Some of the guests were quite loud and inconsiderate with the slamming of the doors but at this price point it can be expected.

Golden Line Hotel can be aptly described as The Beautiful Lady without a Heart. What is the use of beauty without heart? Even though the hotel is in an excellent location, it has a poorly behaved staff. Smile is something missing in their tasks. They behave as if they are running a detention camp for prisoners. However I am surprised by the fact that this hotel is chosen my many travellers only to face shabby treatment from their staff. The only thing I liked is their house keeping. They did their task 10 on 10. The complimentary breakfast is quite good. However the staff at the breakfast area is horrible. They are without smiles and unwilling to serve anyone. They keep frowning at you as if we have come to eat free food. The worst staff I have ever encountered in any hotel I have stayed. I caution future travellers about their ice cold response.

The only thing I did not like was my room neighbouring the next one through a thin wall. During the first night it was harder to be able to fall asleep. The next day my new neighbours were not loud, so it was ok.

Location is good, close to the sea, plenty of restaurants, supermarkets around. But hotel is old, and not so well maintained. Phone was broken, I asked for second towel and they couldn’t give it because: “it’s just one towel per person”. Wow… Never in my life I was refused given second towel by a hotel. Breakfast was good, the only plus. Old, weird rules, broken things.

Location is good. The rooms are really small. The room floors were wet and dirty when we arrived. We had loud neighbors and when we told reception about them they just dismissed it and told us it is expected.

Wi-Fi Shower head brocken , water leaking on the floor outside shower , aircon didnt work well in the morning , room small and depressing, breakfast terrible, cold coffe every day , food tasted strange , one lady in reception not so friendly , rest of the staff was nice and friendly

Very nice pool and view on rooftop. We didn't have the bed we booked and we had better breakfast elsewhere. Otherwise very good.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. They gave us nice recommendations. We liked that it was well located next to some delicious seafood restaurants, massage places and close to the beach. The room was too small. We couldn't leave our suitcase open and it was not sound proof. We could hear the neighbors watching TV and the doors slamming.
