Easy check in, clean facility, nice bedding, quiet. There was no hair dryer in my room. I didn’t eat breakfast but the coffee was great. Good location for going to Lake Lanier.

I liked the location of the hotel; for me it was close to shopping, restaurants, etc. Like many hotels, the walls are thin, I could hear people snoring in the next room. Overall it was a positive experience.

I have stayed here twice and had good experiences. The front desk clerk is very friendly and helpful. The only drawback was the maids were talking very loudly outside my room in the morning and woke me up. But I would still stay there again.

The room and hotel as a whole was very clean and comfortable. I rated low due to over paying by $30 and no one being able to help me. Expedia said $162 was due at check in but it was actually $192 that the hotel asked for.

Tried to call Booking.com but unable to get anyone to answer. Hotel states Booking.com changed my reservation type. Booked a room specifically with 2 queen beds but showed up to 1 king bed. We only booked this room because it showed the 2 double beds were available on booking.com. Hotel would not change or help in anyway. Asked for an additional pillow and blanket and the hotel said they did not have any. Overall the experience was not good.

For two nights we had to listen to equipment vibrations, grinding sounds and humming sounds vibrating through the walls of the room. Also, the mini refrigerator in the room hummed constantly. I WILL know what questions to ask the next time I stay at one of your establishments!!!

Clean The tub was slippery on bottom and if you took a bath the body wash bottle was out of reach. The toilet flush handle did not work properly. It stuck in flushed position. If you did not move it back the toilet would continue to run. Maintenance tried to fix it the first night but was not successful. It was like that for all 4 days.

Room is clean and comfortable. But Guest service is very bad. Front desk rep is not treating customers friendly. We waited more than 3 hours to get the room. I understand the check-in time is 3PM. But she made all customers to wait until 3 PM instead of checking in as the room gets ready. I never had such a terrible check-in experience.

It's in a decent part of town, and it's convenient to the hospital (which is why I was there). I stayed from Thursday- Monday and did not receive room service once. Saturday morning I put the towels on the bathroom floor in a pile, assuming that I was helping the cleaning staff. I came back extremely late and sweaty (partying) Sunday early morning hours to no clean towels and was also out of toilet paper! My sister addressed the issue with the front desk staff, we were given what we needed but it felt undercut. Sunday we prepared for a wedding in the morning. We left around 8am and returned to the room still not attended to. The breakfast was nice and convenient however it doesn’t change much and the options were slim. Very good though especially since it was free.

Our stay was short

Getting ready to swim as we had just checked out the pool. They had earlier posted that the heater was out in the pool but it was still open. Then we changed went back down and they posted a sign that said it was closed till Tuesday. Whole reason I picked the hotel was so my kids could use the indoor pool. Could have got cheaper accommodation without a pool.

My stay was horrible. I stay here once a month for work and this time there was absolutely no WIFI or TV. Also when I checked out I was told they didn’t even know that I was in that room! How dangerous is that! This stay was the worse one I’ve encountered.

The location and rooms were great! The staff checked us out on the very first night when I had booked a 2 night stay thru booking.com. Then once I went down and got that sorted out so we didn't have to leave. The second night they called our room five minutes before the ten o'clock quite time complaining that my three year old was being to loud. I packed our stuff and checked out. I'm really disappointed with staff at this location. I drove six hours to stay here and paid 370.00 dollars to stay here for literally 27 hours at max. On top of that I was charged full price! I'm very upset!

We had multiple issues with our keys for our room. We were locked out of our room 5 times in two days. The clerk suspected the batteries in the lock need changing but they didn’t have any maintenance staff.

We travel that area 3 times a year for family visits. This was the first stay there. Rooms were clean. No musky smells. Staff were very friendly, from management to cleaning staff. We will be using this hotel from now on. Btw, there is a great Korean restaurant next door, try it.

The staff was amazing! Everyone was so helpful. We had a large group staying at the hotel, and staff and management were very accommodating. I would definitely recommend, and will stay there again if I’m ever in the area.

We were on the 4th floor. The Wi-Fi did not work. The toilet world run after flushing so had to jiggle the handle to make it stop. The elevators could be cleaner.

Initially there was a problem with the reservation. I was confirmed for one king size bed and when we arrived the front desk said it was two double beds. I showed my confirmation that was sent via email, explained my husband was very tall, they put us in an available one king size bed room. Very service oriented and we stayed an extra night.

It’s conveniently located near the commercial area of the town. There were kids next door screaming and laughing running up and down the floor between 1 am and 2 am. I can’t sleep when I’m woken up and when I went to the front desk to complain the person at the desk heard them. I think it was ridiculous for me to tell him to take care of it. Each time I needed help, I would stand at the front desk for minutes and scream before someone would answer.

The hotel is in a great location. It felt like a very safe area, the breakfast was good and there is tons of places to eat in the area. If shopping is your thing then you’re in going to be pleased.

Terrible experience - would never stay here again. The pull out couch was stained and not able to be slept in. Had to purchase another room. The shower would not drain. Pool looked gross. Felt very unsafe in this hotel. Smelled like weed & could hear dog barking all night.

It was a really nice stay. The room was very clean, beds comfortable. It was quiet. In a real easy place to get too. Restraunts, stores, all within 5 minutes of the hotel. Breakfast was great. Good variety. My only complaint is the elevator was unnerving to ride on. We were on the top floor. It made awful grinding type noises going to and from. It actually shimmied once when a person got off ahead of us. It did not feel safe. My son and neice were very afraid of it as well.

Reasonable price, appreciate the free breakfast, bed was comfy

This hotel was ok. It wasn’t the worse place I have ever stayed. The staff however did not impress me at all. We arrived early before check in and asked if our room was ready. The man at the front counter told me to check back in about an hour and the room maybe ready. After an hour I went back to the front desk and he was short with me and didn’t not even attempt to check to see if the room was ready. I sat in the lobby and not five minutes after I was told rooms weren’t ready, a gentleman came in and he instantly got his key even though he was early as well. The front desk staff was not what I am used when staying at other hotels of multiple different chains. I understand if rooms aren’t ready, but when you weren’t even willing to check and we’re rude when I asked at your recommended time.

The hotel was very clean and well organized. Shower pressure was very impressive and the Dove shower products were top notch. The breakfast was probably one of the best we’ve had in a hotel.

My only complaint was that the sound proofing of the rooms was not that great. It was hard to sleep with doors slamming and loud footsteps from above. It sounded like people were stomping on the floor.

It is a nice place stay if you’re visiting Lake Lanier.

This is a great location and the room was large. Plenty of counter space in the bathroom. The staff was great and responsive. However, I would have liked to have had two comfy chairs to watch TV. There was only one and it was a King size bedroom so one would normally assume two people would be using the room. The "chair" was not a normal chair - it was one of those that is long so you have to put your legs up. Those are not very ergonomic.

Great stay, quiet and clean. Just disappointed that breakfast didn’t start until 7 am on weekends. Was up and out before then.

Good food

First the staff is so nice and tries, but the toilet in the room was so hard to flush even after repairs. Room I stayed in was missing grout on the ceramic floor tiles. Can I say that it is so loud. Staff doesn’t seem to have control over individuals staying in the rooms. They let them run wild. Noise all night long. Kids running around jumping overhead until 1:30am. I found gum on my door, which is really sad because the facility was trying to remodel.

Near of all I need.

Very overpriced for an average property. Room was clean but a mild unpleasant odor throughout the building. Staff was very friendly and helpful. A family member was ill in Georgia so I flew down and needed a simple place to stay for a couple of night. It was just right for my needs.

Great experience. Only issue was not anything the hotel could remedy, the swimming pool was not available.
