Nothing It was very very cold in the room I checked in late, the restaurant at the hotel was open but had only 2 dishes from the long menu It was loud music in the hotel at night The room had its only window to the reception area Quite a strange place

Good location Charged my credit card 3 times the price of my booking. Staff repeatedly told me that they couldn’t refund for 7 days after it took me an hour to prove that the charge was incorrect. Paper thin walls Broken fridge / no mini bar as advertised. Staff in reception really unhelpful and never once apologised for their mistake. No offer of compensation either.

The check in was smooth and easy. The hours for breakfast were early enough to encompass tours. The room overlooking the street was so noisy we were unable to sleep and had to be moved. The room service was not good. For a hotel that knows that many occupants will experience some level of altitude sickness and need room service, it was disappointing that at times the kitchen was closed or you would be told to call back because they were busy. They forgot our drinks and anything that was supposed to be hot was lukewarm at best. If I was not battling altitude sickness and was able to leave my room for meals, I would not eat there at all. I also got gastroenteritis while there. Finally, when they say they provide oxygen, they mean you are allowed 5 minutes of oxygen in the lobby.

Very good location. Breakfast was also good. Reception area was noisy and music started very early in the morning which is not good for rooms facing there.

Location was great. Rooms were comfortable. Staff were not very helpful. We didn’t get the requested room.

Location The reception was horrible. She wasn't polite. I think she tried to make our stay as difficult as much as she can.I can not understand why the drinking water is very expensive. And they take for me an extra charge for the local taxes even though I paid with my personal card.
