Excellent Hotel, very clean, comfortable and a great service.

Very nice hotel but the jacuzzi operates only when you reserve it. And it’s basically a bathtub. Good breakfast and very nice facilities tho. 15 walk to downtown. Jacuzzi felt like false advertising.

Comfy beds at a walkable distance to the city centre. We loved our time in Cusco, and this hotel was part of the experience. The breakfast is varied enough too.

I loved the Jacuzzi on the roof. It was a fantastic view. Also, the entertainment by Peruvian indigenous musicians at breakfast - a very lovely surprise for me. The long walk to the main square/plaza was good because I got some exercise and knew more about the surroundings and different shops. My room as a single occupancy was cosy and comfortable. Nice accommodation, fit for purpose. Nice getaway Staff was helpful in showing you the plazas and surrounding shops and markets. I wish the accommodation was all inclusive. Nonetheless, lunch and dinner could be provided at additional cost. No balcony attached to the rooms

The service at the front desk. We booked the hotel under my husband's name, who is a united state's citizen. I have a green card, and my residency is in the United States for more than 10 years.anyways i don't live in Peru. For that reason, I don't pay taxes in Peru even though I have even been a peruvian citizen. They asked for the IDs of everyone who was staying on the room I showed my peruvian I'd my husband's American passport but that reason even if just one peruvian citizen was ocupaying the room we supposed to pay taxes. It had never happened to us never in any of the paces we had stayed in my home country. The employee at the front desk didn't want to give any solutions. I asked him to call his manager, and obviously, he was so helpful and understanding and came to explain that my green card was enough to void us from the tax fee. I don't like when employees don't look forward to helping guests or customers who are being proactive. Then my husband got bit by a straight dog, and when we came to the hotel, they didn't even have a first aid kid. Only band aids and alcohol. Not aspiring, ibuprofen, or antibiotic ointment.. for 4 starts hotel really embarrassing it's lack of everything.

I love the location of the hotel: central and easily accessible to everything. No negative comments.

Hotel staff were very friendly, helped us with alot of things like tours and even gave us a breakfast box for early morning trips. Hotel is very clean with a really good restaurant which is very convenient if you don't want to head out. Location is about 15 mins walk from the main square although it is quite uphill. Air con wasn't very good in our room in particular but didn't complain because cusco wasn't really hot. The mini bar made alot of noise so we ended up unplugging it to sleep.

We had a lovely time staying at Jose Antonio Cusco, staff is really friendly and accomodating.

Well appointed hotel. Great staff Welcome drink on arrival and looked after bags whilst we travelled elsewhere for a couple of days. A good location close to Wanchaq bus station ( for trips to Machu Picchu) and a short stroll into town centre. Recommended Provide some milk for making tea in the room - don’t charge $10 for a small glass.

We had a friendly check-in process. The location and cleanliness of the hotel was good. Since the hotel is centrally located, we were able to travel comfortably. We needed a computer and the hotel staff said we could use the common area computer in the back. The staff was very helpful. The area around the hotel wasn't too alarming in terms of security since hotel security was waiting outside the hotel gate, but we did feel a little uneasy about the homeless people sleeping in the park while we were walking to the 24-hour supermarket nearby. Our own internet did not work in the room. Although the hotel had internet on the first day, the internet was not available on the second day and it was not fixed.
