Water view Breakfast Housekeeping needs training or to be overseen. Room was not that clean. Sheets looked a mess and floors in the bathroom were definitely NOT mopped between visitors.

We stayed here on our way back home from a trip to New York. At first we were hesitant to spend a little more come here instead of a place along the expressway, but we experienced such a relaxing evening and night that it was well worth it and I’d do it again. The hotel is very pretty. It smells so fresh. The view along the river was tranquil. The rooms were so spacious. The walls seemed thick - I did not hear another person the whole time we were in our room. The pool area was lovely and I enjoyed a half hour swim. We ordered room service from the on site restaurant and it was excellent. We enjoyed the buffet breakfast there the next morning. There were a lot of other details we really liked. I’ll just mention one more for the sake of a review that’s too lengthy: the beds!!!! So comfortable and fresh. We both slept so well. I also appreciated the generous noon check-out. We didn’t feel rushed to get out in the morning which added to our relaxing experience at this hotel. Excellent experience!

The front desk was exceptional I believed Jeff was at the front. Staff was understanding and patient. the room was great and was exactly what was seen on the website but exceeded my expectations. me and my wife enjoyed it and plan on making that our hotel of choice during any visit that we make to Ohio in the future. N/A

We don't recommend this hotel at all. Housekeeping and maintenance very bad. My daughter got a blanket completely filled with dark mold, absolutely disgusting and unhealthy, and worse than that when we asked to changed it they did it but left the filthy one in the floor in the middle of the room. Disgusting. We will not came again.

Nothing. This was an absolutley horrifying, racist experience. We arrived at approximately 12:30 a.m. with a valid reservation, only to find the front desk unattended for an extended period of time. After waiting and attempting to locate an employee behind the counter area, a front desk staff member named Mike suddenly approached us in an aggressive and confrontational manner. Rather than assisting us professionally, the employee became hostile, accused us of wrongdoing for attempting to locate hotel staff, and ultimately refused to honor our reservation. We were then ordered to leave the property in the middle of the night, and the police were called despite the fact that we were paying guests attempting to check into a confirmed reservation. Being turned out onto the street after midnight with no accommodation — particularly after being treated aggressively by hotel staff — was one of the worst experiences my family has had, and we've lived all over the world.. I also believe that if both my wife and I had been White, we would've received a different reception. Mike wouldn't even look at my wife, who is Latina, during an extended exchange. This was NOT an isolated incident. The three cops who showed up after Mike called the police (wasting taxpayer dollars) were very nice, but said they couldn't do anything to force the Sheraton to honor our reservation and admit us. They rolled their eyes and told us that Mike does this on a frequent basis. HOW IS SHERATON ALLOWING THIS TO HAPPEN?

The staff was super friendly and helpful, breakfast was tasty, dinner was great too. Loved the views of the river from the restaurant. It was surprisingly quiet for hosting a wedding that evening, and because of how busy it was for the Rubber Duck Festival! We didn't use them, but the pool and the exercise room both looked great. The location was walkable and fun for lots going on this weekend!

Clean and nice location. Had paid on booking.com. Told the girl behind desk. She claimed she needed my card for incidentals and ended up charging me full price plus another 60. Once I brought it to her attention, the man working with her assured me he would fix it. Still not fixed yet.

Room was clean and the furnishings, especially the bed, were very comfortable. We had a river view which did not disappoint. The only thing we didn't like was that the toilet is extremely loud as it refills, so it will certainly wake up everyone if used in the middle of the night! It took a bit for the shower water to get hot too. We ended up going somewhere else for breakfast, but I've heard the buffet is good. I do wish they listed the price somewhere so it would be easier to plan whether to dine there. There are some great alternatives in town -- Molly Brown's, The Blue Door, etc. I would also heartily recommend going across the street to check out the Jenks (combining a coffee house, intimate bar/music venue, used book & antiques shop, and an amazing art gallery).

Very clean rooms especially the bathroom. Cliff the front desk clerk was very friendly and super helpful. He made me feel as if he loves his job.Very comfortable beds as well as spacious suite. I will definitely stay there again for a staycation.
