The hotel didn't have any complimentary drinking water in the room, when you arrived late. The room didn't have a coffee maker or electric cattle although there was a small kitchen. There were no spoons, although cups were present. It was very cold and noisy in the room due to low quality windows.

I like the place in general , clean room , stuff very nice and friendly , love the breakfast and how cool stuff were when I asked for hot water for my tea at nights Just the garden could be nice if we can were outside …it was kinda of messy

Staff were very nice and helpful with recommendations for restaurants, shopping, and laundry. The hotel is within walking distance to the bus to Machu Picchu and and the train to Lake Titicaca.

Clean, secure, modern facility with plenty of hot water and comfortable bed. I recommend. And a full breakfast provided. The room had some glass blocks on a wall and when someone entered the hall, the hall light would go on and would shine into the room. Not a big issue.

Once inside the property it is very nice and quiet. From the outside it doesn’t seem it. The property is on a ‘normal’ street away from the tourist hotspots - I quite like this as you can escape the tourism vibe. It’s a little walk to get to the tourist bit but only about 10 mins and I found lots of different ways to go so you see more. At first when you approach the property you do think that maybe it’s a little rough but once inside it’s all good.

Nice hotel in a convenient location. The beds are comfortable and they have a pretty good breakfast. The best part is the staff. They are awesome.
