Do NOT stay here. Room was dirty. Tub and sink in room were cracked and rusted. Towels were dingy. Picture on the wall was broke and glass just hanging there. Headboard had symbols scratched into paint. Had a glade air freshener plugged into wall outlet. Asked front desk to cancel and refund my room as it was unsatisfactory to stay in. He would not refund our stay. Said nothing was wrong with room. We left anyways. Multiple families were leaving due to the conditions of their rooms. Tried calling hotel the next day and phone kept ringing. Unable to speak with anyone. This hotel should not be listed on hotels.com.

Bugs, hard pass. Upon being warned by someone in the lobby already trying to check out due to roaches we didn't even check in.

It sucked, sausage links, boiled eggs,it looked like no one really cared about the selection of items. It felt unprofessional. Real pillows,no telephone in the room,a window that was tampered with at sometime, exhaust fan that didn't work in the bathroom and a shower that wouldn't freeze you or fry you,no in between!

Property was not attractive. Bathroom needed repairs: no light over mirror, no sink stopper, shower leaked on floor. We paid in advance, otherwise we would have changed hotels. Very disappointing.
-
Older facility that is very dated. Room was clean but had a smell so a little air freshner would have been helpful. Staff always helpful and friendly. Very close to downtown omaha and casinos as well as places to eat.

There was no way I was going to put my family through that or stay at what appeared to be an unsafe hotel. I immediately called the hotel and was told that if Expedia contacted them, they would approve a refund. I recorded that conversation. Expedia then told me the hotel had to issue the refund. I have documentation of both conversations. The reservation was $1,700. Instead of canceling the stay, they charged my card for the full amount even though they knew we were not staying there. We never checked in, never used the room, and made it clear we were leaving because of the safety concerns and because the property was nothing like it was represented online. I blame Expedia for allowing photos that were completely misleading and failed to represent the actual condition and environment of the property. I also blame the hotel management for charging my card despite knowing we were not staying and despite agreeing to a refund. To this day, I still have not received my money back. I keep getting passed from one person to another, with everyone avoiding responsibility and no one resolving the issue. I have documented proof that both Expedia and the hotel agreed to refund the reservation, yet ne

It is grossly misrepresented on here, the photos are either 20 years old or AI touched up. Its feels very unsafe with drug addict type characters hanging around the lobby and grounds, its fithly beyond belief and completely uninhabitable. The way this hotel is described and portrayed on Exspedia is borderline fraudulent. The rooms on the photo are not the rooms at this hotel. The carpets have holes in them and the whole place is filthy beyond belief.

When I arrived it was clear the room wasn't clean. The kicker was the blood stain on the cieling. Regardless of how low my bar is, a blood stain on the cieling is pretty horrific. I told the receptionist who came and tried to clean it but it wasn't very effective. There were also clear signs of drug use in the room. Burn marks on the furniture and small holes in the sheets. I assumed at the very least the sheets were washed so I did not cancel my room and stayed there for the night. There really wasn't another option unless I wanted to spend nearly a grand for another hotel and I wasn't in a position to cancel my stay and not get a refund. When I got back to the room, very late almost 3AM, that is when the roach infestation made itself known. I found a roach on my pillow and in the sheets. I got rid of them and found a bunch more by the window. I spelt as far from them as I could and I still ended up with them crawling on me at night. I canceled in the morning, I wasn't staying there any longer than I had to. I was able to find another hotel that had rooms open up that day, and feel fortunate to have been lucky enough to book one.

First room I received had what appeared to be a metal toy gun frame (hard to tell, looked like a toy) and shattered glass outside of the window that I couldn’t lock. I politely asked for a new room and received a room with holes in the door and you could see into the room and out to the hall if you were tall enough which I was. I stuffed the holes with toilet paper. There was some not very tasteful graffiti on the window and window sill that said “RIP” and “push it deep in my ***”. The bed had cigarette burns. Underside of the bed was kinda gross. The fridge had some leftover insulin from the last guest (I really hope it was insulin). The AC was beat up and could use some physical repair. The bolt lock on the door had a screw sticking most of the way out. Bathtub had pink and yellow stains which I hoped was stains and not something else. Kids set off fire crackers while I was trying to fall asleep. To top it off the single queen bedroom was $190 per night.

This hotel is nothing like the pictures show. Smells bad. Bathrooms have mold. Sheets weren’t clean. We came for the college World Series and tried to find another hotel with vacancy to stay, no luck so a trip to Walmart for sheets and pillows and towels and cleaning supplies made it manageable. Never stay here again.

There were bugs in the bathroom and the bathroom and room was dirty.

I understand this is a 2 star hotel, and I wasn't expecting much, but I was shocked at the condition of the room. 1 towel, no hair dryer, what could possibly be blood droplets on the bathroom wall, exposed wiring, rust (i think) on the tub floor, and a dirty comforter. Writing on the windows, and one sink was missing a stopper so don't drop anything down it by mistake! The hallways badly needed vaccuming. Because my stay was during the MCWS, it was still $300 a night.

I've never experienced anything as bad as this hotel, and ended up checking out early. The hotel is dirty, dingy, torn carpet, broken furniture and bugs. The TV didn't work, there was not phone in the room to call the front desk. The bathroom sink didn't drain, the shower leaked. There is nothing quality about this hotel.

Parking was easy

First room had an open window and broken bathroom door. So we insisted on another room which had refrigerator that wouldn't stay closed and had a full sized mattress on a queen frame, the 2nd bed only had support in the center of the frame, so sitting on either side made the bed rock! Bed was unsafe and unuseable.

This is the most disgusting hotel I’ve ever stayed in. I am truly shocked the building had not been condemned.
