Kim at the front desk was so sweet!! We came in really late and she did everything possible to make sure we were comfortable. Especially my girls and gave us extra towels and covers plus a later checkout which was much appreciated after arriving at 3am not expecting to make it in that late.

Great stay. Great location. Great view. I would definitely stay again. Breakfast was good, way to crowded and stayed that way during breakfast hours. 2 complimentary evening drinks was an unexpected plus!

Everything was great except we lost hot water a few times. Loved the walk ability of theblocation

This property is perfectly situated for exploring tourist attractions across both Cincinnati and Covington. Throughout our stay, the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. While the hotel is clean and very well-maintained, the property does feel dated and could benefit from some modern upgrades.

The room and bathroom were clean. The remote would not turn on the TV, but it worked to change the channels. Our omelet cook, Delta, was sweet and did a great job! Great place to stay if you are going to a Reds game!

Beautiful hotel and great location

Room smelled strongly of mildew when you enter. Furniture was old and damaged and smelled as well. Carpet is well past due for replacement. Bed sheets seemed like they weren't washed before stay.

In town for Journey concert. From check in to check out it was an amazing time. The bar/restaurant had the best burgers and fries! Staff was always hustling but managed to keep our drinks fresh. The suite was wonderful and we slept like babies. Would definitely stay here again.

Embassy Suites has been a chain staple for my family of 4 as they are available in most cities and provide the room setup we need with at a standard we’ve come to expect. We’re not expecting luxury as we do when we stay at higher end places, but there are expectations. This location was a dump. Hilton should be embarrassed to own this in their portfolio. We stayed for one night on the return trip of a chicago to gatlinburg family road trip and i wish we just drove through or booked elsewhere. The embassy suites we stayed at on the way through Louisville to gatlinburg was excellent and this one was laughably bad. The room reeked of mildew and sewage so we switched to a room that smelled slightly less bad but still awful. The rooms were dirty with broken room elements, a wet carpet, black mold in the bathroom, pubes on the sheets. We skipped the free breakfast in the morning as there is no chance that the kitchen is safe and clean. Parking was confusing and Brian at the desk being friendly was the only thing saving a 1 star here. Do not book! This place needs a full overhaul/renovation or a wrecking ball through the front door. Awful stay!

Free breakfast was nice! Pool area was dirty.
-
The breakfast was general ok, but they were super short staffed, and the egg line as out the door. This was due to having one person running that station. Parking is ample, but the spaces in the garage are very narrow. Expect to pay per day for parking. Access to downtown via walking is fantastic, and recommend upgrading to a river view room. The view is fantastic.

I had 9 of my grandchildren and myself in a 2 bedroom king suite. There was space for everyone to sleep. I loved waking up and looking out at the water and Cincinnati. The kids enjoyed the pool.
