I really enjoyed the breakfast, the staff's hospitality and the location of the hotel itself. I'm really glad I had the opportunity to stay here. It did not disappoint.
-
Big room, good breakfast selections, comfortable beds, hot water in shower. Nothing bad to say about it.
-
Close to everything you need. Eggs and fresh fruit for breakfast to start your day. Comfortable bed. Good hot shower.
-
It was quite cold at night and the heaters didn’t always heat the room up properly.

This was my second time staying here and it didn’t disappoint. The staff are so welcoming and helpful, the room is so comfortable and clean and the breakfast is the best!!! I highly recommend anyone visiting Cusco to stay here. Excellent value for money and in a central location:
-
Breakfast was very good, hot cocoa tea 24 hours at the Reception, Good hot water showers, no issues. Nil ( Those who have mobility issues need to ask for ground floor room as there is no lift)
-
I stayed an extra night with my tour group after hiking the Inca Trail to Machu Picchu. The rooms are very comfortable, quiet, and the buffet breakfast is wonderful!! Highly recommend this spot in Cusco.

The room was big and comfortable. It had radiator and a hair dryer which Is really nice. Also the location great. The breakfasts is great. The laundry service is expensive. Sometimes we didn’t have a hot water in the shower (not necessarily cold but not warm enough). But it was not a lot of time.
-
Was a little noisy at night as most rooms have bathrooms opening up into a shared atrium. The two main roads to the hotel have very narrow footpaths - which made it difficult to get to amidst the buzzing traffic.
-
The property was clean, the beds were comfortable and the shower was wonderful with lovely warm water. I didn’t like climbing the stairs to the 3rd floor especially on the 1st day in Cusco, there was no room available on the 1st floor.

Great location, walking distance to Plaza de Armas. Breakfast is amazing, huge buffet with all kinds of options and cook to order eggs! Construction going on for an elevator was noisy. Once finished however this will be an amazing stay!
-
They dont have elevator. There is a bar next to the hotel and it was noisy but the music was turned off at 11 pm.
-
Location. Floors not clean but works ongoing to install a lift. It was cold.

Breakfast was more than adequate, there was plenty of variety. Cheeses and breads could have been a little fresher. Eggs made to order, with a smile! Lobby had filtered water. All rooms have safes. 24 hour front desk. Laundry service hours are more convenient (but slightly more expensive) than surrounding places. There are small convenience stores all around. For USA visitors: This is a standard South American hotel. You will get two bath towels, two hand towels, a bathmat, no washcloths. Bring your own hair conditioner. Soap and shampoo are in packets that you rip open. Front desk staff, always helpful, speaks little English but we made do with phones. 1st floor rooms can be noisy. No elevator to the higher rooms - 2nd floor was the sweet spot. One morning we needed breakfast at 6AM on the dot, and not everything was ready.
-
Super hot water, comfy beds, heater for room, and great breakfast!!! Nothing!!!
-
Excellent breakfast and very attentive service from the young lady that was at the breakfast room.
-
Everything was fabulous. The staff were always there to help, the breakfast was abundant, the location was ace. Great hot shower with fantastic pressure. Drinking water and hot tea freely available. Laundry service was quick. The lights shone into the room from the landing in the evening making it difficult to sleep, maybe need to be dimmed or lamps used?

Location TV wasn’t smart TV to have access to Netflix
-
Walking distance to the historical city of Cusco, amazing environment. Cool Spanish vibes.
