It’s always clean. Fire pit is always available we go and enjoy a good bbq because u can use the grills. Rooms are the best. Love their staff always friendly and helpfull. My number #1 is the oatmeal love it. Coffee is always deleted so that’s a negative it’s very water down. But other than that love to stay here highly recommend it. They always accommodate to my needs.

Inside of the room was good but the outside could be better.. carpet, elevator and light

Staff were very helpful and went out of their way to find ways to help us. We were evacuated and they were very kind. They lent us a toaster oven and helped my husband search for a place to charge his car. The room was very clean and it was easy to take our dog for a will through the sliding door.

I was just about to give this hotel a 4.0 rating, but not after seeing my bill and a hidden $12/night parking fee. This is ridiculous! You must know that this hotel is in a corporate business park in the suburbs. I don’t know a single business in Cypress that charges for parking, let alone one in such a remote area. I’ve been staying here for more than 30 years, but this insult will not stand.

It was clean. Unfortunately, the sound inflation was not good. We could hear babies crying in the next room, we could hear every time somebody close their door to the hallway, we could hear the air conditioner and or heater as appropriate to the season whenever it came on, it was a loud blast of air, which made it hard to sleep at night. On Balance, the mattress was comfortable and we were served well. The breakfast both mornings was good.

Parking lot was extremely small and hotel was rundown. Rooms are nice, but not very clean. Garbage disposal had a bad odor that filled the suite.

I stayed for 3 nights with 4 children. The rooms, pool, hot tub, and eating areas were clean. Kids loved the heated pool and hot tub. The selection of breakfast foods was good. No complaints from the kids. Walking distance to other restaurants. Plenty of parking spaces. Easy access to an entrance near our room from the parking lot.

The stay was great! I liked how big the rooms were and the large refrigerator and breakfast was great! Pool was excellent. It’s great for families with kids close to amusement parks and the rooms also had a nice kitchen that you can cook in and came with dishes!!! I loved it and so did my kids. The only issue I had was occupants in the room above us stomped all night and day as it was deliberately, I had to complain to front desk nothing was done about it, so If you plan to stay there ask for top floor.

The stay was fabulous. The room was perfect, two queens with an additional queen pull out sofa. The kitchen came with everything you need. The pool was in eye sight from our balcony. They had bbq pit and a fire pit which was nice. The only thing we didn’t enjoy was the continental breakfast. I would give the food a 2 out of 10 starts

2 things...Parking is $12 not $10 as listed on the Hotels.com site. Also, maybe the food staff could re-organize the "hot" breakfast items, so people don't attack it from both sides.

Dirty bathroom. The vent was very dusty. The shower had mold in the grout. It looked like the shower wasn't cleaned before my arrival. There was trash under the bed. Otherwise a nice place. Not much around it.

From the moment we entered until leaving, everyone catered to your needs. Trish, front desk, moved the luggage cart to an end of hall entrance closer to our car's parking spot for easier use. The breakfast staff ensured there was adequate food, dishes, tables clean and cleared, etc. The room included a full kitchen, separate bedroom with charging stations that worked and 2 TVs with couches. The ice machine and a purified water machine was present.

Poolside was good could have been heated a little bit more.

My room on the first floor had the cutest entrance to the outdoor seating area. I was so happy to know I had a sliding door that actually opened.

It was a smooth experience, I could've extended my stay here longer but had to leave. I only stayed for 1 night, receptionists are exceptional, very kind and accommodating, the hotel even gave us a map layout where our room was and everything else was. Everything was convenient, there were microwave and a fridge in our room, smart tv as well. Our room had a kitchen where we can cook! I believe the security deposit is just $100, didn't have to pay for parking when we arrived there. Breakfast was awesome, they had miso soup as well. I would definitely book my stay here again in the future.

I checked in at 5pm and the staff informed me that my room wasn’t ready. I don’t understand why a room wasn’t available by that time because checkout was at 11am. On top of that, I suppose they’re doing some renovations or something because about ten parking spaces are taken up by their equipment. Lastly, we have a room for five, we have three children. The staff informed us that they were all out of extra blankets. I’ve stayed here before and it was not like this. I’d never recommend this place now!

Room did have a musty smell but tolerable (inclement weather during our stay.) Everything about our stay was 5 stars including Staff @ Check in. This is our go to hotel for Cypress. Always clean, great options for food, easy parking and great staff! Will return and recommend to our family and friends.

We have been coming to hotel for many years. (Even Before covid) one of the thing that made this hotel great was the Breakfast. It was one up compare to other hotels. But in the last year thos hotel Breakfast became basic and seems that they have down grade the food quality. Its a bummer because we really like this place.

Overall it was mediocre. Out shower was really gross and the HVAC system in the room was really loud. The staff was really nice though and provided excellent service at the front desk. We stayed at another hotel around the area that was much nicer albeit it cost a little bit more.

How wonderful everybody was truly super wonderful. The staff was amazing. The only thing that I could say was bad was the pressure. My sink The water was terrible and the sink water did not go down. It just filled up, so there was plumbing issues. But outside of that, everything was amazing.

I’ve stayed at several of these hotels and have never been charged these charges. My other thing is the beds were not comfortable at all. They were hard.

Room was clean but strong mildew smell. We were told this hotel begins renovation next month. I personally love this hotel. The rooms are large, the breakfasts are great and i love the hot tub! We plan to stay here again after the renovations are complete.

There was no upright-style exercise bicycle, only a recumbent bike and a spinning bike. - Breakfast was very good, with coffee/tea, a rice and miso broth bar, fruit, yogurt, oatmeal, cereals, pancakes sausage, eggs, and toast.

The stay was great. The staff was friendly and the room was very clean. The bathroom set up was a bit strange and you can't open the bathroom door all the way as it hits the entry hall wall. Someone using a wheelchair or scooter would not have easy access. You have to stand between the counter and the toilet to use the sink which I found weird. The shower was great.

I could still see hair from the last person as if the floor wasn’t swept, but overall everything else looked great!

This facility was poorly made. You could tell that is was a rushed job for sure. The shower door opened one way so you had to jump in and turn the shower on while being hit with freezing cold water. There was no way around that. The water pressure was amazing though. The bed was pretty comfortable but the blankets terrible! Luckily I bring my own. We paid for an extend amount of time after the check out time. So instead of checking out at 12, we paid $100 to stay until 4pm. So I was under the impression we would have privacy. Wrong. They had some man do “room checks” so I was laying in bed and some man from the hotel opened my door peeked his head in and said “room check” like what is that??? There is plenty of parking. Not once did maid service clean our room during our stay so our trash was piling up .. we had to go down for new towels. It gets either really hot or really cold in the room .. so 70 is burning hot and 69 is freezing cold. The tv is old, as well as the remote .. there is almost 0 lighting. Most of the staff were great but we did run into one that wanted to challenge us on a conversation we had with the manager as if he was there during the discussion. His favorite thing to say was convey. “That wasn’t conveyed to us” “I don’t think you understand what I’m trying to convey” like just go sit back over there and let us do what we are doing.

Arrived at property, asked for a balcony room, worker taught i was just a smocker, heaven forbid we get fresh air instead of hotel AC. Pool didnt have towels, room was dirty... limited night parking... asked to stay an additional 30min and leave at 1pm instead of 12:30pm and i was asked to pay.. place was dirty and nothings been updated for a while.. neighbors were a pain and you could wakeup from every footstep and movement

We have stayed at this location for over 15 years and have always enjoyed it. The staff is excellent. This time it was very noticeable that the property needs to be totally refurbished. Carpets are stained and surfaces are worn and sticky. Room smelled like pets and ?, small children use the hot tub. I hope they redo it, as we love the location and hot breakfast, but doubt we will stay here in the future, unless it's redone. For the price, it's too run down.

Overall I would give it 3.5 stars simply because of the parking fee and for the fact that they would not accept the card the reservation was made on. The $10 parking fee tells me that the property is just milking money from its bookings. Price it in your pricing not nickel and dime the client, this is bad all around.

Curtains too old and DIRTY

I booked my friend’s family that are visiting town to this hotel since it’s the closest to our house. I was told that the services provided by this hotel was amazing. They also enjoyed the breakfast that they offered. The room was spacious and clean. I would definitely book at this hotel again.

Room was absolutely disgusting. Mold around shower and windows. Baseboards had coffee stains and dust. Would have asked for another room, but was told at check in that they were completely booked.

Jacuzzi would be a nice addition. Rooms are a bit older. Loved the bed sheets but the mattress felt well used. BREAKFAST was always good. My husband just requests that sausage is an option every day. Excellent staff.

I was overall satisfied with our stay. The staff were very friendly. Breakfast was great with plenty of options. I do have to say for the brand though I did expect more of a comfortable bed. The suite was very spacious. It was a pretty quiet stay. The location was partly industrial and businesses close by. There was a Chili’s right next door.

The beds were NOT comfortable, you could feel individual springs, next to the bed the curtains had stains on them. The pillows were plush appearing but paper thin when pressed. The restroom had mold in the caulking - i definitely expected regular maintenance checks to ensure high standards. The living room curtains/ shades had holes in them and were very used, causing the front colored one to be misaligned. The sofa bed is terrible, you feel multiple bars in your back and has a nasty stain on the back side. Carpets were dirty like needing to be washed. The breakfast was very disappointing, slimy ham, soggy waffles - which BTW were not labeled correctly and contained wheat. My partner is extremely allergic to wheat and had we not asked to see the box (Eggo waffles btw) he could have gone into anaphylactic shock. Eggs were okay and fruit was limited. Next day, After a long day at Knotts we walked into a room unmade, I walked down stairs and spoke to a gentleman who actually talked back about me requesting housekeeping.

The property itself was immaculate. The rooms were spacious, well-appointed, & designed with comfort in mind. It was clear that the housekeeping team takes great pride in their work because not only was the room spotless, but the bathrooms & dining areas were also exceptionally clean. The location is also fantastic—safe, quiet, & conveniently situated near all the attractions we needed. Whether you’re planning to visit Disneyland, nearby shopping, or restaurants, everything is within a short drive. We felt completely secure walking around the area, which added to the peace of mind during our stay. Another highlight was the amenities offered. The breakfast spread each morning was fresh & delicious, & we loved that there were so many options to choose from. The dining area was comfortable, & we never had to worry about finding a spot to sit. It was clear that the hotel takes pride in providing a positive experience for its guests. Overall, my stay at Hyatt House exceeded my expectations.

Very accommodating for six people! Property is safe and secure and very comfortable. Staff we're very helpful and friendly! Breakfast was really good and it changed every day. I had a very disappointing experience at this place. Upon arrival, I discovered bed bugs in my room, and I have pictures as proof. The area was also extremely noisy, with homeless people walking around at night, making it feel very unsafe. I called for cleaning services, but they never showed up, which added to my frustration. I would not recommend staying here and will not be returning.

I've stayed at Hyatt House Cypress 3x. I have no complaints re: the room & complimentary breakfast. I can't say the same about the confusion I experienced with the front desk staff during checkout on day after Xmas. I paid for the room when I booked it, but was charged a $200 deposit to my card when I checked in. The Mgr. suggested I charge it as Credit instead of Debit because he said debit takes longer to get your money back. I chose to charge it as Credit, but I couldn’t understand why debit took longer since it's like handing someone cash. When I checked out I asked the lady at the desk when the $186.00 balance would be credited back to my card. (I only spent $14.00 for parking). She said it wasn't actually charged to my card & should disappear within a few days. After I left, I called my bank & was told it was an actual "Pending" charge that had already been deducted from my account. I called the hotel & ended up talking to Christian, who told me I had no choice how it was charged to my card & he didn’t know when the money would be refunded. I asked for the number to the Corp office. When I called & explained the situation they transferred me back to the hotel & I got Christian again. I asked for the Corp number again & he rudely told me "I gave it to you when you called before & you even repeated it to me." That really made me mad. It's been 5 days since then & the charge is still on my account. I will not stay there again. My bank has suggested I dispute the charge.

We stayed at the Hyatt for 3 nights and overall it was good. The staff were professional and kind. They offer hot breakfast every morning and it does have variety of options. The area around the hotel is quiet and generally safe. In addition, the location of the hotel is very centralized. Parking is easy however they do charged $7 per night. The property itself is a bit outdated. Definitely, the carpet in the room needs to be changed as well as the vents need to be cleaned.
