We arrived earlier than the check in time, and inquired if our room was already available, we were told that we could get it earlier for an additional charge that was almost a price for one night. This never happened to me before, usually if the room is already available, they give it to you.

Clean, big, nice style, all the necessary amenities. The room was a little compact with the big bed.

Hotel rooms bathrooms has issues with Tap and some of the people in our group has issues with Leaking roof

The only minor issues were that the water pressure in the shower was a bit low and there was no holder for the shower head. Other than that, everything was perfect. We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily come back again!

Pleased to have staff on duty available for questions and support with taxis to and from airport. Breakfast had lots of options.

The room was really nice, sunny and ventilated and location is great. Towels were old — they must have been good in the past, but by now they were rough and frayed — and I think they should be replaced, considering the hotel’s category. The facilities are in need of some maintenance and updating, and the breakfast could offer better quality products (there were plenty of options, but not necessarily good ones)
