We were just there for a quick overnight so didn’t experience much of the hotel but the beds were comfy and the room was spacious

When we checked in the hotel was clean and presentable. When we got to our hotel room- our room had urine stains on the bedding and there was pilling of old dead skin on the bedding as well. The pillows were also full of hair. It was disgusting.

"Absolutely loved our stay! The river view from our room was beautiful. The breakfast selection exceeded expectations, offering a great mix options. Conveniently located just a short way from the Zoo and is connected to the Casino . We'll definitely will be staying here again.

Loved it so much we stayed there twice in a three-week period. The staff was friendly, especially the lady who checked us out in the morning. It was clean, and I love that they provided Dove soap. If you stay, you should get the river view! It was beautiful! Shower had some rust spots and there were tiny rubber bands on the floor for some reason.

The staff wasn’t the friendliest and the pool kept running out of towels. Otherwise, it was a nice hotel with a great salt water pool.

There was a very small stain on a pillow case (things happen and are hard to clean!) and halfway through our stay the bathroom door would get stuck but again, things happen! Will book for our next trip there again!
