Radisson Hotel Cincinnati Riverfront

Room wasn't what it was pictured. Bed had sticky stuff on it. Furniture was very beat up and wires were poorly hidden.

This hotel is nothing like the pics. Im sure at some point this was a very nice place but not anymore. It is run down. Floor in room is absolutely filthy, black feet from walking barefoot after taking shower. Mattress is stained. Bed skirt stained. The small restaurant coffee is absolutely disgusting and not drinkable even after we asked for a fresh pot still couldn't drink it. Bitter thick mud flavor. There is a lot of scratches and dents on furniture and walls. One of the elevators doesn't work properly. All the plumbing fixtures in the shower/tub are loose and not sealed with caulk. The bathroom area is ridiculously small. In general this entire place needs a deep clean everywhere from top to bottom. The restaurant on 18th floor was fun but the menu books are torn and ragged. The fabric on chairs was dirty and stained. The food was decent but the menu is very limited and the kitchen didn't have a couple items that were on the menu. In general everything was kinda run down. However, the staff were all very friendly and helpful. This is NOT a 3 star hotel. I would rate it 2 stars. The price is way too high for this place. Not worth what they ask. I would not book reservations here again.

Hotel was run down but served it's purpose. Bed was comfortable enough but could use new pillows and sheets. Shuttle to GAB was a great service. Overall it was an ok place to stay.

The balcony is really small. Could hardly even just sit out there. Highway was super loud. The service at the restaurant was terrible. The hostess was very helpful! Our waiter never once came to our table. Left after a drink or two.

An old classic, beautiful bones but dated. Cracked tile, dirty grout but clean otherwise. Staff is efficient. Great location.

Good marks: Towels, beds and room temperature. Rotating restaurant/bar. Bad marks: No blackout curtains, just shears. Noisy next to the highway. Coffee filter basket didn't fit coffee maker. Bottom of toilet leaked.

You get what you pay for and cheap it was. Cracked caulking around tub and shower. Rust and dingy linen.

The hotel is beautiful, well kept and the staff was very friendly. Giwvere the hallways looked very outdated and spelled like weed. Overall, the hotel was really good.

The room was wonderful. The view was wonderful. Not a problem with the room or anything. The only problem is I paid up front the full amount plus a 50.00 security deposit. They were taking 10.00 a night out of security deposit to pay for parking. Which means I get 20.00 back. I didn't get 20.00 back and they tried to charge my card another 30.00. Plus one day we were without power for 5-6 hours. Wasn't going to walk 10 flights of steps to a hot room. Nice place but don't understand why they kept my money and tried to charge me 30.00 more. Should have taken the 30.00 off for parking for the inconvenince of no power. My daughter is at Ronald Mcdonald house and I will be coming back up but this taken my security deposit and trying to charge me 30.00 more has made me decide to look elsewhere for a room when I come back. No customer service for 5 hours without power. Thats not a good look. Hotels.com has sent me a review. Don't know how to fill that out!!!

We did get a table in the restaurant, even though we had to wait until 9pm to get in. Our waitress was great and the view spectacular.

We loved our stay. It was quiet and peaceful. The room was clean and well-maintained. Wish we would have had a better view- we were on the interstate side but still had a fairly good view of the city. Would recommend!

The view is wonderful and location convenient to downtown Cincinnati and the ball parks. The staff was great! Very helpful and friendly. We will definitely go back.

The hotel advertises two on site restaurants, even posting menus; however, neither is open. A staff member said that they had not been given any idea how long they would be closed. One of the minimum requirements for me to rent a hotel room is on site food. It was a major inconvenience, and seems to constitute false advertising.
