Reviews
The hotel reviews are mixed, with guests appreciating the cleanliness of the rooms and the convenient location, but expressing dissatisfaction with the quality of breakfast, lack of amenities in the rooms, and poor customer service. Many guests felt the price was too high for the quality of the hotel.

Checked in and immediately saw stains on the bed, hair in the shower, AC barely worked. Looked nothing like the pictures and was in a suspect area. Ended up finding somewhere else to stay and leaving it was so gross and shady.

The main negative point is that breakfast is limited and processed, nothing fresh available. Options included toast, packed pancakes or cereal/porridge as well as juice/tea/coffee. Sufficient yet uninspiring, some fruit would have been nice. There is a fridge in reception where you can purchase some drinks if thirsty during your stay. Overall the stay was good and on balance would recommend to others.

Got there 5 hours early and was able to check into our room with in a few minutes. The lady at the desk was nice and friendly and very helpful, though her personality seemed quite dry, lol, but thats ok. The room was very clean, I don't know where exactly the sand in the bed by the feet came from under the blankets, could have been from my own feet, but i swear i brushed off my feet before getting under the covers, idk.. lol. The beds are a little soft for my taste but it was good. The water pressure absolutely sucks, but it worked. Overall the stay was fast, easy, simple, nice, and the room did what it was supposed to do. Happy with our stay.

The staff was very friendly, we loved the location and was able to catch the Metro bys to UCLA and to the local mall. We didn't like they they didn't have any hand soap, said to bring your own. No microwave or fridge. The sheets were tearing as if it was dry rotten. The price was reasonable and the staff was accommodating in allowing us to opt out of the other two days without any penalty.

My rating was very much based on value and given low expectations I rated it higher than a more expensive hotel. Exterior was well maintained and we felt safe. Interior was basic and the surfaces appeared clean. The one thing to make known was that the room was very moldy and got 2x worse when I turned on the fan for outside air. Someone with allergies would have to switch rooms

I enjoyed my time at the hotel and liked the area since there are lots of food spots to choose from. The room was clean, the staff was kind, and the parking was easy and very close to your room. The breakfast was mid but you cannot beat free coffee. Overall, I will stay here again. But fix your wifi and make it better. I need it the wifi to work on my assignments during my stay. Lol.

We were disappointed at the really poor breakfast options which were more like sugary snacks -packaged pancakes to be microwaved, bear claws and sugary cereal with coffee and juice.

The floor is hardwood which I liked it. Theres no hair dryer, a very basic item that they don’t offer. The parking is easy. I could hear upstairs walking sound and next door talking voice, insulation of the wall and ceiling are bad. Given the price, this is a good deal and not too bad. Free parking what else I ask for.

Great location & cleaning ladies were very nice Zero amenities in the room: no hair dryer, no coffee or tea, no water. Breakfast was extremely limited and not good. Management. I tried to check in at 5 pm, no one was there. There was a sign "Back in 15 mins" I had to wait half an hour to check in. After my stay, I requested a simple invoice for business expenses. The manager refused—plain and simple. He tried to push the responsibility onto Booking.com, which is incorrect. Booking.com confirmed the hotel must provide the invoice and even reached out to him directly. He still ignored the request. I also called personally and got the same dismissive response. At this point, it’s not confusion—it’s blatant refusal to do a basic part of running a hotel. That should never happen over something as standard as an invoice. This level of incompetence and disregard for customers is unacceptable. If you need receipts for work or expect any accountability after your stay, stay somewhere else.

The room was clean, but did have a musty odor. Parking was ample and secure. The breakfast area was very clean and offered a sufficient choice. It is not a 5-star hotel but if you just need a place to sleep in the area, it is a good choice for the price.

I couldn't stay at this place. The property is awful. Parking is unsecured in a sleezy area, the parking lot itself has is unsafe and you just may witness illegal activity and then they want you to sign a waiver stating that you're responsible for your vehicle; theft or loss. The rooms are dated, suspect odors and worn with thin walls. It condemable at best. If these are the kind of properties Expedia choose to represent, I think I'll stay away from Expedia!

Clean rooms, but staff offered no information upon check-in. No wifi info. No breakfast info. No coffee maker. No hair dryer. No fridge. Had to ask for two keys. Elevator out of order after first day. Snack bar/deli was non-existent. Breakfast turned out to be pre-packaged pancakes with communal syrup, warm juice and packaged danishes you'd get out of a vending machine. NO quality at all.

After my check out and well into my vacation road trip, I received a charge on my credit card of $300 US without any prior warning. I called and was informed they found a wet matress and they gave me an email address for complains..... I drove back to clarify the situation and after a while they concluded they mixed up the room numbers and got refund .... So they charge w/o warning, the burden is on you to prove them wrong and to get back your money. I lost 4 hours on my vacation trip ....

The amenities listed are not in the room; they are in the main office or cafe area. Breakfast was pancakes in a bag, frozen and needed to be microwaved or toast that was stale bread left in a container, bagged pastries, and oranges. This didn’t even hit the “continental breakfast” label and the microwave was broken. So good luck if you wanted to warm the pancakes. There was no coffee maker in the rooms, no microwave, no mini fridge, no hairdryer. 2 towels were provided for 2 people, for multiple days. It was a bed and a shower for over $220 a night. Very disappointed in this stay and the money that was spent on it. I didn’t expect 5 star, I didn’t expect room service. But I did expect more than this. Never again Ramada.

The location was very convenient and the rooms were very clean. Smelled good , our room came with no carpet which I think is a plus. They let me check in 2 hours early. Starbucks was at a decent distance. The street it was located didn’t seem loud or too busy. Parking was convenient and free ! We were only 12min away from Venice which was so awesome for our plans. Location seemed to be in a good safe area. Didn’t see anything or anybody sketch. Unfortunately the room doesn’t have a fridge nor a microwave. The A/C wasn’t consistent with its Auto feature so we had to constantly lower the A/C turn it off turn it on tune it high Etc. just to feel comfortable with the room temperature. The bed springs were very noisy and loud every time someone moved, very very annoying. Mattress wasn’t that comfortable. The pillows were good. Breakfast was bad. They didn’t have any protein like eggs or sausage just BearClaws , Sliced bread , Pancakes you warm up in the microwave, cereal , Etc. No fresh fruit Etc. but I guess you pay for what you get too ? Our room was next to a room that can joint to ours if needed so when new guest arrived at 11pm when we were trying to sleep as we had a 7hour drive back home … we heard every single little noise they made because the walls are VERY thin. The door even had a big gap underneath. They had loud kids yelling and banging around. The kids even were playing around with the door that connected to their room. Seems like they were trying to open our door. It was super annoying but we called the front desk and within 10min the noise level of our neighbor was almost gone. However early in the A.M they were loud again and woke us up because once again , the walls are thin , door has a gap so we hear everything the neighbors do. Stay if it’s a last resort kind of situation but definitely don’t make it a vacation stay if more than 2 nights. My family of 3 adults and 1 child only did 1 night and glad we didn’t have to stay another night because it was OKAYYY just not the best BUT could’ve been worse , I’ve seen worse. Ok if you need to save money and you know your getting cheap. Don’t expect “great” , expect “good enough “

Location and staff. There was no refrigerator or microwave inside the room. For a Ramada property, the bedside table lamps did not match. Additionally, there was no desk lamp. The Ramada property / furniture were not maintained well. One of the lamp shades was broken. It felt like staying in a cheap motel room. However, it was clean and safe area. The breakfast was subpar for a Ramada property. It was just coffee, juice, cereal and pre-made mini-pancakes. There wasn't anything fresh. No bagels or eggs.

1. No Sandels for clients, and surrounding area is very busy and noisy. The rooms even choosing 210-218 is still noisy. 2. The bathing fauset some room was not working -‘d water is very slow. 3. The duvet and blanket; is too thin. You also know winter time LA is not hot during evening and night, but you didn’t provide your clients extra blanket and duvets. When I ask the cleaning staff to provide toe, they not only forget but even left the garbage they suppose to take away for me inside my room!!! This is not acceptable! 4. The new room was much better and u didn't feel anything crawling on me in the middle of the third night.

I loved how close the hotel was to the freeway and other places I visited. But this was probably the most dirty and run-down room I experienced at this hotel location. The leather was peeling on the chairs and the chairs had a bunch of staining on them. There was hair from the previous occupant in the restroom. The towels had some pink or maroon stuff died on them. At all. But it was a room and I needed to sleep.

the location and the room for sure. it's close to 24 hours convenient store like 7-11, and lots of resto like iHop, carl's and so on. room is spacious, clean. since this is my first time in the LA, I don't know if people here like to eat sweet and carb, but really can't complain. just a coffee and toast for me would be enough
- 1.5/5
It was across the street from iHop.The staff was nice and helpful. This is the first hotel I have been at that didn't have a refrigerator, microwave, or coffee maker. You also had to request the use of a hair dryer, and ironing board. There was a iron. Hardly any water pressure, but I was told by the staff that was a California Water Authority requirement. The staff was very nice and helpful. I have to question the cleanliness. The bed had a comforter with a tightly pulled sheet over it. Didn't really think anything about at first. However we were several doors down from the staff laundry room service and the door was often open and I always noticed sheets and towels but no comforters. That's when it dawned on me the sheet over the comforter. We were there for several days. The continental breakfast was minimal. We ate at iHop that was across the street. I was surprised this was a Ramada by Wyndham, I really expected better.

Upon entering room there was a live cricket on the bedspread. My wife was very agitated and did not want to stay in the room to sleep. Not a pleasant experience

I don’t usually write reviews, but this hotel was terrible. When I checked in, the male desk clerk was not welcoming at all, just gave me a paper to fill out. When I got into my room, the toilet wouldn’t flush and the tv was broken. I was immediately given a new room. There were only 3 tissues left in the Kleenex box and shampoo was low. There was no hair dryer so I went down to ask. It took over 15 minutes for someone to bring me one. The button was broken on the hair dryer. When I went to the dining area to eat breakfast, the milk container was left out and not even refrigerated. In fact, there was no refrigerator! I decided to eat the packaged pancakes but they looked terrible. I tried to microwave them but the button to the microwave was broken and the door wouldn’t open so I could not even warm anything up. Frustrated, I left and had breakfast at a restaurant across the street. When I dried my hands on one of the towels in my hotel room, I found dried blood on it. So gross! At night, the surrounding area was so noisy! People screaming, loud traffic and sirens lead to a horrible stay at this dirty and nasty hotel. It’s really more of a motel, it’s so bad. This hotel was a complete waste of money. If I had to do it over again, I wouldn’t waste my money on this dump.

But I was very upset because I got a smoking room and they don’t have another room with the same size of beds. And also the breakfast was horrible. I don’t call that a free breakfast.

My stay was really poor. The pillows were lumpy and miserable to sleep on. No soap in bathroom to wash hands. The lighting was horrible in the bathroom. The AC needs a dehumidifier, as I was sticky and cold all night. The breakfast was cheap and no non dairy options for coffee. Only this gross milk. I can’t have dairy. They can easily buy non dairy flavored creamer to accommodate people with allergies. I had to spend money and drive to Starbucks to get coffee and food! Very frustrating!

Rather pricey. Wish I would have known the hotel door was outside where anyone could walk up. Don’t let the Ramada name fool you

The room was clean and had a nice large shower. I loved the comfy bed and pillows with the nice, clean linens!! I wish the continental breakfast had a few more choices, but it was fine. I would definitely recommend anyone to stay here.

First I couldn’t get out of my reservation even though I had purchased the extra policy to be able to cancel if I needed to. In small print the agreement said I could cancel unless I had gone through a third party like Expedia. Then twice I had to tell both my neighbor to please be quiet at around 4:00 am and a car in the parking lot with people which license plate said Cokane were talking and carrying on around 2:00 am I opened my door and said Please, I’m trying to sleep! It was an awful experience!!!

Wifi signal is inconsistent even with my room being feet away from the front desk where you check in Room windows can't open for whatever reason causing odd temperatures (even with the AC unit to remove stuffiness which comes right back after an hour) Overall this could have been better, much to be desired. Makes for a lot of unnecessary traveling, I can't imagine how inconvenient this stay could be for those who are not able bodied.

Functional and does the job Parking and breakfast included Reasonably safe Spacious rooms and good beds Cons No refrigerator or microwave or kettle or coffee maker in the room. If you are staying in rooms further from the office, the WiFi won't work. Was extremely inconvenient. Breakfast is dismal. It's not continental in any sense. And it gets cleared before 10AM. Can feel people from neighbouring rooms. Bathroom had some stuff from previous occupants. The couch was torn, beaten and rundown. And was a major turn off. Despire all the critical feedback, I would still return as there are very few places that are reasonably safe and yet affordable around the vicinity
- 4/5
The breakfast selection was minimal. The air conditioning was loud. The parking was great. There were no shops nearby but the IHOP was good.
- 5/5
There is a guest. washer and dryer (1) on the ground floor. Sept 2025 it is $1.50 w/free dry. There's a grocery store and restaurants near by perfect f I r me when i stay here!

Housekeeping stops by everyday!! They clean your room and get you what you need. Property loooks shady from the outside but, staff is truly lovely, rooms are impecable and there’s a great wine bar 2 doors down. Can’t beat this place.

Good overall place to spend a few nights on the road.

It was fine for thr night as a business traveler.

STAFF WAS GREAT! THEY ACCOMMODATED ME AND MY WIFE. INWAS THERE FOR APPEARANCE ON WHEEL OF FORTUNE AND THEY ARE LOCATED LESS THAN A MILE FROM SONY STUDIO. BED WAS SUPER COMFORTABLE!

I mean, $185 for our room was obviously way high. Front desk girl was “unpleasant “, my wife checked in, it was like a scene
- 4/5
However my room does have a little unpleasant smells, I am sure they can work on that, however it was manageable to stay for for a couple of nights. I still recommend this place as it’s close to Santa Monica and not too far from Hollywood Sign, will definitely go again to this Motel.
- 5/5
Quick check in, the rooms were clean, and modern. Been to some rooms where you can tell they just threw on a coat of paint and upgraded some stuff but the details are lacking. This room was not like that. It’s been maintained, and kept in good condition all around, not just some areas. Would stay here again.
- 5/5
Great place to stay in LA.
- 3/5
Hard beds and no protein at all for breakfast but if you bring a cooler bag, you can use that as a fridge in ur room. It is what you make it, for sure. Decent for the price tho and close to Venice beach
- 3/5
Very disappointed for the price. No refrigerator, no coffee pot, no cups, no water, no hairdryer, terrible pillows. Not worth whatever paid.
- 4/5
Liked breakfast
- 3/5
We asked for a different room and they were happy to accommodate. A couple of days into our trip I went to do laundry. The washer and dryer were there but not hooked up. Was advised to use one off property. We checked out for a day to go to Joshua Tree. The next room was clean with no issues. No mini refrigerator or microwave at this property
- 2/5
The furniture was shoddy looking and the toilet paper was inconveniently located. For a few dollars more i could have stayed at the Hilton.
- 2/5
They don't change the sheets and there is no iron for the clothes
- 3/5
2) The lighting in the room was poor (too dim)
- 2/5
La verdad olía muy mal si estaba muy limpio pero cuando entramos al baño estaba con manchas de popó en la tapadera salpicado solo nos quedamos una noche por eso no quisimos quejarnos pero si fue muy incómodo el olor que nunca se fue
- 4/5
The place was clean and well maintained, with ample parking space. We didn't hear noise from the street (Sepulveda) but had noisy kids in the room above us which were clearly heard. The beds were comfortable. Don't expect much from the breakfast option, but there are dining options within a walking distance.
- 3/5
Staff was not friendly. Breakfast was poor. No fruit no whole grains. Location was fair. Plenty of parking. $550 for three nights.
- 4/5
I was surprised that the room didn't have a refrigerator and a bathtub.

- 3/5
Good location Poor breakfast Dated rooms.

I don’t recommend this hotel. Our experience was bad. The bed sheet were all ripped and not very clean, we had the front desk replace them, when we turned on the A/C the smell was very badand the floor was dirty. The breakfast if you can call it that was bad. The door to the lobby was always locked and only one person to handle issues.

- 3/5
Easy and clean. Continental breakfast barely qualifies. Lots of smoking going on around the rooms outside.
- 1/5
The room doesn’t have refrigerator and coffee maker and tea maker , the property has not securely , they don’t have breakfast .
- 4/5
Good hotel and location for the price. Free parking and breakfast is nice! Would love fresh fruit with breakfast options.
- 4/5
We stayed at the Ramada Culver City hotel for a week June 2025. We liked the location, the price and the included parking. We didn't like the breakfast selections, cereal, pancake and pastry. All high in sugar options. No fresh fruit or eggs. The room was clean, the staff changed the towels every day and everything worked in the bathroom. No fridge in the room. Knowing all this, we will stay again. Just be prepared to eat out for breakfast.
- 3/5
The property was clean! However, there was loud music by one of the guests on Wednesday and Thursday night which should not have been allowed. Also, there was no place to do laundry so I had to uber to a laundrymart in the area. The reception staff was nice though!

Good location, silent and clean
- 2/5
The breakfast was very limited and of very low quality. It seemed more suitable for children aged 8 to 12. The shower drain in the bathroom was clogged from the first day.
- 1/5
The place was very dirty. Their way of even cleaning the toilet was to let a bar of soap sit at the bottom of the toilet.
- 4/5
I really liked this property. It was clean and very quiet despite it was on Sepulveda st. I had asked for a room away from the street and my request was nicely accommodated. We were on the 3 Rd floor which was accessed by elevator and was near a nice balcony with a seating area with tables. I enjoyed that drinking my morning coffee. Room was cozy and clean. Free Continental breakfast at 630am which included coffee, tea, juice, milk, cereal, mini pancakes, toast and danishes which was nice. I would definitely stay here again.
- 4/5
good, quiet, clean
- 3/5
breakfast was not attractive.
- 3/5
Great location for my needs however the hotel was overpriced for what it provided. The room had roaches, no frig, no microwave, the carpet was soiled and breakfast was meh. My stays at Motel 6 which was less than half the price was a much better stay
- 3/5
The continental breakfast was awful. No gym The room was ok
- 5/5
Our stay was good.
- 3/5
I didn't like the trucks and.cars eing close to the front door. Some construction workers have noisy trucks and get up early. The free breakfast items is not worth going to the room. Cofee made be automatic machine, few slices of bread and packaged pastries that is comparable to 7Eleven. Laundry was oit of service.
- 3/5
Lack of a mini-fridge is weird. Breakfast was kind of gross, except for yogurt. Floor was dirty.
- 4/5
Beds we not comfortable no fridge small rooms
- 4/5
Low cost basic room. No refrigerator
- 3/5
This hotel is convenient to where our son now lives. We were there for 5 nights. Continental breakfast was only so-so. The only available boxes of cereal were all sugar-coated. The last morning syrup finally appeared for the plastic wrapped pancakes. Of the 2 juices (no water) in the machine, one was never refilled the whole time...even after I pointed it out the third morning.
- 3/5
The room was nice. Eventhough the rooms are non smoking we had people smoke right in front of our room which made our whole room smell. We also had a neigbouring guest be very loud and a bit scary in the middle of the night right next door. Paramedics had to come to calm him down. The person was still there throughout our stay making our stay uncomfortable. Also the washingmachines were out of service.
- 5/5
Great quality room.
- 1/5
Hotel doesn’t even provide coffee or tea in office area or room other than breakfast time.
- 3/5
Nothing unique
- 4/5
The one drawback was trying to depart on Sepulveda Blvd. The far left lane heading West formed a wall of cars that made it unsafe to cross over if you wanted to go East !
- 3/5
- 3/5
The picture of the breakfast is extremely misleading. Breakfast consist of pancakes with no syrup, mediocre coffee, bread you can toast with butter and jam, and packets of instant oatmeal. There are no fruits within 10 miles of that continental breakfast. Boxed cereal. That's it!!!
- 4/5
Good value and perfect for a quick trip to LA. Only thing I found missing was a place to hang towels in the bathroom.
- 3/5
Can't sit in the Lobby to read a book??? Told this by staff.
- 3/5
The front desk did warn me the room was noisy, but I wish I had heeded that advice. I was consistently woken up by people using the ice machine outside my window. People using the elevator would often talk too loud as well. The room itself was otherwise okay. I wish it had a smart tv and a fridge and microwave though.
- 1/5
Staff was very rude except the cleaning ladies. I had a dead bug in my sheet and asked for a new room and the toilet was dirty and was told they couldnt do anything for me
- 4/5
Basic property, dated, but very clean and quiet. Easy free parking and it felt safe. Close to where I wanted to be with a neighborhood Italian restaurant and wine bar right next door. My daughter tells me they have a great happy hour.
- 3/5
It was relatively clean and there were many good channels on the TV. My big issues were that the shower had probably the worst water pressure I have experienced in my life. The water dribbled out with little pressure at all. They need to fix that. Also, the pillows were really uncomfortable. Bring your own pillow. Bed was ok. I wouldn't stay more than one night.
- 2/5
The bedding set is terrible at this hotel
- 2/5
Front desk person is very unprofessional regarding communication with the client
- 1/5
Very noisy!!! Other guests had music blasting all night and thin walls didn’t help! Loud yelling, running in hallways and disturbances up to 3 am
- 4/5
I was surprised that there wasn't a hair dryer in the room but was provided one upon request. There was only fruit one day at breakfast.
- 5/5
Great place to stay.

- 4/5
The room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. There was an elevator for those that can't climb stairs. There was plenty of parking while we were there. However, one downside was the rooms did not have a fridge or microwave. There is one microwave on the property for guests to use which is in the breakfast room. Overall, this is a good place to stay.
- 5/5
l stay there once a year always clean and great ffrontfront desk person quiet nice reception
- 4/5
The room doesn’t have a microwave or refrigerator. There was a homeless person in the breakfast area—I have no idea how he got in, but it made me feel uncomfortable. The breakfast was also very poor.
- 3/5
The hotel has a good location, but the room dont have any side lamps, but the ones in the ceiling- it was either full pitch black or lights full on. Not minifridge or microwave. Is just basic bed and a bath without any hooks to even hang your cloths ehile you are in the shower.
- 5/5
I stayed here last year in April it was great then, the employees were great then AND NOW - SIMPLE- EASY! the 405 freeway is right there.
