Easy access friendly staff very well maintain.

We will not be staying there again. If you want something very different, you can give it a try. The food at the restaurant was the only thing I found to brag on there.

Was pleasantly surprised by this place because it is a 3star and you never know how things will be but check-in went smooth, the room was spotless, the beds really good for a 3star place, the food was great, the staff were all helpful. Overall, we were very pleased with this place. The one down side is the noise from the casino. They do leave earplugs to assist but wasnt perfect. Most of the hotels were on top of the casino so I believe every hotel had noise issues. Would definitely recommend to others.

We have stayed here on multiple occasions. This time however was not good. We booked a King Exterior and ALL NIGHT LONG were low frequencies permeating through the floor. I did not get one wink of sleep. They provide ear plugs but they did not help. Stay away from the King Exterior.

Nice friendly staff very helpful on our check-in. Room was clean bedding was a bit soft for my liking but OK monster shower, which looks very nice but not very functional limited water pressure. Second floor room still was a bit noisy both to the outdoors in particular and the blinds so loud quite a bit of line into the room.Breakfast was good. Service was great.

This is the third time we have stayed at the Century. The first two stays were excellent. This time, when we came to check-in, the wonderful women who checked us in, asked if we wanted an upgrade at no additional charge. I wish I had her name. We got a suite which was over the top. It was a gorgeous, large room with windows all the way around. There were big curtains you could pull over the windows for privacy at night. The breakfast you receive with your room is made fresh to order at their restaurant inside the casino. Century is the only place we will stay in Cripple Creek.

The free breakfast was a nice perk. We received our food quickly & everything was fresh. All of the staff including those in the casino were friendly & helpful. Our room was clean & comfortable. The sound on our tv stopped working, but I called the front desk & someone was at our door within 5 minutes & fixed it.

Every single person that worked there was so kind and helpful. When we ate our free breakfast, our waitress, Erica B was so amazing. I would refer this hotel and restaurant to anyone.

Our check-in with Brandi was amazing; she was fast, friendly, and provided phenomenal customer service. Our dining experiences were equally impressive. Trevor at Mid City Grill was exceptionally efficient, friendly, and attentive to all his guests. Furthermore, every employee we encountered was incredibly welcoming. We will definitely visit again.

There is only one on-site restaurant, and it is a very casual, diner-style setting wide open to the casino floor. While the staff were very pleasant, the $25 prime rib dinner did not match the atmosphere or the value expected at that price point. It was a really thin slice and then cooked! Overcooked! Chocolate cake was dry and blah - box cake. The free breakfast is worth it though.

Free breakfast with room, from the grill that sold all-day breakfast. We barely got out of the room by checkout time, then went to get our included breakfast. “Oh we don’t do that after 11:00”. Okay. We won’t be back.

Check-in was completely corrupted. The agent couldn’t find the res, someone else, second agent, found it and handed it back to first agent. THEN, all caps on purpose, agent#1 booked us into the wrong room, 201, under someone else res!!??!! How stupid!! As we returned with our luggage 2nd agent flagged us down and stated the mess-up. So we stood there waiting for incompetent agent #1 to fix all her mistakes!! Yea, this is not gong well !! What a company.

Room 205 is very loud due to the casino below they supply earplugs for those rooms. They moved us to a much quieter room(219) it was very quiet. They made sure to compensate us very and take care of us. After all of the issues I recommend this hotel.

This is a very quaint property! You feel like you stepped back in time, but with modern amenities. It is well maintained and unique. The restaurant in the hotel serves excellent, well priced meals. The drive to the hotel from both directions is amazing. It is a really fun place to stay. We did pretty well in the casino, too. Item to note: all guests must be 21.

Rooms are over casino. Casino music is pretty obvious but not overly loud when in our room. They did provide complimentary ear plugs

We really enjoyed our entire stay! It was one of the older hotels but everything was extremely clean. Every single staff member we interacted with was delightful! The bed was comfy too! Definitely will stay here again!

I have stayed at Century many times now and love it. I tried another hotel once but no comparison. The staff is excellent! Everyone is helpful and so friendly. I wouldn't even think of staying elsewhere.

Everything was wonderful the only problem we had was the queen bed. It was a bit lumpy and caused a few minor back aches for myself and my husband. Still love Century Casino and will stay there again.

You just never know what to expect when you stay at a private brand hotel. This was exceptional. Room was spotless. It's combined from several buildings. So, there are many steps. I'm a little older but managed. I would definitely return.

Just make sure you give them your players card... we had one mishaps with a grouchy waitress. But otherwise.... great time.

The hotel was clean and the staff was very helpful. Our room was clean and quiet. The bed's mattress was well broken in but was not uncomfortable. The pillows on the other hand were another issue. We had 5 standard size pillows on our king size bed, and they were all like bricks. They hurt our heads and necks to try and sleep on them. I had to roll up some of my clothes and slept on them in a make due situation. Unfortunately, we had to try to sleep on them for one night because of the very late hour that we went to be. The next morning, we contacted the hotel desk, and they had housekeeping bring us 3 softer pillows. When I spoke to the manager at checkout he said the pillows were newish and that was why they were so hard. I don't think he ever tested one of the pillows, otherwise he would known how bad they were.

Really nice room. Could have sworn we booked a street view but it was a nice room. The food at the restaurant was good and the service was great. All the staff at the hotel were helpful and friendly!

All the staff was VERY FRIENDLY!! The food at the restaurant was amazing! The casino & rooms were very clean. Wish there was an elevator to our room that we didn't have to lug our luggage up steps. Other than that...HIGHLY recommend this hotel!!!

I wished it had been more handicapped friendly as too many stairs. Hard to get from one area of casino to another.

Center of town

The wood around the the bed made it hard to get close enough to transfer out of the wheelchair and into the bed so while it looked good it wasn't functional

We love staying here ! The only complaint I have is the amount of dust in the room. The blinds had so much dust as well as the vent in the bathroom.

This hotel was great for the price. Very well taken care of. Restaurant on site was quite good, with reasonable prices and large quantities. Our roon was king sized bed, a bit too soft for our liking, but was ok. The bathroom was awesome with 2 seperate showers, made getting ready much faster. There was no where to enjoy hanging out outside the hotel and relaxing in the mountains, which we enjoy after a day of hiking. Other than that, we had a lovely stay.

My husband and I missed check-in time, but I had called ahead to alert the front desk. Check in was very smooth as a result and we had an upgraded room which was fantastic, especially given this was our honeymoon. The fireplace was a lovely touch that made the evening extra romantic. The shower in the suite was a double shower that came in very handy as well. The property was very clean and the included breakfast was a very pleasant surprise as it wasn't continental. We would definitely consider another stay at this hotel.

Clean room, comfortable, coffee maker & fridge in room, iron & iron board too. Plenty of pillows (hard & soft for you to choose your preference). Easy to check out by phone from the room. Good customer service, I noticed an inconsistency between the room number on the bill receipt & the room we’d been given. The chap who came out to sort this when the hotel desk was closed was friendly & efficient. All got sorted quickly & easily.

We would like to thank Logan Sweeney for switching our room in the middle of the night. There weren’t any windows in our room that opened to the outside and it made us feel claustrophobic.

The room and bathroom were large compared to typical hotel rooms. The beds were soft and comfy. The staff was friendly and extended extra information about the area.

Fantastic experience staying in a hotel Circa 1800s gold Rush! over 100 yrs old but was sooo modern circa 2024 with all the modern amenities!!! 500 sq ft room was awesome & right downtown. The Casino comped breakfast & dinner for 1st visit!’ FYI I don’t write review unless exceptional. This place deserves it

But other than that, worth the basic needs while in the delightful town. So many little casinos with different vibes all in a short walk. Never been to Cripple Creek before but will go back.

Could not sleep heard music all night and front desk man was rude on the phone, did nothing to accommodate us, or even give anything off our room, when we couldn't rest, had to leave in the morning had no energy to gamble

Average/typical casino hotel. But loved the large room and the staff was very helpful. Our only complaint really is that the pillows were too large--could not sleep on them. When we called to get other ones, they said that size was all they had. Looked good on a bed, but not useful for sleeping. Would have liked to have a fitness center, but we knew they didn't have one when we booked it.
