Good location, cozy space.

The interior of the hotel and the rooms is very cute, and everything felt clean and new. We also really enjoyed the breakfast - there was a great selection every morning. The staff was very kind and helpful, especially with our bags, and the front desk team was always super nice and welcoming. We stayed there with our toddler, and overall we think it’s a really good option for families visiting Cusco.

Excellent variety of foods for breakfast. Location was amazing… So close to everything. The staff was very accommodating and stored our luggage for us while we did some shopping and before we left for home. Additionally, they arranged a large taxi for us at an excellent price. More firm beds but this is more of a preference than a complaint

The service was amazing. Everyone was friendly and willing to do anything to make your stay the best. The ambiance is authentic and inviting. My family and I enjoyed eating together around the fireplace.

Very clean and cute hotel. Good location downtown. Helpful and kind staff. There is no insulation between the door and the hallway. I was woken in the night and early morning by people talking in the hallway because it sounded like it was literally right next to me.

The location is great. The outside area is very quiet, and also they have a good breakfast. Pictures are deceiving. The room was very small, I had no window and after I complain they gave me another room with a very tiny window, but it was right below the kitchen, that means that by 5AM the noise was awful and we couldn’t sleep anymore.

Gorgeous hotel with multiple courtyard spaces. The decor is beautiful. The staff was kind and helpful. Breakfast is tasty. Location is ideal. The internet Wi-Fi was very weak and caused repeated problems as my spouse needed to accomplish some work while we were there. Room was a bit loud. Could hear other guests and loud talking, cleaning staff, and other miscellaneous noises all through the night. Lastly, the hot water took a long time to warm up.

Clean and comfortable bed I felt insecure as anybody can walk in straight to your door. I was on the first floor and anybody could walk in and the windows were not very secure.

The staff was lovely and so kind. They packed breakfast bags for early morning excursions and ensured we had a good stay. The location is unparalleled and close to all the main attractions in Cusco. Perfect as a place to stay when you're busy exploring all that the Cusco area has to offer. More sunlight from the windows / some rooms were hallway based and couldn't get direct sun.

The hotel was lovely and clean, perfectly located near everything I needed. I must give a special shout out to Beatriz, who went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable. Her pleasant demeanor and accommodating nature truly stood out. Thank you once again for the outstanding hospitality.

One of my favourite stays in my South America trip. Feels a lot more expensive than what it is. Lovely warm showers and luxury bathroom, much need after hiking and activities. Staff really welcoming and nice. Nothing
