We had a sea view room including breakfast. The room was very comfortable and bigger than I expected. There was a mini fridge with drinks (for a charge), safe, robes and flip-flops for the room. Breakfast was a large buffet with many asian choices. Hotel is right across the street from the beach, but crossing the street is an adventure. The staff were all fantastic and friendly. Almost everyone spoke a good amount of English. They were all helpful. In the room, you have to put the room key in a slot for the power to work. This meant we couldn't charge devices while we were out.

I slept like a baby ? The room with the balcony, spacious and very clean maintained during my stay. The breakfast is abundant, above the average. At one moment the staf even offer me a special coffee from the house ☺️ Now that I mentioned the staff, men they're amazing people. They makes me feel like in the family. Thank you very much guys I will missing you ? No comment ?

Location was amazing you can walk from your room to the sea!!! Right by one of the busy sections of Da Nang great for food and nightlife. Easy to get to anywhere from there safe and secure parking. Staff very friendly and helpful some of which we stay in contact with still. Very good swimming pool. Room was nice and clean and quite with a comfy bed!!! Breakfast was epic with a lot of choice. Everything was just so easy to get or do from this hotel. best part is you can really pop into the sea and back to your room so easy that you do not need to bring anything to the beach except a towel and water - sometimes I just went in shorts and flips and dry walking back to the hotel!!! Loved the fact it was not a high rise hotel like the others on the strip made it seem more intimate and more charming :) Would stay here again for sure. no complaints

Wonderful location facing the beach. Super abundant breakfast well above the average. Spacious dining room with some outdoor tables. Relatively low prices for an outstanding value.

Location was near the beach and reasonably near to many restaurants and eateries. It was quite noisy as my room in level 2 could hear street and vehicle sounds from outside. Sound proofing could be better.

It is the second time I stay in Nesta Hotel and the staff has always been friendly, helpful, and accommodating of reasonable requests. The location is great, right across from the beach, surrounded by nice cafes and some beach bars. The breakfast is very good, with a great variety of food selection and a real espresso machine. The swimming pool is very decent too, next to a garden where you can lay on the grass and appreciate the sun. The bath/bathtube system in our room was not very good, in that it is built in a way that the water always pours to the floor. I hope this can be fixed someway.

We feel so lucky to have stayed at such a warm and thoughtfully designed hotel. The overall style is elegant, with the charm of a private resort, and every member of the staff was kind and welcoming, making us feel truly at ease. A special thank you to Katherine for her heartfelt care — she made our very first visit to Da Nang feel just like coming home. Her recommendations for restaurants and cafés were wonderful, filling our days here with beautiful memories. It was a truly satisfying and memorable trip. Although the SPA provided a discount for hotel guests, the techniques felt a bit inexperienced.

The staff was very kind and always asking if we had any feedback with our room. Location was GREAT, and good breakfast. The only thing was the bath as when you took a shower, the water dripped down the floor and it was inevitable.

Breakfast was great! Plenty of options. Staff very friendly & helpful. The noise from the beach early in the morning woke us up. Loud music, loud microphones. Need a clothes airer for wet clothes to dry on.

Well positioned on the front and set back from the main road with the entrance driveway . Decent pool area with garden area. Very clean and tidy hotel. ALL the staff everywhere, were friendly, polite,professional and helpful . Especially Tuyren, who looked after us with any advice about anything, Food was good with plenty choice at breakfast for European and Asian . We also had a few evening meals there which were very good . Only problem was the bath was higher than the flat surrounding tiles surface , so when showering water would run off onto the bathroom foor .Had to put towels along the edge to soak it up .

We loved our stay at Nesta. It is a beautiful hotel in the perfect location. Literally across the road is the beach and there are plenty of cafes and eateries within walking distance, including mini marts and pharmacies. The breakfast was very good with plenty of options, both western and asian. The rooms are spotless and spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The staff all displayed exceptional customer service; they were so friendly and helpful. The Manager Ms Kim also checked in every day to ensure we were enjoying our stay. The pool area was a beautiful hotel oasis and the facilities at the hotel spa were also very good and reasonably priced. We enjoyed our stay so much it was sad to leave and on our next visit to Danang we would stay here again in a heartbeat.

The staff were excellent, Katherine (Tuyen) helped us a lot with any issues and made us feel very welcome. We had a small issue with our room which was fixed immediately. All of the staff were warm and welcoming.
