable. • Check-in was quick and seamless, which we appreciated after a long journey. • The room was spacious and comfortable, and the hotel’s location was excellent — just a short walk to the beach and surrounded by plenty of food and drink options. It made everything incredibly convenient. • Breakfast was decent considering the boutique size of the hotel. The hotel’s facilities were a little lacking. For example, there was only one lift serving all floors, and it got very crowded during peak periods like check-out. We had to wait quite a while for it to become available. The bed in our room was old and quite creaky, which affected our quality of sleep. While the live music from the bar downstairs added a nice atmosphere, it became disruptive in the evenings as the sound carried into our room. It continued until 11pm, which made it hard to fall asleep early. One major inconvenience was the lack of ironing facilities. The hotel only had one iron for all guests to share, and there was no ironing board provided. We had no choice but to iron our clothes on the bed, which could potentially damage the bedding and cause unnecessary concern about being charged for it. Not much Halal food options for Muslim travellers.

The location. The fact that they had scooters to rent at the reception. The queen bed was like for 4 people :). I booked it last minute due to the amazing 60 or 70% discount, but I had imagined that they would give me the spare rooms. For that amount of money, the room matched the expectations, but not 4stars. Its really close to Maia Beach or Kala Kala. Good for young people that like to party. The breakfast was safe, okay I could say. The smell in the room, humid. The room is a bit dark for my preferences.

We had a very comfortable stay at this hotel, and everything about the experience was excellent. The hotel was neat, clean, and well-maintained, with staff providing outstanding service throughout our stay. Its location is a major highlight — with massage centers nearby, the lively festive vibe around the area, and Beach is just a short distance away, there was always something to enjoy. Another big plus was the availability of Indian restaurants close by, serving some of the best food we had during our trip. Overall, this hotel offers the perfect combination of comfort, cleanliness, great service, and an excellent location, making it a great choice for travelers visiting Danang.

Great location, a few minutes of walking distance to beach and restaurants.

The staff were very nice and friendly. The location is great, 10/10. I didn't use the pool, but the view from that rooftop was Instagram worthy. They had good internet for digital nomads. The breakfast was very good for the price of the room, a lot of variety that changed daily, Asian/ Western, they make your eggs to order. Any issues I had regarding room maintenance were fixed less than 30 minutes after asking the front desk. Less than 5 min. walk to the beach. The rooms are showing their age and could benefit from a little renovation. Everything else was great and I highly recommend as their property is in the center of the tourist area with all the good local and international restaurants. Great value.

Location Stingy. You can’t ever charge your phone or use the refrigerator without the room card. That means you can’t keep things cool to avoid spoilage if you take a trip to the beach. Also the they tried to get me to change currency for a ridiculously bad rate hoping I wouldn’t realize it.

Staff was very helpful and accommodating. There're minors issue with the room, spoke with the staff and they change us to the new room. The rest is fine and comfortable.
